• Rita (1/5): Disappointing experience with undisclosed rules that made the stay unusable and led to a total loss. - Unfortunately, my parents did not stay at the property, so I cannot comment on the positive aspects of the property. We had a very disappointing experience with this property, especially considering the cost (around $1700). My parents never checked in or used the apartment at all. From day one, we raised concerns about the conditions and requested a cancellation and refund through Booking.com. Despite repeated follow-ups, the situation was not properly handled and we were continuously asked to wait without resolution. A major issue was the visitor policy, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. We were later informed of strict and unexpected limitations, including a maximum of two visitors and a rule that visits had to be kept very short (around 2 hours). We were also asked to provide the names of visitors in advance, which felt excessive given that this was an 11-night stay for my parents and not a short visit. This level of restriction made even simple family visits difficult and was not communicated upfront. We were also asked to provide credit card details for a “deposit” outside of the Booking.com platform, which we declined after verifying with Booking.com. This raised additional concerns. In addition, the manager mentioned that there were cameras at the property and that activity could be monitored. This made my parents feel uncomfortable and added to the overall sense of unease. Overall, these conditions significantly changed the nature of the stay. Had they been clearly stated upfront, we would not have booked this property. Instead, they were emphasized at check-in, when it was too late to make alternative arrangements. As a result, my parents paid for a stay they never used. I am prepared to share all communication records with Booking.com if needed to support this experience. I would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere and clarify all rules in detail before booking.

• DENIS (8/5): Notre séjour dans l'appartement a été très agréable - Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Situé dans une rue tres calme, à proximité des arrets de bus et des épiceries. La literie propre et confortable. Suite à la réservation sur Booking, nous recevons du loueur plusieurs questionnaires (en anglais) nous demandant des photocopies de pièces d'identité ainsi qu'une photo selfie. Les échanges étaient compliqués, et nous avons reçu beaucoup de mail en anglais. Ce qui a eu pour conséquence de ne pas trouver facilement le code d'accès à l'appartement. La vaisselle était sufisante, mais il manquait une poêle et un plat à four. Des crochets dans la salle de bain seraient les bienvenus.

• Emilie (9/5): Superb - The apartment is great. It's beautiful, very functional and the soundproofing is excellent. There were enough cooking tools for us to cook for our family, and we loved that ingredients like salt and pepper, sugar, soy sauce etc were available. It's a bit far from the city center but we chose it to be close to a family member who lives in this neighbourhood.. We could hear a really odd, loud mechanical sound coming from somewhere in the apartment every few hours. It didn't last long but it did wake us up a few times. We would also have needed a stepstool since the kitchen cabinets are very high and we're a bunch of shorties.

• Peter (8/5): Clean, new, everything worked. Overall it met or exceeded expectations. - The place was clean and all items worked. No big issue getting codes and keys to enter. Sending the entrance questionnaire would have been nicer because I was on the road and driving when it was sent so I didn't see it till I arrived. While the place overall was spotless their definitely is a sewer gas odour in the bathroom coming from either the floor drain or emergency water tank drain. It was isolated to the bathroom and was liveable but detracted from the rest of the place. Also we saw that the coffee machine was a drip style and looked brand new but we found lots of K-cups but no K-cup coffee maker. Not a big deal since we had our own coffee and a french press. Just slightly confusing
• Kevin (8/5): I will absolutely rent this property again! - Quiet neighborhood, clean property with a kitchen stocked with tools that provide options for cooking. (Pots/pans/dishes/utensils) Modern yet very comfortable with 2 large bedrooms. All new appliances including washer/dryer which was great! Has private balcony off one of the bedrooms for smokers. Sofa pulls out to allow room for movie watching. Overall a great, comfy place great for anyone who wants privacy along with a nice place to "stay in". I did not like the smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. With a good air freshener, it's tolerable. 2nd and last thing I didn't like is there's only 1 shower door, so we cannot take a shower unless we want to flood the whole floor. I suggest a short shower curtain.
• Hi (5/5): Uncomfortable - I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of our recent stay at [Apartment Name], booked through Booking.com from [check-in date] to [check-out date]. While we appreciated the location and some of the facilities, there were several issues that negatively impacted our experience: 1. Weak Wi-Fi Connection The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and unreliable throughout our stay, making it difficult to work or use the internet for basic tasks. 2. Lack of Daily Cleaning Services Contrary to the expectation set by the listing, there were no daily cleaning services or towel exchanges provided. This was inconvenient for a longer stay. 3. Parking Misrepresentation The listing suggested that parking was available, but this was misleading, as no dedicated parking space was provided during our stay. 4. Television Unusable The television did not work for the entire 4-night stay. Despite contacting you on the first evening and following all instructions, including changing the remote batteries as suggested, the issue was never resolved. No housekeeper or technician was sent to assist us, despite repeated communication. 5. Additional Housekeeping Responsibilities We were required to handle housekeeping tasks such as dishwashing, which we found unusual and inconvenient for a paid accommodation. I kindly request an explanation for these issues and compensation for the inconvenience caused. This experience did not meet the standards I expected based on the listing, and I believe it is important to address these concerns to prevent future gu
