• Nizam (10/5): - Brilliant apartment with amazing views and well equipped with coffee making facilities and all the other items one would expect in an apartment of this caliber . The communication from the host was excellent with clear instructions. Would have preferred to collect the keys from reception in the building but despite this the host provided clear instruction how and where to collect the keys.
• Ray (9/5): Superb location with great ocean and city views of the gold coast. - Great location with great views, also having the basics like glad wrap and foil, salt and paper etc is good as you don't need to think about it when you get there it is just easy. picking up keys from another location and not just across the road from a 7/11 type shop, unprofessional. In your paperwork in the room it states to drop off keys to the 7/11 but it wasn't the same place you picked up the keys from. There should be someone at a reception to get keys or have them available to be picked up from the Star.

• Suzette (8/5): The apartment was clean & tidy. Location was excellent. Easy access to shopping & transport. - Excellent location, comfortable, clean apartment The living & dining area is a bit small for 4 people Would have liked King beds
• Heidi (4/5): Too expensive, inconvenient and disappointing 😞 - It was clean This is basically a BnB so if you want a hotel holiday experience don’t book. Way too expensive for what you get. Can’t access the outdoor pool and entertainment area. Only access the small indoor pool. No parking included. Parking cost us $140 for two days and not able to remove the car from the carpark during the without extra costs. So spent an additional $180 on Ubers because Lifts take FOREVER Only given one key for two of us to use, so couldn’t do things separately and one of us had to sit and wait in apartment while other went out because you need the key for everything. Had to pick up and drop off keys to a shop on other side of the highway No access to any assistance from reception or the hotel because it’s part of the hotel - it’s independently run. Remote don’t work properly and couldn’t get anyone to help so had to go and buy a recharger ourselves. Apartment is okay. Nothing flash just standard. Wished I spent the money booking directly with the hotel instead. Don’t make the mistake I did
