• Marco (7/5): Bueno pero requiere mejoras - Bonito residencial e instalaciones, sin tamaña y buena vista, seguro Buen internet Falta limpieza, algunos deterioros como la mesa quebrada y con agua caliente solo algunas veces

• Lynne (9/5): It was comfortable, clean and relaxing, perfect for guests who don’t want the chaos of the hotel zone. - It was comfortable and clean! The view to right is beautiful. The pool and the beach were gorgeous and the area is quiet and relaxing since it’s not in the hotel zone. It has good security. The view from the balcony to the left is an eyesore, with broken down buildings and old boats here and there. It’s prime real estate on the beach that needs to be cleaned up. The kitchen needs to be upgraded.

• Jorgina (10/5): The perfect vacation spot for a girls trip - We loved the nautical decor, clean and comfortable space, having our own bedroom and bathroom. Michel was a great host, very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. It was great to have a kitchen to cook on nights or mornings we wanted to stay in. The security by the pool asked us multiple times a day for our names and room number even though we have wrist bands. We let our host know.

• Damian (8/5): Nice stay with ocean view. - The apartment was spacious and clean. It also had a nice ocean view! The pool was also nice and we enjoyed that there weren't very many people in it. The secondary bedroom ac unit could use some cleaning.

• Jayne (7/5): An apartment which has everything you need and is comfortable but is dated. - Nice view and comfortable. Has all the facilities you require. The host was great when coming to check on apartment after a storm came through. It is dated and a number of items show wear from high mineral content of the water. Items like dish rack, washing machine, laminex, sink surround, washing machine and shower caddies feel dirty. Shower caddies and dish rack need replacing cause of this. Also doors need a good clean down.

• Frida (9/5): Wonderful Stay in Cancun: Impeccable Property and Outstanding Hospitality - The property was impeccably clean, well-located, family-friendly, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The pool and common areas were ideal for kids. We had an excellent stay in Cancun, thanks to the attentive and proactive host, Michel. Despite the hurricane, the property was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. We look forward to booking again soon! The only downside was that the elevator was not working due to the hurricane.
