Não tem ar condicionado, tem ventiladores de teto , e de chão , o apt fica no último andar , então a falta de ar condicionado deixa a estadia quente . A localização é boa . Não tem ar condicionado, ficam quentes os ambientes talvez por estar no último andar e pelo sol que fez quando fui .
