James (4/5): Overpriced mediocrity and fabreeze haze - The house was adequate. That is the best I can say about it. Overpriced for what it was. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was clean and plenty of towels. Fabreeze plug ins everywhere (Don't you know that that shit is toxic?). took 2 hours to clear out the stench from that flowery ick. The hosts are hard to reach (except by text), and were not slow to respond but not quick. The place was advertised as a "beautiful" home, and it clearly was a rental that nobody had ever lived in and had zero personality. No art on the walls, no personal touches. I was planning on staying two days and left after the first one. No personality in a crappy neighborhood. If that is "beautiful" I would hate to see what you think is ugly.
Janet (10/5): Nice and affordable - The house was great! Clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family get away. We enjoyed using the hot tub. There was plenty of driveway parking. Easy access into the house with door code. We would definitely stay here again! I did mention to the host the house could use a few more towels.

Alan (10/5): San Fernando Valley Hidden Gem - The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the amenities were quality. The hot tub, ping pong table and dart board were icing on the cake. There is even EV charging available. The house was on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood. Great value for the cost.
