• Ashly (10/5): - The balcony was amazing! The apartment was spacious and decorated nice. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We also left a few things behind and they kept them available for us to pick up whenever we could. The area is quite and you don’t get woken up in the morning by people trying to sell stuff with loud megaphones (something that was really frustrating for me in other places I stayed while my baby was sleeping) No elevator and lots of stairs so being a girl who doesn’t pack lightly it was the only downside for us my poor husband had to constantly carry the baby and her stroller up and down but it’s good for your 🍑 and if you don’t have a baby with a lot of baggage it’s not bad and honestly worth it for that view price and quite area. It definitely didn’t stop me from wanting to book again unfortunately it not available during my next trip.

• Khaled (10/5): Clean, spacious, and private stay in a great New Cairo location with an excellent host. - We had a really great stay here. The location in New Cairo was perfect for what we needed, and the apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and offered a great sense of privacy. The internet worked well, parking out front was very convenient, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus even with the bad weather. What stood out most was the host - extremely communicative, informative, and easy to deal with from start to finish. We were only in Cairo for two days for paperwork, but this place made the trip much more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing at all. The main thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. That said, security kindly helped us bring our bags upstairs, which we really appreciated.

• Ogutcen (10/5): Harikaydı - Bu evin konumu, terası, ve sahibi Mou harika. 5 gün old Town gezimiz sonrasi 2 günü de New cairo için ayırmıştık. Son dakikaya kadar hiç bir tam olarak içime sinmemisken burayı buldum. Ailece geziyoruz ve küçük kızımız var. Eve vardığımizda ev sahibi bizi kapıda karşıladı ve evi teslim etti ev inanılmaz özenli dizayn edilmiş, geniş ferah ve oldukça rahat. Mutfak tam donanımlı ve çok kullanii. Yatak 1 adet çift kişilik, 2 adet tek kişilik yatak vardı ve çok rahattı. Normalde ev konaklamalarimda yanımda deterjan götürüp herşeyi yıkarım. Bu evde herşey mis gibi kokuyordu. Banyo küvet çok güzel ve çamaşır makinasi var Salon tüm eşyalar çok güzel. Ve hiç rastlanmadığımiz kahve köşesine bayıldık. Teras ❤️ işte burası harika! Bu evi ve sahibini herkese öneririm. • Ess (10/5): Yalla! Book it! You won’t regret! - Everything about this property is fantastic! After our first night my husband said “Please check here first the next time we come to Cairo.” It is clean and comfortable, and it has everything you need to feel at home. We cooked full meals whole there. It’s in a quiet area, so you can definitely enjoy the beautiful terrace. At the same time, it has fast access to all services. Mr Mou and his dear mom made the check in and check out processes very easy, too. There isn’t an elevator, but we managed 30kg luggage and a sleeping toddler, and stroller with no problem, so do not let the stairs scare you away. Everything is wonderful! Book this apartment!

• zohra (10/5): - Séjour de 15 jours en Egypte dans ce superbe appartement que je recommande à 100%. Il est très propre et agréable pour passer un très bon séjour. L'hôte est vraiment sympathique et n' hésite pas à vous demander si tout va bien ou si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Il est de très bons conseils pour les sorties et restaurants. Pour le reste, vous avez une épicerie à 500 mètres et cela vaut le coup de faire la marche à pied. Pour se déplacer, on a utilisé l'application Uber pour nos déplacements. Je vous conseille de visiter le Caire, certains endroits sont magnifiques comme la Tour du Caire, le Nil ou le quartier Copte.

• Khaled (8/5): It was a pleasant stay and a very good value for money. - The host is very nice. It was spotless clean. The area is really quiet with an easy parking. There is no elevator and it’s in the third floor. The internet was very slow.

• Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is even nicer than the pictures suggest. The terrace is wonderful. But best of all the host always checks with you and makes sure you're happy at all times. The neighbourhood is a 30 min Drive from downtown Cairo which was actually something we liked, very calm and tranquil and a total contrast to the bust city centre. The WiFi is not suitable if you need to make calls and videos. It works absolutely fine most of the day but it cuts off every now and then. But we had a backup (smartphone Hotspot) so it was manageable. The mobile connection was perfect inside the flat. We still rated 10* by the way and we would come back as we still think it's the BEST apartment in the area and the best value decision you could make. Thank you and hope to see you again. <3

It's fully furnished with a lovely roof setup that we thoroughly enjoyed. The host is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and I wish him all the best. However, for groups larger than two, having more than one bathroom would be preferable. This apartment is ideal for young individuals, but keep in mind there's no elevator.
