• Lokesh (2/5): Poor facilities and Maintenance - Wife and kids didn't like it at all. There were rubbish and junk in the backyard, overgrown grass and weeds. Entrance of the house was through garage so no covered parking was there for the car. Even small things like handwash was diluted with water everywhere in the house, dishwasher liquid was not provided. Cooking pan was like decades old, so had to rush to Woolies to buy all these things. Cleanliness was also not upto the mark. So not happy at all considering the price for one night.

• DaniSunko (7/5): Katoomba Holiday - A spacious place in a convenient location. Lovely to have the wild cockatoos landing on the balcony. Communication from the host was quick. The queen bed downstairs was very hard. We stayed in the peak of summer and there was no air con or fans - lots of heaters but fans are definately needed. The screens on the windows need to be fixed as there are lots of holes.

• Sharon (6/5): - Lots of space. Kitchen well stocked. Laundry facility with washing powder (bonus!) Quiet location No hot water when we arrived. Fuse kept blowing when the heating turned on. Unable to contact owners. Left message and they came by in the morning. Bed in king room was rock hard.

• Megan (7/5): Quirky property - Plenty of room. Only one small couch to relax on. Shower doors open inwards not allowing for the occupant to be in the shower as the door was opened. You can't use the lock up garage as it is being used as storage. Parking is in the carport area however it is quite a crowded space.

• Jackie (1/5): Very disappointed especially for what we paid - The location It was not cleaned properly but the worst was the double bed upstairs which we could not sleep in. There was definitely no mattress it was a wooden board with blankets on top. Absolutely horrible and hard we could not sleep all night. We messaged the owner to ask if there was a spare mattress and they didn’t even bother to answer us! It was cold and there was only heaters in each room which of you left on would be too hot.

• Grace (8/5): Very good - The property was spacious, convenient & clean. Host was friendly and responsive. There was an issue with the dishwasher but the host was responsive about fixing it in the future.

It was modern, and parking was easy There wasn't anywhere comfortable to gather as a group as it only had a tiny couch and cafe-style tables that served as a dining table. The downstairs double bed was extremely hard, while the upstairs double was very soft.

• Dennis (8/5): Good accomodation for a Blue Mountains family visit - The townhouse provides plenty of space on two floors. It is a good spot for a bigger group. More comfortable seats in the living room would have been great, some of our group had to sit on rather uncomfortable kitchen chairs. Would have appreciated a Nepresso coffee machine too

• Kate (8/5): Lovely quiet location in Katoomba. - A great location for visiting Katoomba. Lovely view from the property, and a lovely quiet spot. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and was great for our group of six. Just to note that the king bed downstairs has a very firm mattress. If you prefer a softer mattress then this could be uncomfortable.

• Brett (4/5): Sorry to say that the property was a disappointment. - The location was very handy, but there was not much more that I like unfortunately I certainly did not like the beds, they were rock hard and like sleeping on a plank of wood. Luckily I was not sleeping with my partner other wise we would having been fighting the whole night for the duvet. The host has a smaller duvet than the actual bed. I did not like the face washers as they had embroidered stuff on almost the whole face washer, plus there were no hand towels!! The sofa was a joke!! Only just enough room for 2 people to sit on and not comfortable AT ALL. And basically nowhere else to sit and relax

• Amoils (8/5): Very good - Really easy to organise with the host. The house was very clean and the facilities were all in good working order. Convenient location close to the Three Sisters and the main strip of shops. There was even a massage chair which was great to relax in after a hike. The only thing that could have improved our stay was a more comfortable couch/living room area where the 5 of us could all sit together. The couch is very small (2 people) and the only other sitting space near it was the dining room chairs, which I didn't find very comfortable. Also, the mattresses are very firm.

We turned up to the property 10minutes after booking online. The host was so helpful n the property was spotless, comfortable and spacious.the location is perfect to drive into Katoomba for dinner and sight seeing the 3 sisters. The massage chair was an added bonus after a long day!
