• Guest (1/5): Health and safety risk: bird infestation - n/a I was not able to stay in the apartment after the first night when I discovered that, the property had a pigeon infestation; the pigeon was living in the balcony and got into the apartment in the morning. Bird's faeces were everywhere. The property manager was unavailable for 5 hours and after I managed to get hold of them they only refunded me 15% of the cost. Booking.com also refused to refund me for the property, which was not suitable for living and called it a minor inconvenience despite multiple photo and video evidence
• Ivanova (8/5): - - The view from the windows was phenomenal, especially at sunset. - The interior was very pleasant and unique. - The location is as central to the city as you can get, very convenient for tourists; you can find almost anything within 500m of the apartment - supermarkets, restaurants, drug stores, etc - Very well connected to public transport - The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essential amenities - Excellent communication with the owner - The area can feel a bit shady at times, with some sketchy individuals around - particularly at night. However, the building's electronic door locks and the multiple secured doors within the apartment provided a strong sense of safety. - The absence of air conditioning made afternoons very uncomfortable. There is a large fan that helps make the heat more bearable, but it’s still not ideal. - It can be a little noisy due to the nearby trams and traffic.

• Susanna (8/5): Very good - Location wonderful, despite not being the newest place, you can tell that the owners are keeping it up well, appreciated the "wet shoes" provided for entering the bathroom after having showered, since the shower is not separate from the sink/toilet, and appreciated the coffee capsules that were provided for us, there were also some tees and vinegar and such available, maybe from other guests The kitchen is very old, but it was very clean, the cold water in the kitchen had a problem, so we kept getting cold water from the bathroom, since the water tasted better there. There was no dish soap, but we got some from a friend and left some, so enjoy!.

• Barbara (8/5): Cozy but for smokers - Very comfortable flat, great location, I liked the wooden floor, the view on the city and how the sun comes in in the afternoon through the big windows. Also it had everything you need for a longer stay. An equipped kitchen, washing machine, et . The only downside was it had a little smell of smoke that also did not go away in one week. It was ok with windows open but then it was quite noisy from the big street and trams outside.
• Gritta (8/5): Top location - The location is top! The apartment is very comfy and still roomy :) The coffee machine ;) The bathroom is badly laid out. When sitting on the toilet there is little space because of the sink. The shower floods the whole bathroom when in use. There was one pot in the kitchen and that is very big and kinda old.
• Ignjatovski (7/5): Good - Great location. Reasonably comfortable bed. Clean towels and bedding. The toilet is practically connected with the sink, which makes it very uncomfortable to use. Althow towels and bedding were clean, the rest of the apartment should be cleaned with more attention, the windows, cups and glasses in the kitchen cabinets especially.

• Nikolaos (9/5): Superb - Very nice location, the apartment was pretty, and except for the bathroom, very functional and spacy. The host was also very available to reply, whenever we needed anything. The bathroom. Not only is the shower not seperated with the rest of the bathroom in any way, and the drain is not even directly below it, the sink is just above the toilet, making it impossible to use as intended. It is a real shame, as the decoration indicates that it has been renovated fairly recently, so I cannot imagine why there was no care given for functionality.
• Humanafterall (9/5): Very nice - The apartment is really cosy, clean, silent yet very central. Lots of nice things in the area. I would like to be back. Bathroom is a bit cramped but needs a tool to remove water after shower. Cupboards were not super clean.
