- Margret (10/5): - Super Lage, sehr geräumig, sehr hell und gut eingerichtet. Das Rollo im Wohnzimmer war bei Ankunft schon kaputt und ist schief oben. Das Einzelbett ist schon sehr durchgelegen. Ihr könntet bitte im Wohnzimmer einen 2. Spiegel aufhängen.

Lokalizacja z jednej strony super bo blisko wieży zegarowej ale trudno jest znaleźć wolne miejsce w pobliżu apartamentu na tą chwilę aby pobrać kartę do garażu i zwrócić ją. Jedna z wind nie działała i nie było informacji że jest druga i jak z niej skorzystać. Ta druga winda była przy samym apartamencie więc ta informacja byłaby bardzo pomocna.

- Dominik (3/5): Although some hiccups, the apartment is amazing. - We booked two apartments, unfortunately there was insufficient information on how to access the second apartment so we were unable to check-in. But the one apartment which we had was very clean, very tidy. Check-in instructions were not detailed enough. Also there was no response from the host when calling the number.

Parkplatz- 2 Straßen weiter- war gut, a Huch der kontaktlose Checkin/Checkout. Terrasse war schön. Es war so gut wie alles da. Betten bequem. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Supermarkt im Haus-mega gut!! Das hatten wir noch nie. Waschmaschine u Trockner und Spülmaschine in der Wohnung, super toll !! Fahrstuhl in schöner ruhigen Wohnanlage. Code anstatt Schlüssel ist auch super!! Danke für die vielen positiven und schönen Dinge in ihrer Wohnung!! Ein Schrank/Kommode für Kleider wäre schön und ein paar Sitzkissen für die Terrassenmöbel. In der Waschmaschine war noch nasse Wäsche als wir ankamen.....wir haben uns dann darum gekümmert ;) Etwas mehr putzen in manchen Ecken, ansonsten war es im Großen u Ganzen sauber und ordentlich. Wir wussten nicht wohin der Müll kommt, deshalb haben wir ihn in der Wohnung gelassen. Hoffen, dass es so richtig war?

Der Esstisch im Wohnzimmer, die Arbeitsfläche in der Wohnküche und das Kleiderregal im Schlafzimmer waren staubig – ich habe sie selbst gereinigt. Auch auf dem Boden lag viel Staub. Der Vorhang hatte einen großen schwarzen Fleck. An den Wänden gab es ebenfalls mehrere schwarze Spuren. Da ich Allergien habe, konnte ich diese Dinge leider nicht übersehen.

- Atanas (8/5): Lovely stay, good location and especially the host directing us for the check in process. - Lovely and comfortable place for one night stay, since it was our pass-on spot. Nothing was to be disliked.
- Julia Annina (4/5): Zentral gelegen, aber Sauberkeit beim Reinigungspersonal wohl ein Fremdwort. - Die Lage ist super, weil total zentral und fußläufig von der Innenstadt. Mit Code und Parkplatz hat auch alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Ausstattung wäre gut, aber leider kommt hier meine negative Bewertung ins Spiel. Die Wohnung war nur sehr oberflächlich sauber. Neben dem Fernseher klebte Kaugummi am Boden. In den Küchenschränken war es nicht nur staubig, sondern richtig dreckig. Bei den Heizkörpern ist dick Staub, die Waschmaschine ist innen total verdreckt, das Wasser im Bad läuft nicht gut ab, im WC klebte der Boden etwas. Bei diesem Preis pro Nacht erwarte ich mir diesbezüglich wirklich keinerlei Mängel und das waren wirklich viel zu viele. Wir haben sofort dem Vermieter bescheid gegeben, aber es kam nur eine fadenscheinige Antwort "Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen Dank für ihre Hinweise. Wir werden der Ursache für die mangelhafte Reinigung nachgehen und uns um alle Ihre Anliegen kümmern". Passiert ist bis zu unserer Abreise nichts. Also bleibt mir leider auch nix anderes übrig, als diese negative Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Die Betten waren grundsätzlich okay, aber bei der Schlafcouch hatte das Spannlaken schon Löcher...
- Thomas (8/5): Günstige Apartments mit guter Lage - Viel Platz, da könnte auch noch auf der Couch jemand schlafen. Preis Leistung daher super. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke optimal. Türcodes am Abend vor Ankunft erhalten. Es gab zu wenig Decken und Handtücher. Teilweise schwierig zu finden.

