The inclusion of parking was very helpful. The cleaning could have been a bit better, but appreciate the age of the accommodation.

• Kate (7/5): the perfect location for city night lights - the view, level and location were 10 out of 10! will definitely use again. having somewhere to park the car was perfect too. the sofa couch in the lounge is a great idea for extra sleep space for children to stay. not much but i think the mattress needs to be replaced and the sofa couch

• Connor (1/5): Bad - Told when there to walk to collect the keys from a random deli, photos make it looks better than it is, the road of the apartment stinks full of bins, the apartment was filthy, the bedroom door didn’t slide closed so bright from 6am.
• Magnolia (8/5): It was a great apartment was well worth staying there it perfectly place to take advantage of Melbou - I like the room ,the views ,the central location, the car park ,and quiet happily being able to walk to so many places The key id a nightmare it was in lockbox at the shop around the corner!but the staff said it was not ,sent us on a wild goose chase, also held us to ramson on check in for a $300 bond before sending the video to fine the keys ,they charge $125 cleaning bond in your rental payments but someone had not done there job properly,

• Dayna (8/5): Very good - The apartment was spacious and very clean. Fast wifi located in the room, amazing views, short walk to the crown as well as the DFO and city. Excellent location being not far from the southern cross station.

• Chloe (4/5): It was a air bnb advertised on bookings.com, - The only thing we liked was location as it was close to crown, but other than that the place was very dirty. We were told to collect keys at 3, then we were stuck waiting at the lock box for over half and hr as the keys hadnt even been put in there yet. The apartment floor was so dirty aswell as the balcony, and the sheets had brown stains and spills all over them. The whole thing was very un organised and hard to follow instructions, was told a couple of different things for check in and it was all so confusing and disorganised.

• Silapat (1/5): Bad - Nothing, the aparnent and the whole building were disgusting and dirty. The picture is misleading, and the apartment is dirty and disgusting. The worst accommodation i have ever stayed.
