- André (7/5): Nice flat and modern equipment. But dreadful area. - Modern equipment. Well equipped kitchen. TV with internet access. Big fridge. Big bathroom. Quiet inside of the flat. Modern washing machine which, however, needed mending since the water inlet was blocked by a cloth. We did the repairing ourselves. The bed was comfortable, however, it was too small for two big persons. So one of us slept on the sofa. I have never seen an area such as Exarchia. Everywhere there are anarchistic, anti-west, anti-tourist, and anti-semitic posters and graffiti on the walls of every single building. There even is an antisemitic marking on the entrance portal of the building which was scary. It did not feel safe and frankly, it's shocking to see that such hatred seems to be tolerated in the area. Luckily, there was police at every other street to secure the area. But still, we did not feel welcome and not safe.
- Dimitri (10/5): Modern and comfortable appartement with an good price-performance ratio - the apartment is modern, comfortable and clean. all the necessary things were there. It is located in a trendy district. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars in the neighborhood. The metro station can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. Alexandra the host is very friendly and accommodating. I would rent the apartment again the next time I'm in Athens. a very good price-performance ratio.
