JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:
Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. - Mariya (5/5): I do not recommend - Nothing The company that is managing the flat is not professional at all. Once we arrived, it was midnight because the flight was late, we couldn't enter the building because the link in the email didn't work. I contacted the host by the provided phone number but they couldn't help. The advise was to wait or to start ringing to the neighbors which is more than ridiculous. After one hour waiting with the kids outside in the street they decided to find another flat to go there for the night. Fortunately, at 1 am some people came home and open the door for us. The box with keys is next to the flat door and not downstairs which is insane. In the end it appeared that someone turned down the main fuse in the flat - so the door would never be opened in this way. Meanwhile the coffee machine didn't work and it took 2 days to fix it - I met the owners of the flat - extremely nice old people. Just the management is awful.

- Sanjay (5/5): Passable - Location of the apartment Cleanliness was bad No manual for gas burner provided even after multiple follow up, details were provided the next day. Blanket kept in the cupboard were stained, upon complaining we were told that they are not for our use as they don't provide guests with blankets during summer. Coffee machine was not working for the entire stay and no replacement even after complaints. No plates and cutlery in the apartment. There was a water running sound in the apartment even when we were not using any water sources. This was happening even during the night which was very disturbing.
