• Karola (4/5): Beloofde beeld van appartement is misleidend. - Het was schoon en redelijk dichtbij het stadscentrum Erg klein en steriel ingericht met goedkope IKEA spullen, het gevoel in de wachtkamer van de tandarts te zitten. Voorts was de communicatie met de verhuurder erg slecht. De beloofde procedure met codes om binnen te komen was niet gemaild en zodoende duurde het meer dan een uur voor we binnen waren. Een aantal dingen was kapot: de vaatwasser, de afstandsbediening van de entree van de parkeergarage en de keuken verlichting. Voorts waren de beloofde koffiepads voor de Senseo er niet en er was één zakje thee in de keuken, die overigens ook schamel was ingericht. Met open raam slapen is er onmogelijk vanwege de treinen die op twintig meter afstand ieder half uur voorbij denderen en de rokers op de balkons. Al met al een teleurstelling; het beloofde prettige verblijf hadden wij er absoluut niet!

• Désirée (9/5): Eine super Möglichkeit, zentral und doch (trotz Bahngleise) recht ruhig in Paderborn zu übernachten. Wirklich mit Liebe - Gute Lage, ansprechend eingerichtet, sauber (außer ein paar Flecken auf der Tagesdecke) Die Konstruktion der Tür in der Dusche ist ein bisschen speziell. Dass sie zum Waschbecken hin öffnet und dadurch dort der Boden nass wird. Aber nicht so schlimm. Kaffee-pads waren da, aber wenn es ein paar Tütchen Zucker und Kaffeeweißer geben würde für die erste Nacht, das wäre super. Und noch ein persönlicher Negativ-Punkt: ich HASSE Frottee-Bettlaken. Leider war genau so eins aufgezogen. Aber das ist ja einfach persönlicher Geschmack.
• Lotte (7/5): Sehr saubereres und modernes Appartement! - Das Appartement ist sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet! An manchen Stellen gab es ein paar kleine Makel wie abgeblätterte Wandfarbe oder kleine kaputte Stellen an dem Esstisch oder Sideboard. Leider ist das lüften kaum möglich, da aufgrund der Nachbarbalkone ständig unangenehmer Zigarettenrauch hineinzieht der im Appartement hängen bleibt.

• Corinna (8/5): Hübsches Appartement für Stadturlaub. - Das Apartment ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Den Zugang Mittels Schlüsselkasten und Code- Schloss fanden wir sehr vorteilhaft. Ideal für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt in Paderborn. Nachts ist die vor dem Haus verkehrende Bahn leider sehr laut zu hören.

• Carmen (7/5): Großzügiges Zimmer an der Bahn - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Von der Tiergarage kommt man ohne schweres Schleppen des Gepäcks bequem über den Aufzug zum Zimmer. Funktionierendes WLAN. Für eine Übernachtung zur Durchreise oder für max. zwei junge Leute, Preis-Leistung gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Neben dem, was im Haus los ist, hört man vor allem die vorbeifahrenden Züge, was insbesondere in der Nacht stört, trotz runtergelassenem Rolladen. Das Bett ist sehr unbequem, nichts für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen.

Lots of coffee makers but no coffee tabs, though instant coffee was provided.
• Josef (8/5): - Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im Skandic Look. Sehr schön geschnitten. Mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile. Alles vorhanden, was man für den Alltag so benötigt. Tiefgaragenplatz steht zur freien Verfügung. Schnelles Internet vorhanden. Alles Top. Leider hat wohl einer unserer Vormieter das "Nichtraucher Schild" überlesen oder bei offenem Balkon geraucht, so dass man diesen penetranten Zigarettengeruch im Raum hatte. 😟 Volle Punktzahl, wenn dieser Umstand nicht gewesen wäre. Was eigentlich sehr schade ist, da die Vermieter nichts dafür können.

• Stefanie (10/5): Sauber und gut ausgestattet ä. - Unglaublich sauber. Sehr durchdacht eingerichtet. Überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt fast an nichts. Würde ich wieder buchen. Keine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Beschreibung stimmt diesbezüglich der Ausstattung nicht. An der Spühlmaschine war ein Zettel "Defekt". Bahnschienen direkt am Haus und entsprechende Geräuschkulisse in der Nacht. Wegen der Sommerhitze musste das Fenster nachts auf, damit überhaupt an Schlaf zu denken ist. Das hat die Geräusche der vorbeifahrenden Züge entsprechend lauter sein lassen und für regelmäßiges Wachwerden gesorgt.

• Colin (8/5): Very good - Very clean apartment within an easy walking distance from the old city. There was a secure car par in an underground garage. The apartment was light and airy. There were no block out curtains. The railway line was outside the window, which we needed open because there was no air-conditioning, but the trains were not frequent. The pillows were not comfortable. We had difficulty getting into the apartment by the keypad as we were not familiar with this. The owner was helpful in sending us a video on how to use it.

• Gabriele (10/5): Very clean and modern with all facilities but try not to arrive on a Sunday or bank holiday or have sufficient food for - The property is a modern,clean and tidy block of flats,this particular apartment (bed-sit) is on the second floor ( there’s a lift) Including a separate toilet and shower room, a kitchenette, double bed ,flatscreen TV ( very modern smart TV) A table with two chairs and a balcony with chairs. It’s clean and modern with very good Wifi. Also includes a fridge and adequate cupboard space for your food ,cutlery plates and cups are included . The nearest shops are five minutes walk away including a modern supermarket,a bakery and a petrol garage and more! The shower is modern and efficient the hot water system is almost instantaneous. There’s a coin operated washing machine and dryer in the cellar which is shared with all the other residents but we had no problem using it…there’s a clothes horse in the flat for delicates or to save drying. Washing costs €3 and dryer about the same although we used the clothes horse the whole time, set up on the balcony. A very pleasant set up with codes for the mail box for your keys and for the room provided. Individual car parking space in a secure underground car parking garage under the building, this has automatic movement sensor lights so you are never alone in the dark. ( you leave via an inside door next to the washing room straight into the lift or use the stairs.) It’s a good central location in a modern town . We enjoyed our stay immensely. We arrived on a Sunday, in Germany shops stay shut out of religious respect and for the workers to have their weekend so be prepared if you do arrive then or a bank holiday. The property has a local railway line running right next to it, it’s not loud and the trains are short but if you aren’t used to it they’ll wake you up. On the plus side there are electric operated shutters and you can close the balcony door.
