- Marwa (10/5): - Es un apartamento acogedor y agradable, esta en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. Cristiana fue muy amable y nos dio muchos consejos, buen trato Nada, todo bien.
- Kirill (10/5): We would like to stop here once again. - The apartment is located near the train station on a quiet street. The windows overlook the canal. It is spacious enough for four people. We were allowed to check in a little earlier, thanks to Cristiana, who contacted us the day before our arrival in Venice. You can cook in the kitchen, but during our visit there was no sugar in the cupboards. This was perhaps the only inconvenience we experienced.
- DOYOUNG (9/5): - 숙소는 크고 깔끔했다.냉장고 전자레인지 드럼세탁기가 있었고 요리도구가 구비되어 있었다. 산타루시아역 뒷쪽인데 위치는 좋았다. 숙소비용도 합리적이어서 좋았다. 주인하고 대면해서 열쇠를 받았고 시간이 좀 어긋났다.

- Jing (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great. It is very close to the Venice train station. It only took me 5 mins walk to arrive. The host messaged me detailed location so that I have no problem to find it. It is in a quiet and beautiful community with lots of restaurants nearby. The washing machine is integrated with dryer so that we can laundry our clothes during middle of our trip. The apartment is sparking clean. The appliances are very new. We were enjoying our stay. Nothing.

It is a quiet neighbourhood, the house decoration is fully furnished in the style of an Italian house. We had difficulty finding the place, later a person met us and took us to the house where we would stay. There was no dishwasher, there was a coffee machine but no coffee.

- Aurélia (10/5): Very nice appartment close to all facilities - The appartment is well located and nicely equipped. All kitchen equipment and furnitures in general are nice and clean. It's 5 minutes walking distance from train station and boat. The person in charge is super nice and helpful and giving lots ot tips and informations. The bed is the main room is nice but the 2 beds in living room are good for kidss but not for adults.
