(7/5): Stilvolle Wohnung mit Potenzial – aber einige wichtige Punkte sollte man vor der Buchung kennen - Die Wohnung ist optisch sehr schön, stilvoll eingerichtet, wirklich grosszügig und auf den ersten Blick wirklich attraktiv. Auch der Check-in hat gut funktioniert. Abends als Familie um den Esstisch zu sitzen, war richtig nett und gemütlich. Auch der Balkon war hübsch, so dass man sich mal zu zweit raussetzen konnte. Es gab einige praktische Punkte, die zukünftige Gäste wissen sollten: Die beiden Badezimmer wirkten für uns deutlich renovierungsbedürftig und teilweise nicht gut gepflegt. Es gab sichtbare Feuchtigkeits- bzw. Wasserschäden an Türrahmen, Abnutzungsspuren und die Dusche war in keinem guten Zustand. Bei einer Dusche liess sich die Schiebetüre zudem kaum öffnen, was das Ein- und Aussteigen ziemlich mühsam gemacht hat. Auch die Bettwäsche war für uns unpraktisch gelöst: Statt normaler Duvetbezüge gab es lose Leintücher um die Decken, was nachts ständig verrutscht ist. Das grösste Problem war für uns jedoch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer: Man spürt den harten Holzrahmen sehr deutlich durch die Polsterung – darauf kann aus unserer Sicht niemand bequem schlafen. Wir haben dies während unseres Aufenthalts gemeldet. Als Reaktion wurde uns am letzten Abend noch ein Topper gebracht, aber zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir uns bereits anders organisiert und eine Matratze aus einem Schlafzimmer ins Wohnzimmer auf den Boden gelegt, weil das Schlafsofa keine realistische Option war. Wer mit mehreren Personen (wir waren 5 Erwachsene) reist, sollte das Schlafsofa deshalb nicht als echte Schlafmöglichkeit einplanen. Und der wichtigste Punkt für uns war die Lage: Wir würden die Gegend rund um Termini nicht nochmals wählen. Direkt rund um die Unterkunft haben wir uns besonders abends sehr unwohl gefühlt. Es gab viele Obdachlose in der direkten Umgebung und insgesamt eine Atmosphäre, die wir – vorallem die Frauen unter uns – als eher unangenehm und unsicher empfunden haben. Gleichzeitig liegen die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten ohnehin nicht direkt beim Bahnhof, sodass der Standort für uns keinen wirklichen Vorteil hatte. Die Wohnung hätte mit etwas mehr Unterhalt und einigen Verbesserungen viel Potenzial – aber diese Punkte sollte man vor der Buchung kennen.

• Miriam (9/5): Geweldig appartement op goede locatie. - Het is een ruim en licht appartement. De foto’s kloppen goed met de werkelijkheid. Met zes personen was het fijn dat de kamers groot waren en er twee badkamers zijn. Ook de grote eettafel maakt dat je ook echt met zes personen aan tafel kunt. Het is heel rustig en toch centraal gelegen vlak bij Termini station wat ideaal was. Dicht bij de trein en een hele goede uitvalsbasis om de stad in te gaan. Alles is goed beloopbaar maar OV is ook om de hoek. Winkels en restaurants op loopafstand! Eigenlijk was alles prima. Communicatie was prettig net als persoonlijke incheck! Een puntje van feedback is dat wat meer pannen en vooral glazen en borden enzo fijn zouden zijn. Het appartement nodigt uit om ook zelf te koken maar dan zou dat nog beter kunnen.

• Cassia (9/5): Great staff and wonderful location. - The place is well located, 5 minutes away from Termini Train Station. There’s plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. The staff is amazing! Ilaria was wonderful helping me coordinating parking for my rental and coordinating the airport transfer. And Giorgia was also wonderful communicating beforehand for arrival arrangements and showing us the unit. The unit is exactly as described. I guess due to the weather there were some spots with mildews in one of the bathroom. Other than that everything was spotless.

• Jean-François (10/5): Super appartement spacieux - Wow bel appartement spacieux! Belle vue sur l’Acquario romano. L’insonorisation est très bien. Nous avons aimé les 2 petits balcons. Emplacement idéal près de la gare et le mercato centrale. Le quartier autour de la gare est douteux mais nous n’avons jamais été senti menacé. Ascenseur est un plus, surtout que c’est au 5e étage. Quelques défauts esthétiques mineurs mais c’est normal pour du locatif. L’hôte nous a accueilli personnellement pour nous faire un tour du propriétaire, expliquer les choses. Bonne communication également. Le divan (divan-lit) doit absolument être remplacé, il est usé et pas très confortable. Il n’a pas sa place dans un appartement de cette trempe. Même chose pour le fauteuil une place.
• Ayako (3/5): 次回はここは安くても選ばない。 - Terminiへのアクセス、70番のバス停が目の前 まず、清潔ではなかった。清掃が行き届いておらず、備品も十分ではない。水回りはずっと臭かった。洗濯機がないのにバスタオルはひとり1枚だけ。どう考えても3泊が限界。その前後に全く異なるアパートメントにもそれぞれ3泊ずつしたが、それはどちらも設備が整っていて清潔かつ快適だったので、対照的に悪い印象が残ってしまった。
• Diana (9/5): Great location, spacious apartment - The apartment was very spacious and the location was excellent. Very close to Termini train station and walking distance (around 30mins) to the Colosseum and/or Trevi fountain. Sara and Matteo were very helpful and even brought us a Moka pot for our coffee living family. There was no tea towel for drying dishes and a second set of towels would have been nice for our 5 night stay. The couch was very uncomfortable, the water pressure in the shower wasn't great and the single beds are very narrow for an adult. But these are minor irritations, with the location, price and space of the apartment more than making up for it.

