Guest Reviews

- Jessi (1/5): - I did not like a single thing about this company that owns the flat or the flat Here is the brutally honest review of the flat and the company that owns it and the absolutely lack of support from booking.com. I paid $100 a night for the flat and arrived in London at 11am and asked to check in early or at least drop off my bags as checkin is not allowed till 4pm and was told I had to pay an extra £30, which is another scam for your money. I was also required to pay damage security fee ahead of my trip.
once at the at the apt i was given wifi info that didn't work and i was asked to troubleshoot the issue instead of the owner. Was told someone would repair it the following day and I had to complain before I found out they gave me the wrong wifi which only worked sporadically.
The apt condition does NOT match the pictures the show, this apt is at best worth $25 a night. So many items listed as amenities do not even exist in the apt, there is no iron, the city view is of the building back lot, the carbon monoxide detectors are hidden in the closet, there is scale in the kettle, the pillows and mattress are heavily stained (only found out this after I courteously stripped the bed) there is def no dishwasher, the is physical damage all over the apt, you wave to walk through trash up the stairs just get to the front door, you literally can here everything outside the door.
And when I informed company that owns the flat of my issues and I asked to be compensated and at least a partial refund, all I received was an "I am so sorry and we will discuss it and get back you".
I could literally keep going, BE WARNED, THIS IS A SCAM AND THE COMPANY HAS NO INTEREST IN CORRECTING THE ISSES OR DOING THE RIGHT THING

- Ivaylo (1/5): patetic - The building is a dump, and under renovation on top of everything.

- Radmila (7/5): Good -
- Edward (7/5): Good -
- Siobhan (3/5): Not worth it - The space was good. The living room and smart tv were good The noise was bad, could hear slamming doors until gone 9pm. Front entrance was broken so no security. No hot water or heating the first night but was fixed the following night(stayed for 2 nights). Bed was two single beds pushed together. No hot water in the morning only in the evening. Mould in the bathroom. It’s like an old council flat. I also needed to pay £35.00 non refundable deposit or a £500 refundable deposit before getting address sent to me. Do in addition to the £300+ you pay you need to pay extra.
- Branice (8/5): Very good - Easy check in, clean interior, and comfy beds that can be combined.
I was impressed by the amount of bed linen and towels provided, and a variety of board games were also
available.
The host responded timely to messages.
My 2 friends and I had a good stay here.
- Marzena (9/5): I recommend this place, nice, quiet neighbourhood. - The place was very clean and the host very helpful. Scaffolding, but presumably it's temporary.
- Patryk (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tamar (10/5): Lovely flat near Stoke Newington - This was a last-minute booking (the hotel i was staying in was a disaster) and it couldn't have been better: big, quiet, spotlessly clean, comfortable flat with well stocked kitchen and washing machine and fantastic public transport to central London
The owner was attentive and very helpful. will def return.
