- Marc (5/5): - goed uitgerust appartement, voorzien van alle noodzakelijkheden het was er koud, zelfs na enkele telefoontjes naar eigenaar. verwarming wordt vanop afstand bestuurd en voor ons is 21° wat in werkelijkheid slechts 18° was werkelijk te koud

- Muller Joe (10/5): Perfekt gelegene, sehr schöne Moderne Wohnung - Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage, nicht weit weg von der Innenstadt. Und man ist schnell auf der Autobahn. Nur 3 min weit weg von einem großen Supermarkt und es sind noch viele Restaurants mit Liefermöglichkeit in der Gegend. Nur 20 min weit weg vom großen und schönen Pari Daiza Zoo. Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung. Schön gestaltet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Netflix und Amazon Prime auf dem Fernseher, also kann man abends noch gemütlich einen Filmabend machen. Sehr netter und höflicher Vermieter, er antwortet immer schnell und jederzeit auf Fragen. Er fragte auch nach, ob wir gut hergefunden haben und ob alles in Ordnung sei. Kann es nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Zu wenige Handtücher vorhanden. Die Wassertemperatur fürs Spülbecken und die Dusche war zu kalt eingestellt. Wenn man es auf warm stellte, war kein Druck dahinter. Habe das aber schon mit dem Vermieter geklärt, er wird dort zügig einen Techniker hinschicken, um das Problem zu lösen. Mit den Handtüchern wird er die Zahl auch erhöhen.

Proche de Mons et de Pairi Daiza. Il nous manquait des torchons de cuisine.

- Richard (9/5): Great stay in Mons - Very spacious, and very enjoyable space. The location was perfect for visiting pairidaiza. Recycling in Belgium is a bit complicated, having explanation and correct colour bin bags would have helped but it's very very minor. Huge carrefour supermarket at 8min was very convenient.
- Brandi (1/5): Save yourself the trouble - It’s well decorated and the mattresses are comfortable The unit smelled like weed when we arrived, it was almost unbearable as we had two babies with us. The couch cushion was ripped and there was a leak under the sink that smelled like mold. There was absolutely o hot water in the unit. We were told to reset the hot water heater and after 4 resets none of us were able to take hot showers for the 2.5 days we were there. The property sent out a woman who had no idea what to do and insisted the water was working. One person out of six of us got a 2 min hot shower then ice cold water for the next two days. They lied to booking.com and said it was fixed and it was absolutely not. I had to wash my face nightly with ice cold water. It was miserable. I do not recommend this at all, especially when they can’t be honest. I have email proof that the property manager knew this was an issue before we arrived. There was also no water pressure upstairs the shower trickles water as well as the sink. The woman said she would install a new one Monday….the day we were checking out.
- Oliver (10/5): Great apartment brilliantly situated for the Zoo and Mons! - We loved staying at Becosy apartment, it is brilliantly located for Mons and the Zoo at Pairi Daiza. Absolutely first class communication from the manager Thierry, he really helped us plan our trip and find great local restaurants and food. We are a family of 5 but we could have brought more with the spacious rooms and generous accommodation. The parking is so handy for 1 or 2 vehicles. Will definitely stay again! .
- Stacie (9/5): Great apartment - perfect for long term rental - Very easy to get in with the access code. The apartment was great- spacious, dedicated parking space, felt like a home away from home. It was everything we needed for a long term stay when moving here until we found a house. I would highly recommend for any SHAPIANS needing a long term rental. Nothing really provided in kitchen (oil, spices, etc) but that was stated in the description. It was fine for a longer stay like me but those things are nice if you are staying just a few days. The upstairs toilet broke towards the end of our stay (for 5 days) and the owner was not available to fix it which was inconvenient for my 4 year old especially at night.
- Tomas (9/5): Modern property - Mons - We arrived late night to property. Owner shared with us access code. So check in was really smooth. Property is located at quiet area with parking in front of main door. Main room with kitchen and living room is really nice piece of modern living. Bedrooms were really comfortable and clean.
