• Andreas (1/5): Sehr unzufrieden mit Vermieter, Abzocke - Die Wohnung an sich ist okay, aber Kakerlaken. Der Vermieter hat mit der Beantwortung meiner wichtigen Frage (Gepäcksaufbewahrung) gewartet bis eine kostenlose Stornierung nicht mehr möglich war. Die Kommunikation war insgesamt sehr schlecht. Sein Angebot einer Gepäcksaufbewahrung von 70Reales/Tag ist reine Abzocke und Gier. Selbst in 4-Sterne Hotels und in allen Storages wie Bounce zahlt man einen Bruchteil.
• Wander (1/5): Propaganda enganosa - Não nos hospedamos! Poderia colocar anúncio aí, que não é Copacabana!!!! Fica na comunidade!!!! Como nunca subi o morro, e não conhece a realidade. Abandonei a estadia e arrumei outro apto com o site concorrente mm.

La cama era muy muy mala, la comunicación antes de comenzar mi hospedaje fue horrible ya que no tenía forma de comunicarme con el anfitrión con su WhatsApp muy robotizado el cual no respondía y no entendia lo que le escribía. La relación precio calidad es verdaderamente mala mala
• Daiana (8/5): - Habitación pequeña y cómoda para hasta 2 personas. Muy bien ubicada, entre Copacabana e Ipanema. Se nos atascó el baño el primer día y la atención fue muy rápida, lo arreglaron el mismo día que fueron avisados. Además, tienen un servicio tipo locker en Copacabana donde puedes dejar las mochilas por 30 reales en caso de llegar antes de la hora prevista.
• David Sebastian (8/5): Excellent location between Copa and Ipanema - Great location between the two famous beaches, with short walking distances. Had an issue by getting the correct code to access the apartment; after some chats and waiting was solved.

• Daiana (5/5): - Localização muito boa, fica entre as praias de Ipanema e Copacabana. Chuveiro muito bom! Cama de casal com colchão extremamente mole, afundava quando deitávamos. Pagamos para acomodar três pessoas, porém para o sofá cama não havia lençol e nem manta, ou seja, não tinha roupa de cama para as três pessoas. Outra questão é que o wi-fi que foi informado para ser usado, não aparecia disponível para uso. Entrei em contato diversas vezes por whatsapp e não tive retorno algum. No quarto sem o wi-fi não pegava sinal nenhum, ou seja, passamos os 5 dias sem conexão na hospedagem.
• Mark (10/5): Cosy stay in a prime location! - Great location and it was a cosy little apartment! Very homely and comfortable. Highly recommend if you want a prime location near both ipanema and Copacabana beaches! Can’t find anything really!
• Tristan (2/5): Don’t bring a UV light to the property. - There was a smart TV with Netflix and Disney+. The place is filthy. I warn you. The walls, the bathroom, the sofa and the PILLOWS were mouldy. There was a humid and mouldy smell in the air until you turn the AC on – which looks like it was made in 1942 and spews dust and debris from that same time period around the bed… oh, and of course, mould. The bed sheet does not fit the mattress and, as you sleep, it slides off to reveal the bare mattress underneath and, let me tell you, only God knows what has really happened, for the mattress to look like that. They cover the the sofa with some suspiciously stained throw which masks the smell of the sofa underneath… until it inevitably falls off and the smell announces itself so boldly and pungent; the smell of stale beer or worse. The nightmare continues… The cooking utensils were definitely NOT clean. The bathroom was flooding the small apartment on Day 0 of arrival, which nearly caused my mother to slip and fall. At least they sent somebody to fix this and clean the place, but they weren’t exactly quick about sending somebody. If I said the TV mount isn’t built correctly to properly face the bed, I would just be splitting hairs but not lying. After waiting till 15:00 to check in, you would think the place would be at least halfway clean. Think again. I raised a complaint with Booking.com, but they refused to make amends for this absolute shambles. The way the place looked, I really wasn’t surprised by their response anyway. Clearly they haven’t got a clue.
• Barbara (1/5): Péssima!! Não consegui ficar no local! - Nada!!!! O cheiro de mofo é insuportável! Não consegui ficar lá! Tive que buscar outro local para passar a noite! Além disso, o local é perigoso! O prédio fica ao lado da comunidade do Canta Galo!

• Ayelen (8/5): - La zona y la seguridad del complejo. Tenés la recepción que siempre abre la puerta cuando llegas. Si bien está en la calle que sube a la favela saliendo en otra dirección estás seguro. La cama y la ropa blanca. Y que la ventana da al centro del edificio no podía abrir las cortinas. Bastante ruidoso

• jhon (6/5): Barato pero sobrevalorado - La relación calidad precio y la cercanía a ambas orlas de copacabana e ipanema. Buen wifi y portería 24 horas. El edificio está en muy mal estado de mantenimiento. La atención terciarizada no es buena.. al apartamento le faltaban sábanas y no me lo solucionaron. Tenía una perdída de agua importante en el baño y no me ofrecieron ninguna ayuda cuando lo informé, debí cerrar el pase de la ducha higiénica. La ubicación es cerca pero esta sobre una calle que es subida a un morro bastante sucio con olor a orin y difícil de estacionar por estar a 50 metros de un centro hospitalario. El departamento es para 2 personas máximo, yo lo reservé para 3 personas (2 adultos y un niño) y no tiene disponibilidad de sábanas para el sofá cama.. ergo es para 2. El colchón de casal está vencido.. literalmente se hunde...

Absentee host and will - Clean and modern Wouldn’t recommend this place at all Check in was appalling. Incorrect address on booking. Nobody replying to our messages asking for correct address. A case of absent landlord and will only deal with you at their convenience by messaging. Check in took 2 hours because of incorrect address
• David (10/5): Cossy place that makes you feel like a carioca - Completely cossy place, just between the two famous neighborhoods-beaches Ipanema and Copacabana, two blocks from metro, and walking distance to many great places. A bit expensive but considering the carnival time it was acceptable.

• Lc (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location, air conditioned, good water pressure. The bedsheets smelled of body odor, which was more than disturbing. The hosts didn't respond to this. Not much natural light; window goes out to a small enclosed area. The space smelled humid.