A foglalásnál nem jelezték, hogy lakásonként 200 Euro kauciót kérnek a teljes bérleti díj kifizetése után, csak az utazás előtti nap írták e-mailen, ez elbizonytalanított, hogy valós-e ez a kérés. Másnap ez kiderült, hogy igen, mivel csak az átutalás után kaptunk pontos eligazítást hogy átvehessük a szállást. A helyzetet nehezítette, hogy a kontakt telefonszámot több órán keresztül nem lehetett elérni, végül megoldódott a probléma, de stresszes volt

Külön ki szeretném emelni a kávéfőzőt és hogy egy kis kosárkában volt mellette cukor, illetve kis kiszerelésben volt só, bors. A lakás berendezése elég puritán volt, de néhány napos tartózkodáshoz remekül megteszi.

Alles was man braucht direkt ums Eck. Tolle Plätze und gemütliche Lokale in der Nähe. Ein wunderbares Stadtviertel. Der Balkon und die Wohnungsaufteilung war sehr schön. Die zusätzlichen Kosten von 55 € für den Parkplatz, obwohl unter dem Punkt Ausstattung „Parkplatz inbegriffen“ steht. Eine Tee- oder Kaffeekanne würde die Ausstattung noch super ergänzen.

- Jiří Zimola (9/5): Ok - Lokalita je pěkná, ubytování čisté. Příliš složitý check in. Při nástupu se musíte přihlásit do nějakých stránek a poskytnout své data. A hlavně svých 200 euro zálohu. Podmínek je tolik že strávíte deset minut pročítáním kde zaparkovat, kde najít apartmán, jaky kód, jaké patro, kde parkovací karta. Kam ji vrátit atd.
- Kathrin (8/5): Rooftop flat with great view, very convenient location - The flat is very conveniently located just a few tram stops from the train station (even doable on foot) and right on the edge of the historical center. There are many eateries and shops within easy distance, several in the same building (including 2-3 grocery stores and a coffee bar right next to the entry door. It is on the top floor, and really has gorgeous views over the rooftops on two sides (modern dormer windows that close flush into the slanted roof/ceiling but turn into micro-balconies when opened). Spacious open-plan kitchen-living room, spacious bathroom. The bedrooms have slanted ceilings, so you can't make use of their full floor size, but they are just fine. The building itself it not gorgeous, and the flat not designer-decorated - The decor is very simple, just what you need and nothing you don't. We (family of 4 with primary-school aged kids) were very happy with it. Kudos to the company, by the way: I messaged about a clogged bathroom sink drain in the evening, and they had sent someone to fix it by noon the next day. Would recommend. If you are tall, watch out for your head on the slanted ceilings when going around the beds ;-). Some of the flooring around the windows took water damage on some point, so just watch your feet there. But no serious complaints at all.

Der Trockner und der Geschirrspüler sind noch gelaufen und als ich jemanden vom Apartment probiert hätte zu erreichen, hat sich niemand gemeldet. - Szénási (10/5): - Szép, tiszta, igényesen berendezett, csendes, tágas lakás teraszkapcsolattal akár 5 fő számára is ideális (2 db nagyon kényelmes franciaágy+1 kanapéágy). A házból lifttel közvetlenül megközelíthetőek a földszinti boltok (Spar, Bipa...stb.). A környéken sok étterem van, az óratorony gyalogtávra. A self check in is nagyon jó. Mosogatógép+ mosógép is van.

Per WhatsApp gute Kommunikation. Alte Fenster waren undicht, dadurch nachts kalt. Holzböden durch Regen stark beschädigt. Wäsche in Waschmaschine. Ausstattung wie Spülmaschine, Herd und Kühlschrank alt. Dafür Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine super! Handwerker haben in der Zeit auf der selben Etage die Dachfenster erneuert, dadurch Lärm aber sehr nette Handwerker. So dass in Zukunft die Fenster top sein dürften.

I had questions but nobody respond, they just wanted deposit 200e over their application what was also confused, and no any answers on that I ask.
