ANGELICA (1/5): Roupa de cama suja - A roupa de cama estava muito suja, suada, com cabelos nas fronhas e no lençol, tinha ate uma presilha esquecida no lençol. Entrei em contato com a gestora locadora, mas não enviaram roupas de cama limpas. Não recomendo.

Yasmin (9/5): - Gostei bastante, tudo limpinho, proprietário atencioso, boa localização, o estudio é bem confortável e as instalações do prédio também são ótimas, principalmente a cobertura. A única coisa que não me agradou, foi a televisão mesmo... Ela estava travando muito, não conseguia acessar canais e a Internet mais forte não conectava na TV, então ficava no 2g e ai a TV fica o todo tempo lenta. Mas foi só a TV que não me agradou mesmo...de resto foi ótimo.

Lugares para pequenas compras e refeições. Seu Boteco tem uma comida maravilhosa e o preço excelente também. Comparando a qualidade. O ap nao estava muito limpo. Havia cabelos grudados na parede do banheiro. Chão tbm, de andar descalço sujava o pé de preto. Minha nota não foi maior apenas por essa questão. Me parece que é um problema nesses tipos de hospedagem em grandes edifícios, acredito que uma mesma faxineira faça a limpeza em varios aps, sem tempo para uma melhor higienizaćao. Com certeza daria 10 se não fosse esse detalhe.
Paula (8/5): Satisfactoria. - El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, y las instalaciones muy cómodas con el gimnasio y la piscina. La ubicación también muy buena a cuadras de la avenida paulista, estación de metro en la misma cuadra y el centro cultural enfrente. La cama no era muy cómoda. El Face ID para ingresar al edificio nunca funcionó, por suerte la gente de recepción estaba siempre y me abrían la puerta pero nunca pude acceder a otras instalaciones como la cocina compartida. El mercado del edificio nunca lo pude usar tampoco ya que al no tener cpf no podía comprar sin la app y la app nunca me funcionó.

Em que pese as respostas aos problemas tenham sido rápidas, a estadia foi repleta de problemas. Desde a entrada. Não constava na portaria as informações dos hóspedes. No booking constava quarto 1114. Na chegada era o 612. Quando chegamos no quarto, o quarto não estava arrumado. Fomos levados para outra acomodação. Mais de 45 minutos perdidos antes de conseguir entrar no quarto. Na ultima noite, tinha uma barata na cama. Local que precisa melhorar bastante.
