• Minenhle (5/5): - Good central location. The owner wasn’t accommodating with check in. I had to request an uber and pay myself for the cleaner to get home because my check in was late and they didn’t want to leave the key at the reception, owner didn’t want to help with that. There is a foul smell in the house that didn’t seem to go away.
• Josh (5/5): The hotel was perfect but the apartment - The service was great at the restaurant The apartment wasn’t clean , had dirt on the walls and the surfaces were dusty .

Found the room clean Two incidents happened, i understood the situation to some extent but honestly was not amused when it got to checking out , got a message that I should leave by 10 am and what not. I mean I was patient enough when i landed, waited for keys at the lobby for close to an hour and the next day when the key card jammed, waited by the reception again for close to seven hours to get the key and access my room but after staying with them for eight days, they couldn't wait for me to finish packing properly and I kept getting messages to leave before ten am.Just wow!! Of I wasn't inconvenienced in any way 10am check out was fair enough but that wasn't the case. Anyways
• Mamoloko (7/5): - It was clean..and comfortable...i would use it again The perfume they used in the room made my sinuses worse i could not sleep.. The bathroom door made an irritating noise..i am not sure about black linen

• Jurné (1/5): BLOOD ON THE BEDDING - Less than an hour after I arrived, I discovered BLOOD spots - mostly on the bottom part of the duvet which was tucked into the mattress. I immediately reported it, and someone came and started washing it out in the tiny bathroom. No plan was communicated regarding how the matter would be addressed, and it would have taken hours to properly wash and dry the bedding - in the apartment - which certainly would have invaded my privacy and not allowed me full use of the property. I decided that the above was not acceptable and that I could not stay in such unsanitary conditions, and left the property. Subsequently, the host lied to Booking.com and alleged that I did not show up, and further refused to refund me as they reportedly “correct(ed)” the situation - both clearly falsehoods. I received no further communication from the host, and the above has been reported to Booking.com.

• Reeza (2/5): Would not recommend - Well located Unit was dirty, linen was not clean, carpets stained, facial hair throughout the bathroom, cups and cutlery was dirty. The host asked to meet in the parking lot. We left the unit the same evening and booked alternative accommodation.

• Abbey (4/5): The Capital let us down. - Nothing. We did not enjoy our stay. I was not impressed at all about this property. Compared to The Capital at Melrose the stay was terrible. Firstly, the lady who was to hand us the arrived late. Secondly, the advertisement on your site is misleading; it does not state that it is at the Capital. I think the standard of the rooms managed by Capital and the ones that have private owners is not the same. I will definitely shy away from the private ones within your apartments.

• Antoinette (8/5): Perfect for a few nights in the city. - Comfortable and convenient place to stay. Great that you can use the hotel amenities and order room service.

• Cari-lee (8/5): It was a pleasant stay. - Very neat and tidy. Spacious Good location WiFi wasn’t very strong. Netflix was very slow.
• Trevor (7/5): Sandton stay - Spacious. Close to amenities. Comfortable bed, although the duvet could be bigger for the size of the bed. Great shower. Good facilities. Upon arrival, there was confusion with our permission to stay at the property due to something regarding Booking.com, so that made us feel somewhat uneasy to begin with. Cleaning wasn't of the highest standard (dusty surfaces) considering there is apparantly a 300 Rand cleaning fee. Lack of TV channels. TV in bedroom didn't work at all and Netflix kept losing connection. No dishwasher (a suggestion would be to have a washing machine/dryer combo to allow space for dishwasher)
• Laone (9/5): Beautiful place - The location is great, quiet and a few minutes away from the mall. The property is very clean and looks exactly like in pictures. The host/housekeeper,Felicia communicated with us the whole time we needed help. The wifi is bad and it was the only thing not good about the place, everything else was perfect. Please improve on your wifi.

• Brigette (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place to stay! The apartment is clean and quiet, great ambience, comfortable bed, and lots of amenities available at the hotel so everything you need is there. I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Sandton. Housekeeping was not included in the cost despite having a long stay (1 week)
