Will definitely be back again! - Very clean (and newly-built?) place located right night to Shinagawa Station, so an excellent choice for those traveling to/from Haneda Airport. (Only a 20-minute one-shot ride to the airport on the Keikyu Line from there.) The price was excellent and the capsule bed was long enough to fit even a very tall guy (6'4" = 193 cm.) like myself. The pillow was an oval shape and quite confortable, even though it took a little bit of getting used to at first. The shower room and toilet areas were all very clean. Noise at night was minimal due to the main door having almost zero noise when opened/closed. Clientele was 90% Japanese, which was good becasue Japanese have very good manners about noise at night compared to foreigners I have found. There was very little not to like about this place. It was slightly confusing for me at check-in because it was my first time and it wasn't obvious how to change the screen to English mode (I found out later I needed to press "A" in the upper-right corner.) It was also just slightly difficult to find the place since it was my first time outside Shinagawa Station, but there was good signage once I got close by. Slight noise issues due to another guy snoring (which I could hear even with the provided ear plugs put in properly), but that was about it.

- Kevin (8/5): - I don’t think you’ll find a better capsule hotel shower than at Nine Hours. Feels more like a nice home/apartment shower. Pajamas and towels are provided every day. Locker could fit my suitcase, though I had to take some stuff out of it first to make it thinner. Location is cool. I always thought Shinagawa station was kind of boring, but I never ventured to the side where the 9h is located, and it’s very active there. It’s a very interesting office worker type of vibe, and you’ll see many workers in the morning and evening and get a look at their after work culture. There are also a number of shops and nice bakeries that I’m sure that people from Europe would enjoy. Didn’t seem to have an option to opt out of the sleep report. I just bought some black tape from the convenience store and put it over the camera lens. I was still given a sleep report of when/how long I slept, snored, etc.
- ジョジョグリーン (8/5): 東京で安く泊まれる！ - 品川駅から近く、東京観光の拠点として良いです。 パジャマとタオル、歯ブラシが用意されていて、荷物は少なくて済みます。 個人のロッカーを開ける際は、ルームカードに載っているQRコードをかざして開けるのですが、QRコードの印字が悪かったせいか、読み取り機がなかなか反応せず、開けづらかったです。
- Steven (7/5): Perfekt wenn man auf der Durchreise ist und etwas für 1-2 Nächte zum Schlafen brauch. - Lage ist sehr gut- 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur nächsten Bahnstation. Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Das Bad war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Spind in dem man sein Gepäck verstauen konnte war etwas klein.

- giuseppe (10/5): Welcome to the future - Capsule hotel che sembra uscito da 2001 odissea nello spazio, spazi perfetti, armadietti sufficienti da astronauta, docce ottime e ti danno tutto il necessario per stare bene. E' una vera e propria esperienza. Check in automatico facile ma non proprio veloce. 5 docce e 5 wc sono insufficienti rispetto al numero di letti.

- SUZUKI (9/5): コスパ最高！ - 施設も清潔で、アメニティも必要なものは全て揃っていました。品川駅港南口から徒歩5分ですが建物の裏手にあるので若干迷うかもしれません。ホテルから徒歩2分のドトールのサンドイッチとドリンクのチケットが朝食用に貰えます。 入口が建物の裏手にあり死角だったので少し迷いました。またロッカーが若干狭かったです。 ただどちらも気になるほどではありませんでした。

- Takeo (10/5): 駅から近くて便利。 - 駅から近く、設備も新しい。 客層は良く皆さんマナー良く泊まられていました。 チェックインのためのQRが送られてくるが、それは使えないと言う事でお客様がちまちまとその場で個人情報を一から打ち直して入るという作業をやります。 チェックアウトは朝の11:00となっていますが、朝の08:00からチェックアウトされたカプセルの片付けを寝ている人がいてもドカドカと音をたてましてやカプセルなので、床や天井が揺れるのですが、お構い無しにスタッフがやります。特に閉店時間になっては無いが、お店都合で追い出しに掛かるイメージです。 他のグループ店舗ではきいたことが無かったので、品川店の独自の運営方法なのかもしれません。 ではありますが、今後の改善を期待して10点！働いているスタッフのみなさんは言われてやっているだけだと思うので特に問題ないかと思います。

- Shinichi (7/5): - 場所 入口から遠いカプセルから先に予約した人を埋めるべき。 入り口近くは出入りが多く神経質な方は寝られない。 連泊の人は11時から3時まで、ロッカースペースも含めて施設は使用不可。要注意。 大きめの荷物(スーツケース)を預かってくれるかと事前に聞いていたが返答なし。結局持ち込みを断念したが 実際には事務所スペースかどこかで他の方の荷物を預かっているようであった。
