• Daniela (10/5): Excelent - Este exact ca in imagini, sunt doua magazine in apropiere si la 10 min de mers pe jos de statie de metrou/tramvai. Zona linistita iar proprietara a fost foarte amabila si ne-a ajutat cu ce am avut nevoie foarte rapid. Consider ca este raport pret-calitate corespunzator.

Osoby poruszające się autem muszą liczyć z wysokimi kosztami parkingu lub pozostawienie auta na parkingu park&ride,co oczywiście jest to niezależne od właściciela . Polecam w 100%
• Agata (9/5): Ciekawe i komfortowe mieszkanie - Bardzo duże pokoje, bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy, ładna łazienka, w kuchni niczego nie brakowało. Ładna kamienica. W mieszkaniu byłyśmy w 6osób, trochę brakowało szaf i wieszaka na kurtki. 3 piętro bez windy może sprawiać kłopot osobom z niepełnosprawnościami.

• Moisés (7/5): Alojamiento grande en buen barrio. - El tamaño y la zona donde se encuentra. Las camas no eran cómodas y la mesa del salón era muy pequeña para una casa que duermen 5 o 6 personas . La Tv es muy pequeña también y el sofá para sentarnos era muy pequeño para todos. El que sea en un 3 piso sin ascensor se hace incómodo si viajas con niños pequeños y personas mayores.
• Bianca (7/5): Großzügiges Appartment, ein paar Abstriche - Platz war wirklich sehr großzügig, perfekt um trotzdem Privatsphäre zu haben. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und öffentliche Anbindung. Die Ausstattung und auch Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können (,zB am WC, zudem machten Handtücher und Bettwäsche keinen frisch gewaschenen Eindruck)

• Benjamin (7/5): Zentrale Lage in Dritter Etage - Tolle Lage mit ausgezeichneter Verkehrsanbindung. Supermarkt direkt gegenüber und auch zahlreiche Restaurants. Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz für 6 Personen und mehr. Das Badezimmer war sehr modern und die Dusche ebenerdig und groß. Nutlich war die Waschmaschine! Kleiner Wäscheständer im Schlafzimmerschrank. Extra Raum für die Toilette mit Fenster und Lüftung ist super. Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern verdunkeln ausreichend. Betten waren bequem. Unterkunft ist in der dritten Etage! 90 Stufen sind zu bewältigen. Das mit Kinderwagen die nicht unten abgestellt werden können. Dazu habe ich leider keine Info in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft gefunden. Küche: Die Küche benötigt mehr Ausstattung. Wenn man für 6 Personen kochen will reichen ein mittlerer und ein kleiner Topf und eine kleine Schüssel nicht aus. Die zwei Pfannen waren in Ordnung. Es gab keinerlei Vorräte. Nur eine offene Packung Salz und ein paar Spülmaschinentabs. Keine Tasssimo Kaffeekapsel, keine Gewürze, Frischhaltefolie oder Mülltüten. Ebenso ist die 45 Spülmaschine sehr knapp. Bad: Es riecht nach Abfluss, welchen ich erstmal selbst gesäubert habe. Ablage in der Dusche fehlt und die Fliesen sind rutschig durch Seifenreste durch mangelnde Reinigung. WC: Klobürste ekelhaft, die Wände überall mit Flecken. Toilettensitz wackelt und ließ sich nicht befestigen. Fehlender Handtuch Haken und Spiegel. Waschbecken Sehr klein. Wohnzimmer: Couch zu klein für so viele Gäste und auch sehr unbequem. Nur eine Lampe im ganzen großen Raum. Schlafzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten: Kein Kleiderschrank, alles muss offen in Kallax Regale gelegt werden, schlecht mit kleinen Kindern. Kopfkissen dünn. Bettlaken hatte Flecken. Teppich rollt sich an den Ecken auf. Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett: Alles super. Flur: Garderobe fällt von der Wand wenn man Jacken aufhängt. Eingangstür lässt sich von außen nicht öffnen wenn der Schlüssel innen steckt.
• Bianca (9/5): Schöne Wohnung hat den Aufenthalt in Wien abgerundet. - Gute Lage, schnelles Erreichen der Öffis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants unmittelbar nah. Einrichtung war schön und die Betten bequem. Man sollte wissen, dass bis zur Wohnung 90 Treppenstufen zu laufen sind. Der Toilettendeckel war defekt/gerissen. Sonst tolles Bad. Bei sechs Erwachsenen wäre eine Toilette im Bad noch wünschenswert gewesen. Wünschenswert wäre noch ein normal großes Handtuch gewesen. Wir würden gern wieder nach Wien kommen und diese Wohnung nochmals buchen.
• Corina (1/5): Ekelhaft und dreckig - Viel Platz Es war ekelhaft dreckig, vor allem die Toilette.... Im Bett waren Silberfischchen, in jeder Ecke Haare und unfassbar viel Staub, der Klobesen war beschmiert und es war wirklich grausig

• Ivan (7/5): - Es un apartamento espacioso y amplio. Está en un último piso de un edificio típico de Viena en el barrio de Neubaer (Distrito 7, barrio hipster de la ciudad). Consta de 2 habitaciones amplias y un salon comedor amplio. El acceso al apartamento es fácil y está muy bien comunicado, tanto por tranvia, como en metro y/o autobús. Está ubicado en zona tranquila. No tiene aire acondicionado y en dias de mucho calor, todo y ser un edificio con muros y paredes gruesas que aislan y con corriente de aire si abres las ventanas, se pasa un poco mal. El apartamento está limpio pero se echa de menos disponer de mejores toallas y sábanas (estan muy desgastadas). Falta disponer de otro armario en una de las habitaciones, aunque bien es cierto que hay barras con percheros. Es correcto, está bien, pero le faltan detalles para el precio que tiene. No tiene ascensor y es un tercer piso.

• claudia (9/5): schöne, saubere wohnung im dritten stock ohne lift - die lage nahe der burggasse war sehr gut, auch die anbindung an die öffentlichen verkehrsmittel. die wohnung selbst war sehr geräumig und sauber. vor allem das zimmer in der nähe der küche ging auf einen ruhigen hinterhof hinaus. wenn man viel gepäck hat, ist diese wohnung nicht zu empfehlen, weil man das viele gepäck drei stockwerke nach oben schleppen muss. auch die ausstattung der kueche war etwas mickrig, aber für eine nacht durchaus in ordnung - das fördert die kreativität und/oder das organisationstalent;-)

It was in a quiet place, at the same time with excellent amenities. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, we had a great time there and would love to come back some time in the future.

• Angela (9/5): Very nice, new and spacious apartment - Big and spacious rooms. 6 adults can be there very comfortably. Lots of light, warm and clean. Very close to the main shopping area and West Banhof. It didn't matter for me, but just to point out that it is on 3 floor and there is no elevator.
