- Sheri (6/5): I should have a refund of one night to compensate me for the stress and inconvience. - The staff were, on the most part, very responsive. The lock on the door to the apartment was not attached properly (a screw was missing) and a handyman was sent immediately to fix it. An employee named Jonathan was very quick to help me when I got locked out. 1)The key I was given for the "Door 2" - the entry to my own part of level 5 of the building - did not work. The neighbour on Level 5 had a key to my part of the building and had locked the door had locked my part of level 5, so the code entry could not work. I was locked out for over an hour, sitting on the floor outside Door 2. I called the company phone number but the person I talked to just kept telling me to use the key, which, as I said, did not work. Eventually Jonathan came and let me in with his own key, and gave me a key that worked for Door 2. The "Best Rent" company needs to update the lock on Door 2 if they are going to rely on a code for people to get into the apartment. Guests should not be locked out because of the old mechanical lock on the door. I would like a refund for one night of my 8 day stay to compensate me for being locked out for more than an hour. I missed a dinner appointment with a friend and my groceries were ruined after sitting without refrigeration for an hour and a half, and it was very stressful trying to explain to the person I called at the company who would not accept that I could not use my key to get in - I thought no one was coming to help me. I also believe that as a guest who rents an apartment that uses keyless entry by way of one's mobile phone should should not be required to carry the keys with them when they leave the apartment in case a neighbour locks the door to the guest's unit.
Also, it was very disconcerting to know that my neighbour had a key to my part of the building - I think this is a serious security issue.
2) The toilet in the bathroom that has a bathtub runs constantly. It was not great having the toilet running for my entire stay. It is blocked somehow, possibly by a build-up of calcium from the water. The Best Rent Company should get a plumber in to clear the pipes.
3) The local staff were great.
- Elena (7/5): Зачем нужны два утюга и пылесосы,смажьте двери и положите дополнительно туалетную бумагу и мешки для мусора.обезопасьте - Прекрасный дом,винтажный лифт.месторасположение отличное, основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности .чисто ,есть все необходимое для жизни и приготовления нехитрого питания.очень приятный бонус в виде капсюльной кофе машины для приготовления кофе Заезд в 15.00,но даже в это время апартаменты не были убраны и готовы к приему ,после 20 часовой дороги пришлось сидеть под дверью,ожидая завершения уборки номера😥За шесть полных дней проживания горячая вода была максимум два раза.во все остальные дни была возможность принять холодный душ.и это при наличии ванны?все двери скрипят ужасно,включая дверь посудомоечной машины,вода в унитазе течет не переставая,генератор за дверью тоже издает постоянный шум.апартаменты находятся на мансардном этаже,железные балки мансарды ничем не закрыты,высоким людям есть постоянная угроза разбить голову,невысоким легче,но ударится головой о железную балку всегда можно🥹растения на балконе в ужасном состоянии,если нет желания за ними ухаживать-лучше убрать совсем.есть два утюга,но нет мешков для мусора и запасного рулона туалетной бумаги.комары к сожалению тоже есть.
- Luciana (6/5): Surpresa quando chegamos: apartamento estava sujo, bagunçado e com lixo nos banheiros e cozinha. - Localização ótima. E só! Não gostei por várias razões. 1) Informações não claras quanto a valores extras. Dias antes da hospedagem, foi-nos cobrado um valor de 50 euros de "caução" e até agora não foi devolvido. 2) O método do check-in é complexo, e a última fechadura, justamente a da porta de entrada do apartamento é bem difícil de entender. 3) Quando chegamos o apartamento estava sujo, com roupas de cama e de banho usados, chão sujo, mesa da cozinha suja, lixos nos banheiros e na cozinha de hóspedes anteriores. O problema foi resolvido ao enviarem duas pessoas para fazerem a limpeza, mas o mal estar já estava feito. 4) Na descrição não havia nada comunicando a existência de escadas para chegar ao apartamento.
