Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Nicole (10/5): Beautiful, Comfy Family home - The house was lovely, modern everything you needed and very easy for person with walking aid or wheelie walker. The only thing was the front couple of steps, a hand rail would make this house perfect. Spacious shower and bathroom, outback deck and BBQ, Aircon and outdoor firepit. Very Comfortable beds and living area. Collecting the keys in such a busy place was a little hectic trying to find a car park and with a wheelie walker.
Vivien (5/5): Missed opportunity - Very clean and comfortable. It’s an empty shell. Its like going camping in a house. You have to bring everything yourself, including toilet paper and linen. On top of that, when you pay $100 (!!) additional for linen, they dont even make the beds. Also, the office is 15 min drive from the house. So to collect the keys you lose another 20-25min depending where you’re coming from. Checkout is at 10 but keys have to be dropped at 10 as well. if you stay a long time it can be worth it but for just a weekend definitely not.
