• Eeva (7/5): ☺️ - A spacious apartment with wooden floors and a balcony within easy tram ride from the city. When we arrived to the apartment it seemed ok but we realised that the floors had not been cleaned properly as there was dirt marks and crumbs everywhere. We found dirty underwear in the washing machine too. The shower and bathroom facilities are adequate, however, the shower is above a narrow and shallow bath with a shower curtain which got stuck to your skin if it touched you in that narrow space.no hanging or surface space hooks/space in the bathroom. Lots of rules and notes🤣plugs! But there was a couple of adaptors which you had to switch between the appliances. The balcony was overgrown with weeds in between the concrete slabs. There is no air conditioning in a flat and is facing sun so very hot inside and have to keep doors open all the time (as a consequence of having to smell neighbours smoking pot).
• terry (8/5): Hard to find any fault in the apartment, well presented and we enjoyed our stay - Very nice property The area looked a bit dodgy but once we settled in it was a short walk to trams and it was a safe area.

• Michael (10/5): Top Lage zur Messe, grosszügige Wohnung, alles vorhanden. - Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Auch Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln waren vor Ort. Sogar Waschmaschine und Tumbler waren vorhanden. Das Gesamtpaket hat gepasst. Nichts negatives anzumerken.

• Patricia (8/5): A good weekend in Basel and the free public transport was a huge bonus, even covered the cost of the return bus to and f - It was very spacious and very clean, the balcony was lovely and well furnished We booked this two bedroom apartment as we are two sisters who want separate bedrooms, however only one bed was made up. It should not be assumed that two visitors will want to share a bed.
• Urja (10/5): Would definitely visit again. - The apartment was huge, super clean, had all amenities one could ask for. The living room was a fun space for us friends to hang out and chill as well as the balcony. The place was also well connected to other places in Basel via tram.
• Hunt (10/5): Very enjoyable stay in modern, well equipped and comfortable apartment. - Very modern, spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Good to have an oven as well as hotplates and microwave - we don't always want to eat out. Had everything you could want including 2 toilets and washing/drying machines. Good selection of coffees with the coffee machine. Apartment is very close to a tram stop so easy to get in and out of the centre, to the train station, to the zoo etc. - Basel card is a real bonus as it makes all local transport free (we even had a ride round on the number 16/15 trams to see other parts of the city). Directions to access the keys were pretty clear and the hosts messaged a couple of times to see if everything was ok. Whilst there were instructions for how most things worked we didn't find anything about the heating (we might have missed it!) so we were a bit warm at one point.

Excepcional en todo. - Es un apartamento espectacular, amplísimo, dotado de un salón gigante, una cocina equipada con todo, dos dormitorios con dos camas dobles, aseo, baño completo y hasta una terraza con una mesa y sillones con un toldo donde se puede comer si hace buen tiempo. Además tiene cosas como netflix gratis, aspiradora dyson para el suelo, lavadora y secadora, lavaplatos, cafetera con varios tipos de cápsulas de café y otras cuantas cosas más. Es un apartamento precioso, perfectamente decorado, muy luminoso y en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo. Tiene muy cerca un supermercado muy grande (Coop) y justo al lado para el tranvía. Además, con la estancia dan gratis una Basel Card para cada huésped que entre muchas ventajas, permite usar el transporte público de Basilea (que es excepcional) gratis. En resumen, es como deberían ser todos los apartamentos, pero es tan difícil encontrar uno así... Por ponerle un solo defecto (que no lo es en realidad), diría que está un poquito alejado del centro, pero como comenté anteriormente, hay una parada de tranvía justo al lado del apartamento.

• Georgios (10/5): Amazing apartment - The apartment is just amazing. New, spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Amazing! Nothing bad with the apartment. As a note to future visitors, the location is not that near to the center. It is actually quite away, still there is a tram very near and you get a free use of public transport with your stay.
• Irine (10/5): Clean, cozy place with good location. - The location was perfect, close to the station and supermarket. The apartment was clean, enough space for all of us. I loved using the Basel Ticket, it saved us money on transportation, museum, zoo etc.

