Large bathrooms and living areas Could use some women’s touches such as bins in the bathrooms, washing up liquid and surface cleaners in the kitchen, coasters, place mats etc

• Vanessa (9/5): - Great location and perfect for travelling with our pet. The kitchen was well stocked. Excellent communication and efficient, friendly and helpful responses to any questions. Some in the group found the beds too soft. Washing machine was a bit fiddly and difficult to get started which seemed to be a known problem with that particular model of washing machine.

• Sharon (7/5): Loved our first visit to the area. House was very comfortable for us with three adults and a small dog. Easy walk to the - Great location, easy drive to Coolum Beach and Noosa. Well appointed kitchen made staying in to eat easy. Bedrooms nice and comfortable. Loved the fans throughout meaning no need for using the aircon. Not a dislike but need to be careful coming out of the property onto a main road.

• Letchimi (8/5): Loved the location. - Location to beach was excellent. Coffee machine was great, and couple of TV areas worked for our family as some of us are early risers. They only provided one gate fob so with two families not always going the same direction that was a pain. Also no air cons in any bedrooms meant you needed to leave windows open and on a main road weekends were a bit noisy.

• Nicola (9/5): Modern house for a comfortable stay - We booked this last minute as a couple of nights stay with extended family and it was perfect for us all. Really cool inside and very comfortable. Shame it doesn't have a pool!

• Coral (8/5): Very good - Beautiful property and well presented. Had all the modern amenities. The enclosed yard and outdoor space was perfect for young children. Especially since it was on a busy road And it was walking distance from the beach. The couches were uncomfortable.
• Kinniburgh (10/5): Clean and easy - Clean. Nice walking distance from the beach. Pet friendly. Lack of outdoor seating (table) and bbq. Understandable though. BBQs are a pain to clean. Your slab is going to crack for sure. That slab is going to crack for sure.
• Garbanzo (10/5): A great place to stay for people travelling in large groups; very spacious and beautiful - The bathrooms were the best we have ever seen! The beds were comfy and had plenty of space of a large number of people. N/A (perfect place!)

• Janet (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the easy-care floors and the size of the house. It was very close to the beach and amenities we wanted. It was in a very quiet area, which suited us. Screen doors didn't lock, which was a bit hot at times. Overall it was wonderful.

• Elizabeth (6/5): Close to beach - The property was walking distance to the beach. It was private and quiet. It was very cleanly presented. Well priced. Gas had run out so not able to cook dinner. Hosts gave instructions for connecting to a new gas bottle. Couldn't have done it myself, lucky my husband is handy. Coffee machine was not working. Hosts sent code to find manual, which had to be read through and machine descaled. Would like to suggest, items checked between guests. Very attractive beach house, but all concrete floors made for a noisy stay with a big group including children. This made it tricky to use the office space for working. Would suggest more soft furnishings to assist with softening the noise. Lots of instructions for check out including vacuuming and mopping, and putting out bin. This needs to be stated up front before people choose to stay. Also, unfortunately we could not have a late check out to make the most of our weekend getaway.
