• Nancy (5/5): Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht. - Die gebuchte Wohnung war angeblich wegen Wartungsarbeiten nicht zugänglich. Die alternativ angebotene Wohnung sollte eine höherwertige Ausstattung haben. Ein Vergleich war nicht möglich, da wir die andere Wohnung nie gesehen haben. Die Ausstattung war normal. Die ursprünglich angezeigten Bilder bei der Buchung wurden einfach durch andere ersetzt. Erst auf Nachfrage beim Anbieter wurden wir über den Misstand hingewiesen. Der Kühlschrank war nicht geleert, die Handtücher befanden sich noch im Trockner. Bereits benutzte Badutensilien standen noch in der Dusche und im Bad. Geschirr, Besteck etc. waren zwar ausreichend vorhanden, aber zu einer vollausgestatteten Küche gehört mehr als nur ein Topf. Die Parkgebühr wurde in Bar ohne vorherige Absprache verlangt.

• Jeeyeon (4/5): - The accommodation in the photo I checked when I made a reservation was not available, so I suddenly changed it to another accommodation. The condition of the accommodation was said to be better or similar to that of the existing accommodation, but I felt bad because I received the notice the day before the stay. Also, I was confused because I had to meet and pay the difference fee more than the amount initially approved. In addition, to enter the apartment with a car, you need to get FOB and transponder from the host, but the meeting location cannot be specified by the address, so it took a long time to meet, and it was inconvenient to have to meet and return it separately even after check-out.

• Miranda (8/5): We would love to come back again and stay there. Perfect for what we wanted. - The apartment was in a great location, close to what we were in town for. Great places to eat nearby. The Pool amenities were by far our favorite. Apartment very clean and well-spaced out. Parking was easy for us. A mix up with the parking situation, but the Host responded in real time and made it right. The beds were a little thin, not too comfortable but nice.

• Nadia (9/5): Superb - Large spacious apartment with amazing views. 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher). Skylevel with pool and well heated jacuzzi/hot tub and views of the Hollywood sign! Walking distance to metro which connects directly to Hollywood and Universal Studios. Host easily reachable and very responsive. Fabulous stay!

• Manuzah (1/5): Uncooperative owner in the event of a problem. - There had been a flood before we had arrived. The owner did not tell us, or give us the option to stay elsewhere. On our arrival we were greeted with big industrial fans in the apartment. Workmen came to the property early the next day. They literally ripped up the floors, put holes in the walls and moved/stacked the furniture as if it was uninhabited. We had our young children with us and there was nowhere to sit or eat. There was dust just everywhere. The owner refused to give us a refund after she she initially promised she would. She would not then answer our calls or messages. Outside the property there are many homeless people: some sleeping, some being sick others begging - it was very sad. The concierge also refused to let me into the property because I did not have the key fob - my husband had it. So I could only enter if I was with him. When I was alone the concierge refused to let me into the property and called the owner to confirm I was allowed to go up to the property. Luckily for me the owner picked up the phone. Has she not answered I would've been left on the streets, in the dark. Like previous guests I do not think the owner is fully open with the management company of the property and using this as an Airbnb. I have texts and photographs to back this with you up and when I have time I may well follow this up. We contacted booking.com whilst we were still at the property and they did not get back in touch with us.
• Raquel (10/5): Exceptional - The beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and city and loved the aesthetic/home decor It was located in Koreatown, that's the only semi-downside if you care about location.
• Chae (10/5): Exceptional - First time writing a review because it was that good! My mom and I are very particular about cleanliness and this placed delivered. It is as gorgeous as the pictures look and the location was perfect for us to maneuver around K-town. There is an additional daily parking fee so a heads up for those bringing their own vehicles. The facility also has great security with key access entrances into the parking garage, into the building, and for use of the elevators. We would like to stay again the next time we're in town!

• Marcelin (10/5): Beyond amazing - I loved everything about this place! It was clean and exactly as pictured. The views were amazing and the host did a great job at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be back!
• Hestia (10/5): Lovely. - I LOVED the WHOLE facility, the host were available to answer all of the questions, the place were VERY clean, great view and we are planning to stay here again to meet up with friends and have a fun sleepover weekend. I didn't like that the room smelled like marijuana when we entered, however there were candles that were provided to mask the musky marijuana smell. Lastly, the bed in the master bedroom mattress is slanted, giving me a backache. I have slept on the floor, in a car and many other uncomfortable places, but slanted mattress is definitely my kryptonite.
• Veronique (9/5): I fully recommend this apartment. - We liked the place because it was super clean, well equipped with top quality items, spacious and luminous. The swimming pool on the top floor is amazing and the gym is great as well. Regarding the location, it is very well connected with buses going everywhere. There is a Target just opposite the building and a lot of shops around. Be aware that, like in most places of Los Angeles, streets and parks around are not very clean and and host a lot of homeless people. I wouldn't say it is unsafe though, just sad.
