• Catherine (7/5): - Buena ubicación. Zona tranquila muy bien conectada al centro de la ciudad mediante transporte publico. Parada de bus cerca con 2 rutas que te llevan fácilmente a puntos de interés. Restaurantes y tiendas de comestibles a pocos pasos del alojamiento. Falta mantenimiento a todas las instalaciones. Principalmente en los mismos aspectos que leí en otros comentarios. Como daño en el piso del baño frente a la ducha, sillas del comedor y sobretodo deberían cambiar el sofá cama, está duro, traquea al moverse y está hundido en la mitad lo que lo hace completamente incomodo para dormir y al moverse da la sensación de que va a caerse.

• владимир (9/5): - Очень удобное расположение, все рядом: метро, магазин с продуктами и до Ватикана 10 минут пешком. Квартира немного старовата, но за такие деньги как раз нормально. Вытяжка над газовой плитой не работала, и мебель нужно кое где отремонтировать. Но это все никак не повлияло на проживание. Могу рекомендовать!!!

• Agnieszka (10/5): - Podobała mi się przestronność i czystość apartamentu. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Po przyjeździe czekała na nas w lodowce schłodzona woda, co było miłym zaskoczeniem i świadczy o tym, że personel myśli wszechstronnie o lokatorach. Apartament blisko Watykanu i centrum. Polecam serdecznie.

• Vajk (10/5): Maximálisan ajánlom gyermekes családoknak: rendkívül jó helyen van és remek az apartman!!! - Már az indulásunk előtt is és ottlétünk alatt végig rendkívül kedvesen és igen gyorsan válaszoltak minden megkeresésünkre - a kommunikáció Whatsapp-on zajlott és nagyon jól működött! Ha a bérbeadónak valamilyen kérése, kérdése volt felénk mindig előzékeny, pontos és udvarias volt! A szállás remek helyen van: buszmegálló 1(!) percre - a 46-os és 49-es buszok; metrómegálló (Baldo degli Ubaldi) 3 perc! Gyalog a Vatikáni Múzeum 20 perces könnyű séta. A szomszédságban van egy remek, autentikus burgerező - csak ajánlani tudom!!! Pár házzal arrébb egy halas étterem. Az apartmantól pár száz méterre van egy bevásárlóközpont (CONAD - mindenképp ezt ajánljuk bevásárlásra!), ahol lényegében minden kapható, valamint reggelizők, kávézók, fagyizók is nem messze. A szomszédokkal csak ritkán talákoztunk, de akkor is segítőkészek, udvariasak voltak. Mindenben megfelelt 3 gyermekkel egy remek nyaralásra - szinte biztos, hogy vissza fogunk jönni! Köszönjük ezúton is még egyszer!!! Hogy csak 5 napot tudtunk maradni! :)
• Vzo (1/5): Disappointed, underwhelmed, I feel lied to . - The property had a lot of damage and it was worn out, the front door handle was loose and wobbly, the floor boards in the bathroom were wobbly and “fixed” with what looked like hot glue. Lots of humidity damage to the floor, not elegant not well taken care of, dirty kitchen drawers with food that looked like it been there a while. Needs maintenance and a lot of it.

• Kamran (9/5): We had a comfortable stay. It is a good value for money for a family to stay and the staff was very responsive. - It is a nice and comfortable apartment. It wasn’t fully clean (needs full cleaning), didn’t have microwave. Needs some mirrors apart from bathroom to get ready.

• Milena (9/5): Fantastic stay near Vatican City - We spent a wonderful week with our family and our dog in this apartment. The apartment was clean, perfectly prepared for guests, we really appreciated that we each received a small bag with toiletries. I really liked the equipment, the apartment seemed airy, but cozy at the same time. The location was excellent for us, a short distance from the Vatican and at the same time from larger gardens/parks, which offered an ideal calm contrast to the lively and slightly noisier center. It was a longer walk to the center, but we personally liked it a lot and there were enough bus stops along the way, so you could use public transport. There was a supermarket near the apartment and many shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The neighbors were very nice. The only minor hiccup was the Wifi which didn't work without problems, but the hosts wanted to fix the problem. I can't complain, it gave me an amazing detox at the end and my family and I enjoyed our stay in Rome all the more. The lock worked perfectly reliably. I have nothing but praise for this apartment, I will definitely come back here in the future. I thank the hosts for their professional approach and their efforts to always accommodate us. Rome and this accommodation was fantastic. I can highly recommend this accommodation.
• Marika (8/5): Very good - This apartment is spacious and very well located. There is a bus 46 a few meters from the flat that goes to the main attractions of the city. You can also take a metro that is nearby. There are two bathrooms in the flat. The kitchen is well equipted and there is even a wasching machine. Also we had some issues in the apartment the operator tried to fix it as soon as possible. At the arrival the flat can be opened only by a code and online which is great unless you have a internet in your phone and the system itself work. Unfortunatelly it didnt work for 2 days in our case. Ones you are in you can take the key but I can not imagine we would arrive late at the night and it wouldnt work. Be ready for such situation. Also ones you book with booking the operator will ask you for your credit card details and also you need to send a copy of your ID in advance which I really didnt like and never experienced before also I use booking.com constantly. Once you already book there is no other way how to get the acess to the place so they force you to send it.
