• stephanie (5/5): A éviter - l'emplacement -communication avec le propriétaire longue et confuse pour récupérer les clés (après 3 numéros de téléphones différents...), puis inexistante face à nos remarques (restées sans réponses) -appartement au 2ème étage , pas au 1er comme indiqué (escalier raide, difficile pour mes parents de 80 ans) -matelas du canapé épouvantable ! (en banane et en accordéon) -salle de bain en très mauvais état, des fuites sous la douche et sous le lave linge, meuble vasque qui va bientôt tomber... -très sombre, mal éclairé, pas entretenu, pas de porte à la chambre ! - équipements cassés (fenêtre de la douche, miroirs de la penderie, chasse d'eau, prise électrique, sèche cheveux, moustiquaire déchirée,...) - les photos sont trompeuses...

• Eduarda (6/5): A well-located apartment, but with a few maintenance issues. - The location was good. It was convenient to get around and explore the area. Unfortunately, there were a few issues during my stay. One of the beds was missing bed sheets, and the hair dryer didn’t work. The washing machine wasn’t working properly, and there were problems with the dishwasher as well. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, which was inconvenient. Also, the building doesn’t have an elevator, and the entrance is quite run-down and in need of maintenance.

• Umberto (9/5): - Appartamento molto accogliente, ambiente spazioso e pulito. Anche l'host è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottima, vicina al mercato centrale, duomo e stazione. Nel complesso struttura consigliatissima, qualora dovessi tornare a Firenze non esiterei a scegliere di nuovo questa soluzione.
• Arijit (5/5): Ok - It was really easy to arrive from the station only few minutes walk The washing and coffee machines weren’t working. Really bad smell and bad stares. I won’t recommend this for family but it is good for friends and bachelors for short stay

• Vachan (6/5): - Rooms were clean, location was amazing, staff was friendly. The dishes didn't smell well, we had to clean them. We could taste chlorine in the water. In the bathroom were little spots, something like mold or dirt. AC was terrible, the washing machine and hairdryer didn't work.

• Linh (4/5): Please change the listings to state No AC in the bedroom only hot air blowing fans. - It was in good location. Conveniently located near the train station and public transit. This place is a one bedroom with one bathroom. The photos posted looks better than the actual place. There are no air conditioner in the bedroom only a ceiling fan and a floor fan therefore it extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep. The towels, bed/sofa bed, and linens are old with many stains. We got bitten by mosquitos and other bed bits. The stair way access to the apartment was dirty and smelly with swarm of mosquitoes.

• Andrew (9/5): Great value, location and size for 7. No AC in bedroom. - The size of the property, its location and its cleanliness were all great. The property manager was also responsive. The property says that it has AC but it is only in the main living space. There is no AC in the bedroom.

• Can (5/5): Last minute changes !!! - Clean and quiet place , unfortunately host changed our location last 40 minutes Host cancelled and changed the place which i already planned about 2 months ago . Ok its clear , there was a problem on bathroom but this info shared with me about last 40 mins. Location changed and late check out not accepted .
• Mykhailo (7/5): Bad check in process - It is spacious and good location close to both city center and the train station. Given the price you are getting good accommodation. The property is located in an old building with an awful staircase. The check in process is really strange, you need to call when you are in front of the building entrance and the door is opened remotely for you. Then you need to call again when you are in front of apartment entrance and you are given the code to the key box. The problem is that the network doesn't work inside the building on the stairs case, so you need to come out to catch the signal. The instructions for checking in were not provided. We can't say that apartment was really clean, we even found the dishes in the dishwasher, and the bathroom looked were dark and wore down.

• Catherine (8/5): Good location, value for money - Location - near to the train station, plenty of food options in the vicinity A little bit uncomfortable for 6 people because the set up was 2x sofa bed in the living room which limits privacy
• Alexander (6/5): Pleasant - Location was very central, short walk to everything. Good cafe and some Restaurants across the road. Very specious but a bit dark apartment with one double bed and two pull out sleep sofas. Well enough equipped. Owner response via WhatsAPP and texted at least daily to ask if I was ok, if that is your thing. Very loud street noise in bedroom to front, which was also 29 degree C even in September, and one single AirCon at other end of apartment, so had to move to sleep in sitting room/ kitchen on the bedsofa. Lock to house door loose and issue with key, very hard to open, took me 10 mins every time. Owner got new key cut after 2 days, which worked better. Apartment is not on first, but second floor, up a smelly, very tight staircase. Noisy neighbors above, with kids stomping and running.
• Asya (10/5): Our Home in Florence - .Great location: in 7 minutes a pleasant walk in the very center, opposite the apartment is one of the best restaurants with normal prices, a step away there are small and large shops.The rooms are bigger than the pictures, clean and extremely cozy and modern. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. The most caring and kind host. We traveled by car and there is a garage with professional service 300m from the apartment.Florence is a unique experience, we spent almost a week here, but we will come back, dear Francesco. Nothing

• Deha (9/5): Superb Location, Clean House, Attentive Host - The location is excellent, our host was very attentive and helped us with our requests, and shared some local tips. The house was clean, there was cold water in the fridge which was a life saver in this hot weather. Also AC is another plus. The entrance of the apartment smells like a sewer, may be because of the hot weather, and the stairs are very narrow, only 1 person with a small bag can walk upstairs. Make sure you carry light items.
