Unfortunately if we do discover there has been smoking in the apartment, there will be fine of £1000. If you smoke outside, please don't smoke directly outside the building, please make sure to smoke a few metres away - this is to stop smoke from coming inside the building. Please also make sure to dispose of your cigarettes properly when they are finished. Check out time is at 10am if our cleaning assistant arrives and guests are still in the apartment. The guests would need to pay for additional time compensation for cleaner, administration, postponing other apartments cleaning and inconvinience for the next guests who are checking in same day. Every hour additional not checking out would cost £50 after 10am. By asking us to come and open the door for any reason such as forgetting keys inside apartment and not being able to use appropriately key would cost £200 in respect of our time and resources.

Adedolapo (8/5): Overall, lovely experience and lovely place - The pictures are true and it’s quite lovely. Would definitely recommend and love to book again if possible The penthouse only came with one key fob and the phone/buzzer was not working so it made entering/exiting on a daily basis hard as we were a group of 3. Also, the cleaner that currently use is doing a very shabby job. We had to clean the apartment again once we moved it. It was just too dirty
Kateryna (7/5): Good for big company - It’s a big apartment with 3 bathrooms which is a big plus for a company of 3+ people. The terrace was a big plus. We had difficulty finding the key box, but managed it in the end. And we had a problem connecting to WiFi, but also fixed it.

Keyanna (10/5): My stay was all I hoped for. - I loved the property as it was so suitable for my get away , it was clean , the place was neighbour hood friendly . Was a peaceful vibe & aura . The host was respectful & very supportive & easy to get in contact with . I loved it & I’d book again . The kitchen was amazing at first when I got there I was thinking why is this paper so small then I was shocked by the space . The upstairs the rooms , the terrace , the living room. Me and my sisters enjoyed the stay . The getting inside the building , had a few issues with the door downstairs however the apartment itself was amazing .
