• Marika (10/5): - Really close to the bus terminal and the host even picked us up in his car (for free) because it was raining and we had a lot of luggage. Very cute house, quiet. Perfect place to spend a night while transiting (we arrived from Torres that evening and left for el chalen the next morning).
• Roger (10/5): Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause - 11 von 10 Punkten in alles Belangen. Vorallem in Anbetracht des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses. Diego ist um das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste besorgt, sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Die Lage ist gut, 5min. zum Busterminal, ca. 15min. in die Stadt (zu Fuss). Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt wenn man selber kochen möchte.
• giuseppe (10/5): Un nido da sogno - Difficilmente dimenticherò questo soggiorno in una casetta che sembra uscita da una fiaba. Diego l’ha costruita con le sue mani e non c’è un particolare fuori posto. È un alloggio perfetto e si vede che è stato realizzato con tutta la passione possibile. I letti sono grandi e comodissimi con dei caldissimi piumoni per le notti più fredde. Diego abita a pochi passi, davvero una persona amichevole e pronta a darti una mano all’occorrenza. Parla anche italiano! Consigliatissimo. Va detto che la casa non è vicinissima al centro ma a due passi dal bus station. Una passeggiata per raggiungere i ristoranti vale comunque la pena per vivere questa bellissima esperienza!

• Emma (10/5): Great cabin in Calafate with friendly host - Great little cabin, we loved it! The host, Diego was extremely kind and welcoming, he helped us book cabs, held our luggage, and let us check out late when I was not feeling well. He brings you a lovely breakfast. The cabin is well equipped, comfy beds, and a nice hot shower. It's a great value for the price and I highly recommend. Not much! The only thing that would have been nice is a washing machine, but I know those are not as common.

• CAMILA (10/5): - This was by far our best stay in Patagonia. Diego’s caban had everything we needed: enough space, comfort, appliences and a delicious breakfast. He built this place with so much care and attention to details that we really felt like home. Beds were super comfy, the whole place and the water were heated, and the location is in a short walking distance to the city center. Diego was also a great host helping us with anything we needed. Thank you for a great stay, Diego!

The house itself is stunning, clean and cozy. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the pleasant reading nook and fully-stocked kitchen to the overall positive vibe and peaceful atmosphere. Diego is a world-class host—incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We especially appreciated special birthday greetings and the local recommendations for visiting the sightseeings. The location was also ideal, only some steps from the bus terminal.

• agustina (10/5): Un anfitrión excelente y una cabaña preciosa! - Diego el anfitrión es espectacular y la cabaña es un sueño hecho con sus manos lo que le da un valor especial para mí. Estuvo en cada detalle y a disposición para cualquier cosa que necesitábamos, la cabaña está excelentemente ubicada con la terminal y estamos muy felices de haber elegido este lugar , volveremos Diego!

Siempre dispuesto a ayudar, asesorar y solucionar cualquier inconveniente que surja. La cabaña nos resulto muy comoda (viajé en pareja). El desayuno abundante y variado (lo traían a la cabaña). Muy recomendable. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. No hay nada que nos haya disgustado.

• Kristin (10/5): Best cabin in Patagonia! - Diego and his mom are the hostess with the mostest! They make sure you have breakfast the night before so when you wake up you have it ready to devour and you can head out for the day fueled up. Diego will answer any questions you have about the glacier, who to book with and where to eat. The location is literally a couple min walk from the bus station and about 1 mile walk to town. It’s so peaceful and quiet here and the cabin has a very homey feel to it. I could’ve stayed there forever!
