Nice living room, bathroom and bedroom, with large windows restaurants and full views all around There were no closets or storage space for clothes in bedroom. Paid for 4 days parking directly across street but ended up using uber to get to and from city , so we didn’t lose spot.

De afgescheiden ruimte voor het bed is afgeschermd met uitstekend verduisterende gordijnen wat voor een goede nachtrust zorgde. Het appartementencomplex is op loopafstand van de oude stad. Niets

Walsh (9/5): Loft incroyable dans le quartier St Roch de Québec - Le loft est incroyable, moderne et tout équipé! Que dire des superbes fenêtres et de la luminosité! Idéal si vous voulez passer plusieurs jours. Peut-être équipé le système d’éclairage avec ‘dimmers’ afin de bien doser ou de tamiser l’éclairage dans les pièces le soir. Il y a pas de meubles pour ranger les vêtements ou de garde-robe , ce qui pourrait incommoder pour des séjours de longues durées.
Manuel David (7/5): Apartamento bonito, pero con poca intimidad en una de las habitaciones (sin puerta, con cortinas) - El apartamento estaba muy bien. No hay llaves, usas códigos para la puerta del edificio y del apartamento. El sitio era muy tranquilo. Una habitación era una habitación real, con su puerta y su ventana, pero la otra habitación no tenía ventana y tenía cortinas (en lugar de puertas...). Para dos noches, esta situación de falta de intimidad se puede aguantar, pero es un detalle a tener en cuenta.
Jorge (10/5): - Todo estuvo perfecto el departamento es muy amplio y confortable y está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es muy buena y está solo 7-8 minutos de auto hasta el casco antiguo de la ciudad. Hay un parking a doscientos metros del departamento que cuesta 20 dólares por 24 horas, entiendo que se puede entrar y salir con el mismo tiket porque está indicada la hora de validez. Todo estuvo perfecto
stéphane (9/5): - Beau logement, lumineux, bien aménagé et propre, au cœur d’un quartier animé de la Basse-Ville de Québec. Bon rapport qualité-prix. La communication ne se fait qu’en anglais. Tous les courriels reçus (même si je répondais en français) sont en anglais seulement, reçu pour le paiement, instructions pour accéder au logement et autres renseignements… C’est une location qui se trouve au cœur d’un quartier populaire dans une ville francophone au Québec. Désolent !

La salle de bain est propre et la pièce principale est gigantesque. Très positif dans l'ensemble Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de parking privé est un peu embêtant mais il y a beaucoup de parking public aux alentours. Une vibration continue dans l'appartement est un peu dérangeante tout comme la circulation mais l'isolation est tout de même assez bien.

It’s very sunny, which means even in winters, the temp jumped up to almost 26 degrees in the room, but they disabled the air conditioner. It was almost impossible to stay in the room, we had to open the front door to let cold air in from the lobby.

etain (6/5): - Location was good At 2 times staff members (cleaners?) walked into our room unannounced, once in the middle of the night and another before check out. I did not feel safe knowing people could just let themselves in to the room.

Jose Gabriel (9/5): Muy bien - Apartamento espacioso y muy limpio. Muy tranquilo. La TV no permite ver canales en abierto. Normalmente en este tipo de alojamientos suele haber elementos para cocinar (aceite, sal, azúcar, detergente,...). En este caso no era así.