The bedrooms were a bit cold to sleep in. However, we got in touch them and the hosts took care of it and found a solution, albeit a little late.
• Estefania (9/5): Amaizing stay in Basel - The property was comfortable and good size. Beds big and communal space is great. When we arrive our Basel card was waiting for us :) Walking is 30 min from the historical centre. Nothing.
• Krzysztof (2/5): We felt quite unwelcome. The place is full of passive aggressive notes about additional costs - Convenient location and ok facilities. Basel card included which was great. The place gives the impression of stinginess and money-grabbing from guests. You cannot check in a minute earlier or check out a minute later, which is reminded in the form of very 'assertive ' messages. They left us 2 washing machine tablets and 3 for the dishwasher. At the same time, the kitchen, bathroom, and corridor had multiple notes with 'rules' warning about costs for any signs of use or 'soiling', parents' responsibility for children and so on. Not a very friendly and welcoming impression overall maybe the hosts forgot they're in the 'hospitality business'.

The price is very reasonable for what we can have . Honestly there are too many notice in the apartment. There are some basic rules that we know already but when we see notes on everything we use, we feel a lot of pressures and not feel comfortable. The beds and the blankets are a bit smelly also.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted with drinks and delicious snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. The apartment itself was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and inviting. The host clearly pays attention to detail, and it made our stay all the more enjoyable. • Albina (10/5): Beautiful place, good memories. - Everything was great! The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 5-storey building with an elevator in a quiet and cozy place next to a park. The bus and tram stops are within walking distance of the apartments, providing easy and quick access to all the attractions in Basel as well as the airport and train station. The apartment has a spacious living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with all the conditions for a comfortable stay. It is equipped with all the necessary appliances from a dishwasher and washing machine to a microwave and printer with a full set of accessories. There is a good coffee machine available, 8 types of coffee (with and without caffeine) and 12 flavours of tea to choose from; also sugar, salt, seasonings, olive oil etc. It was very nice to receive a greeting from the owners in the form of local confectionery products and two bottles of delicious wine, which you can enjoy on the sofa of a spacious balcony or in the living room in front of a TV equipped with Netflix, YouTube and other online services. Especially I want to thank the owners for the cleanliness and silence of the apartments, detailed and timely instructions on contactless check-in and check-out; provision of BaselCard (giving right to free ride on public transport and discount up to 50% on visiting cultural and entertainment facilities), pleasant chat, care and attention!🤗 There was no
• Karen (7/5): Good property but not a great location. - It was clean and well furnished. We received the wrong code for the lockbox which started our stay in a negative way. When I tried calling the contact number, no one answered. Thankfully we were able to reach the managers within 45 minutes of our arrival to get the correct code. There were also problems with a toilet seat and a shower bar that we promptly conveyed to the managers. The inside of the property was good, but the location of the property did not feel safe to us. It appeared to be a condo in a low income complex. We did not leave the unit after dark.

• Josh (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was very clean and spacious. Having two toilets and a washer and dryer were nice features. It was very near to a tram station which, combined with the free public transport from the Basel Card, made getting around easy. The Swiss welcome snacks were a great touch. The apartment has a lot of potential to be a lovely place to relax after a day exploring Basel, but we felt it was spoiled by the excessive amount of signs on the walls (in the entry way, by the kitchen sink, even on the inside of the bathroom door) informing us of the extortionate fees we would have to pay if a single thing was out of place when we left. For example, a single dirty dish came with a 35 CHF fee, lost keys carried a 700 CHF fee, any damaged items came with a fee of 50 CHF 'per case' on top of the cost of the damages. I understand that apartments need rules and we are always respectful travelers, but to be surrounded by passive aggressive signs treating us like careless children made us feel like the hosts would really rather we weren't there and our presence was a major inconvenience to them. Either that or they just want as many opportunities as possible to squeeze more money out of their guests. I would suggest they condensed their rules into a shorter, less condescending document to allow guests to relax a bit more.

• Marvic (9/5): Lovely and comfortable apartment. - Lovely modern apartment with nice balcony in a very quiet area. Very close to public transport as well as grocery shops. Hosts offered to bring us fans without us asking for them. Found washing machine and tumble dryer very useful. There was no access to TV, though there was Netflix.

Well equipped. The owners are very helpful and ensure a comfortable experience. The location is not the best because it's a little bit outside the town center. You will need to take an Uber or a bus to get to the centre.