The kitchen could have used a few more pots, utensils etc., for doing some actual cooking. The living room needs more/better seating for an apartment that holds 6-8 people.

For a six person apartment there should be more than 2 wine glasses. Additional towels, kitchen dish towel, and extra toilet paper would be helpful, but these were mere minor annoyances and did not detract from the beauty and luxury of this amazing property.

Old furniture, uncomfortable beds and pillows, moths everywhere, the entrance and elevator are very old, the air conditioners have weak fans, the shower has no place for shampoo, poor quality towels, and the list goes on.

Impossible to sleep on it and not get any pain after night. Not very clean - there was dirty table and crumbles on the table when we arrived. Bathroom doors broken by the water from shower, igły to look at. Toilet seat was broken when we arrived.

• Lu (8/5): Would stay again for the convenience and the wonderful service provided by the customer service agent, Sara! - The property was near to Roma Termini and accessible to many eateries and supermarket nearby. The maintenance of the property. We could see the rubber of the window coming off, window locks are wobbly and the bathroom is seeping water while showering.
• Shao (9/5): Superb - Great location which just nearby the train station. The hotel can assist to arrange the shuttle from hotel to airport. It is really convenient service when having an early flight. Really quick response from the hotel if have any question and problem. Love the balcony on hotel, can see the St. Peter's Basilica from it. It is an enjoy memory to have a nice coffee or drinks sitting on balcony and watching the basilica. Stay there for four night but actually out of toilet paper and shampoo without resupply at the end of our journey. The previous customer broke the shower sliding room, and the hotel tried to fix it during our journey so there are some tooling been suddenly found on restroom floor when we returned. The public order seems not very safe there and it is necessary to be careful at night when living nearby Termini station. People there will definitely try to rob you if they have chance. Encountered twice that street people trying to steal things from our pockets during the stay at night.

• Phil (10/5): Fantastic apartment, top customer service - We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment near Termini, family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The apartment was modern and comfortable. We chose this location as it was a few minutes walk to Termini station as we had an early early morning excursion planned during our stay. The service from BMGA was excellent. We were contacted by Sara 3 weeks before our stay to check for special requirements. Sara booked transport from / to the airport for us and also checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We arrived on a late flight and were met out of hours by Giorgia who let us into the apartment. Top customer service from both of these. The immediate vicinity of the apartment wasn't great but there were some nice restaurants within 2 blocks. Getting around Rome to main attractions was also very easy with the metro and tram stops nearby.

• Michelle (1/5): Bad - This place was miserable. I tried to connect with the management company and they refused to help until we left. The air conditioners were never operational. We had a terrible response time. I wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone. Do not stay here.

Sara is a great host, responds almost immediately and was accommodating to our request. in general, our stay was very pleasant and would definitely come back and recommend the place to anyone visiting Rome.

Special thanks to Sara, fast response and communication. We really enjoyed this apartment. Quiet enough for 6 adults. Balconies are amazing for drinking coffee in a morning with beautiful view.

• Michele (4/5): Good location, but would not book again due to repulsive smell. - the property had sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms. The property manager was nice and responsive. she was accommodating to a booking mixup on my end. The location was a bit sketchy, but felt safe in the apartment on upper floor and with security doors. it was very close to the train station and walking through downtown Rome. The sewage smell in the apartment coming from the bathrooms was unbearable. We couldn’t find scented candles and were forced to use air freshener and keep the windows open despite the cooler weather. We received one set of towels, including a large, medium, and small per person, for a 6 night stay. A second set of towels was delivered the evening prior to checkout after multiple requests over the 48 hour period prior. The sofa bed broke prior to our stay, and it wouldn’t fold back to a sofa. We were promised (but yet to receive) a 10% discount due to the broken sofa bed. Even if functional, there is not near enough seating for our party of 6. The apartment seemed clean, but our sock bottoms were black after walking in the apartment each night.

• Maciej (9/5): Superb - Beautiful bright and very large 3 bedroom apartment. Lots of room for our family. Great wifi, kitchen and living room with modern finishing. Location and view from the balconies is great and convenient. Very close to the train station yet still walking distance to all the sites of Rome.
