Los ascensores a pesar de los comentarios recibidos los sentí super rápidos, nunca esperamos más de 3 minutos. El WiFi por momentos fallaba. El personal de recepción bastante antipático, ni te miraban al entrar. El colchón algo blando a mi gusto, pero es algo personal. Un día no hubo limpieza y en otro se olvidaron de dejarnos las toallas.
• GALLOYER (10/5): Parfait emplacement pour un séjour à Manahattan - Je pense que nous avons été surclassé car réservation d'une chambre classique et nous étions logé dans un petit appartement avec salon cuisine et chambre séparée. L'arrivée et le check out se sont très bien passé. La chambre était propre, la cuisine bien équipée (pour un appart hôtel). Tout le nécessaire était présent et le lit confortable.Dans les points positifs, il y a également une lingerie graguite au sous sol avec machine à laver et sèche linge, une petite salle de sport et le café est offert au distributeur à côté de l'accueil. De même nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le gardiennage de nos valises le jour de notre départ ! La climatisation est très efficace mais aussi très bruyante.

• Samuel (10/5): Sane refuge in Manhattan - Staff went beyond the call of duty when unusual circumstances happened and I had to leave town and head home immediately. They let me use a public bathroom to shave in after I already checked out because I had to buy a new razor. (Unheard of in NYC.) They let me charge my razor at the front desk to finish when the outlets in the bathroom were faulty. (Also highly unusual on Manhattan.) Not suited for quick sex encounters because the kitchenette is geared toward family relations and healthy living.

Siivooja käy huoneessa joka päivä. Tämä kyllä koskee kaikkia muitakin hotelleja. Viikon majoituksen aikana siivous voisi olla kaksi kertaa tai pyydettäessä.

The free laundry facilities down stairs were a welcome bonus for us while travelling. Lifts were slow and hard to get. Often took the stairs as it was quicker.

• Frank (8/5): It was a great place to stay for a weekend trip to NYC. - Location was just far enough away from the very busy Main Street. The elevator was a bit slow. Not large enough to accommodate the amount of guests.
• Camil (8/5): Très bonne expérience - Très bon emplacement. Apparement de qualité et propre. C'est un 9/10 mais avec -1 sur le personnel côté accueil. La personne les matins à l'accueil n'est pas très comode. Et la personne qui a fait notre check-in doit apprendre à être plus accueillante mais c'était moins grave que la personne les matins pour qui tout est à revoir côté front office.

• Anita Angela (10/5): Ottimo - Stanza pulitissima, di dimensioni generose. Cambio asciugamani e rifacimento del letto quotidiani. Lo staff molto gentile e l'angolo acqua, caffè e tè molto ben organizzato e apprezzato. Posizione perfetta. Lo specchio del bagno enorme e illuminato benissimo, che gioia!😍 Gli infissi della stanza non erano molto nuovi e di conseguenza non insonorizzati. Ma d'altronde siamo a New York la città che non dorme mai. Abbiamo comunque dormito bene nonostante i rumori.

• Mutinta (8/5): Great place with value for money - the location was great, it was near to the train station, time square, shops and everything else was pretty much within reach for everthying we wanted. one of the elevators stopped working during the second week of our stay so we had to wait for one which took forever. other than that the place was worth every penny.

Only 2 elevators service them, which means getting downstairs in the morning while the staff was moving their carts was a bit of a challenge. Leave extra time.

La cuisine était un vrai plus pour nous, nous prenions nos petits déjeuners et dîners (après des journées bien remplies) Le personnel était très agréable et serviable. Tous les jours des cookies/gâteaux en libre service L’attente aux ascenseurs est un enfer, nous avons dû prendre les escaliers avec nos énormes valises car nous attendions depuis 20 min !! Un sur deux en fonction ça n’aide pas ! L’hôtel est vieillot et mériterait une réfection

I don’t understand how a cleaning person cleaned that bathroom before our arrival and didn’t replace the seat. The entire seat was ready to fall off when i lifted it. My husband was able to tighten the screw to secure the seat but the lid was hanging barely from one side. We received a text each day asking how the room was. I responded each time but never heard anything back. Very disappointed.
