• Marck2000 (4/5): - La struttura si presenta accogliente e spaziosa, con personale disponibile. La struttura si è presentata piuttosto impolverata e con alcune carenze igieniche. Sono state riscontrate tracce di muffa in alcune aree del soffitto. Avremmo inoltre gradito una maggiore disponibilità di asciugamani, in quanto ne sono stati forniti solo due per persona (corpo e viso). Alcune zone mostravano segni di ruggine e il gabinetto presentava macchie di feci. Peccato per tutto ciò in quanto la stanza è ben ampia e fornita.

• Lillian (8/5): Cómoda estadía en Old Kent Rd - Las fotos reflejan perfectamente el departamento por dentro, todo estaba muy ordenado y limpio. El anfitrion fue muy atento y respondía rápidamente los mensajes, fue claro con las instrucciones del check-in, las reglas y check-out y estuvo pendiente en todo momento en caso de consultas. Tenía 2 paraderos de bus a media cuadra y a la vuelta de la esquina, lo que fue muy útil para ir al centro o a estaciones de tren. Las paredes del departamento eran un poco delgadas y se escuchaban los movimientos de los vecinos y de la calle, pero felizmente fueron muy pocos momentos. La cabecera de una de las camas rechinaba apenas te movías, si tienes el sueño ligero es un problema.

• Meijer (8/5): Ruim appartement met openbaar vervoer voor de deur. - Een ruim appartement dichtbij voorzieningen zoals supermarkt en bushaltes. Schoon en compleet. In 1 slaapkamer kunnen de ramen niet open.
• Marek (8/5): - Przestronny, dobrze wyposażony apartament z 2 oddzielnymi sypialniami. Idealny dla grupy przyjaciół albo rodziny z dziećmi. Dobrze skomunikowany z całym Londynem. W pobliżu 2 markety i sporo restauracji i barów gdzie można różnorodnie zjeść. Polecam! Ściany wymagają odświeżenia. 1 z sypialni bez okna co przy letnich temperaturach powoduje problemy.
• Hüseyin Cahit (9/5): Supper Konum, Supper konfor, İyi bir ev sahibi. - Tesisin konumu çok iyi. City mapper uygulamasını kulladım. Görülebilecek her lokasyona 3 ila 10 dk kadar yürümeyi göze alırsanız tek bir otobüs ile, aktarmaya gerek kalmadan her yere ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Tesisin içi gerçekten çok konforluydu. Mutfak araç gereçlerinden tutunda dolaplar, battaniyeler, havlular konsepte uygun yeni ve temizdi. Tesise çok çok yakın Tesco Market var. Her türlü ihtiyacınızı fazlasıyla tedarik edebilirsiniz. Tesis Sahibi Samet bey çok beyefendi yardımsever ve iyi bir insan. Londrada tren bileti ile ilgili sorun yaşadık, diyaloglar konusunda da bize yardımcı oldu. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Bir sonraki planımızda ilk tercihimiz yine burası olacaktır. Binayı ilk gördüğümüzde iskeleler kurulmuş dış cephede tadilat yapılıyordu. Binanın arka cephesinden giriş yaptık, arka cephenin girişide biraz değişik geldi, Bizde ingiltere kültürü olmadığı için ilk başta çok yadırgadık, fakat tesisin içini ve konforunu görünce tüm olumsuzluklar silindi, birde minik misafirlererimiz (karıncalar) biraz tedirgin etti, zarar vermemeye çalıştık. Sayıları biraz fazlaydı.

Atmosphere of the place, furniture, pictures, all facilities - just amazing 4. Free car park - for London it's a miracle There is some technical problem with the water: 1. Only a shower - It is not comfortable to fill the bath in this way. 2. Generally the pressure of the water is low - in the taps and in the toilet. 3. The mixing tap doesn't work properly - particularly there is no cold water.

• Hubert (8/5): Very good - - good contact with the owner - location, felt safe and it was easy to get anywhere in reasonable amount of time - apartment is spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities - both bath and shower available - bedrooms are quiet and have light proof blinds - nothing major, flat could use some paint touch ups here and there and replacing things like toilet brush which already has some marks of rust in it
• Jessica (1/5): The rental was unsanitary, with mold, bugs, and old food in the freezer. The area was unsafe, with people on drugs and l - The inside was nice like the photos but it was dirty. The reviews seem fake, not sure how no one else caught the mold, bugs, area. The freezer had old food, the tea maker had mold. Mold on the wall, dirty draws, bugs in kitchen. The location is not safe, a lot of people walking around on drugs. Would not recommend with children. I had to take a hit cause the owner did not want to give a refund at least I got 5 days returned but I had to check in another area and for the same price please look elsewhere. There were big rats by the location and it was very dirty the area. Would not recommend. There is rugs on the floors that are a trip hazard.

• Bela (9/5): Very spacious, well equipped apartment. - Spacious apartment. Well equipped. On-site parking. Good location for working in central London. Just a few niggles. The oven didn't work properly, but I did manage to cook my pizza. I couldn't close the skylight above my bed, which limited my sleep after a night of work.
• Alex (9/5): Overall a great value for the price, esp. for a 2-bedroom flat! Would definitely stay here again :) - Super nice apartment, tasteful, spacious and comfortable! Samet is a responsive and friendly host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We loved it! The title of the listing ("London Bridge, London Eye, Tower Bridge, etc") is a bit misleading. While the apartment is indeed in Southwark, it is not especially close to Borough High Street. Guests imagining a neighborhood brimming with nightlife may be a bit disappointed by the location. However, frequent buses along Old Kent Rd get you to the tube station and back quite easily and there is a large Tesco across the street, which is a nice plus.
• Teodor (8/5): Very good - The apartment is quite big in comparison with other offers in London. All needed stuff in the kitchen. 30 minutes walking until the km O of London. A welcome package consisting of a bottle of champagne, some sodas and some cheeps. Free parking just in front of the apartment door. Good wi-fi. The neigbourhood is not quite a friendly one.
