- Groleau (2/5): Vacances raté - La tranquillité du site et lit confortable Pas d'eau chaude pour la vaisselle ou douche, aucun salon, l'arrière du chalet est extrêmement abrute avec un dénivelé de 70 degrés sur environ 200 pieds pour accéder à la rivière donc très dangereux si présence de jeunes enfants, nous avons discuté avec les locataires et avant demander un remboursement de 40% et ils nous on simplement offert une nuit supplémentaire a 60% du prix!!!! Nous avons refusé, chaises en métal ou en bois dur très inconfortable et nous avions une douzaines de vidéo pour comprendre le fonctionnement d'un chalet ou plutôt un shack de pêche moderne et en plus d'un enorme conteneur sur le terrain. Bref vraiment décevant et nous aimerions vraiment un remboursement de 50 % pour les inconvénients de vacances troublante. Merci de bien nous comprendre.
