• Sophia (10/5): Es war alles perfekt - Es war alles sehr sauber und das Apartment war perfekt ausgestattet. Vorab hat man eine genaue Beschreibung für die Tiefgarage und weitere Infos erhalten. Das Fitnessstudio war gut ausgetastet und der Pool war sauber und nie überfüllt. Nichts

• Micaela (10/5): Muy comodo para 2 max 3 personas. Excelente ubicacion. - La ubicación. Tenes un supermercado al lado, estación de servicio y sturbacks al frente. Lugares para comer cerca, y salida rapida para cualquier punto de la ciudad. El sofá cama no era el más cómodo. El apto esta bien para 2 personas, máximo 3 pero el sofa es duro. La cama por otro lado, muy cómoda.

• Ionut (6/5): Modest - Locația este foarte bună, loc de parcare, magazin și alte facilități în apropiere! În primul rând curățenia lasă de dorit, totul este vechi și gata să se rupă (mobilă de bucătărie, jaluzelele de la balcon, cearșafuri pătate). Atenție nu poate fi folosită pt 3 persoane, canapeaua din living este o glumă, nu se poate dormi pe ea! Bucătăria este o glumă proasta, toate tigăile și vasele par recuperate din gunoi! Piscina și jacuzzi sunt punctele forte, dar acestea nu țin de gazdă, de altfel total neprimitoare!

• Deborah (7/5): Great stay - The apartment is well located near the marina, close to supermarkets like Trader Joe’s, and a short drive to Venice Beach (which could be accessible by walking as well). The flat was perfect for 2 persons, with a little balcony overlooking the pool. It is also very convenient to have a parking spot in the residence. The WiFi was not really working all week which was very inconvenient, and internet was wonky. There were only 3 bowls and 3 plates.

The complex has excellent facilities and is in a very good location. I liked it very much, yet It was somewhat noisy (people talking loud within the complex) on weekend nights.

• Alex (9/5): COZY & CONFORTABLE APT IN LA - L’appartamento si trova a Marina Bay, quartiere residenziale sicuro a pochi km da Venice Beach e all’aeroporto LAX. La casa è carina e ben organizzata ed è in un residence molto bello con servizi come parcheggio in box privato, piscina, spa, palestra, aree co-working e aree comuni interne all’aperto. La pulizia è in generale molto buona e la cucina è super attrezzata per qualsiasi necessità e utilizzo. Ottima la comunicazione con l’host che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni tempestivamente per eseguire check-in e check-out offrendoci anche la disponibilità di parcheggio nel Guest Parking fino alla partenza del nostro volo.

• Gregg (9/5): Clean, comfortable and well located. - The location worked well for us and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The thorough instructions made it easy to get into the complex, park the car and find the apartment.
• Juan (8/5): Very good - The apartment had all the amenities needed for my stay. It is very well located near groceries, restaurants, and parks, and the beach is not that far away. Floor cleaning could be better.
• Dolia (10/5): An amazing apt in the heart of Marina - Excellent location – the apartment is very very cozy, has enough space and beautifully decorated, with a minimalist touch and nothing unnecessary. If you plan to cook, be aware that the kitchenware is a bit shabby, though still neat and usable and everything necessary is in place. Large TV, access to the pool and gym, and private parking – all is a huge plus! Would definitely stay once more! In case you plan to work while the other person is sleeping - the kitchen island is a perfect spot - as the noise doesn't come to the bedroom and does not disturb the ones sleeping. The only downside is that the blinds in the bedroom don’t fully block the light. There’s no blackout curtain, so sleeping can be difficult as the morning sun shines directly into the room. If you're sensitive to light, I recommend bringing a sleep mask or temporary blackout shades with you.

Parking was super convenient, storage ample and the bed comfy. The location was brilliantly placed for driving to Venice and Santa Monica. Despite detailed parking instructions, they were incorrect at the time of my visit due to issues with the entrance gate. It meant navigating a different way into the carpark and finding where to pick up the directions. The sofa in the lounge was also broken on one side, which wasn’t a disaster as I was on my own and could use the other side, but would be a frustration for a couple

• Daria (8/5): Would definitely recommend! - We had a great 4-day stay at this apartment! Everything was clean and just as comfortable as shown in the pictures. Easy access to the room and parking. The area was cozy and safe, with a cool neighbourhood to explore. Plus, having free parking inside was a huge bonus. If I'm not mistaken, the coffee machine didn’t work properly, and the bedding felt a bit synthetic, but neither was a major issue.

• Renars (8/5): Very nice - The apartment was very clean. Had some beautiful furniture, very aesthetically pleasing. I loved the parking, it was underground, very safe. You also get two parking spaces which is nice since it makes parking super easy. Personally I do not think that more than two people can stay in this place if you are planning to cook yourself. The kitchen island only had two chairs next to it, which meant only two people could sit down and eat and the third one of us had to stand while eating. Also only two chairs on the balcony which means also there can only sit two people. The couch in the living room is very nice, BUT it is not meant for sleeping. Personally I did not find it comfortable, and if you move in your sleep and roll to one side, the couch starts to slip and you fall out of it.

Good location near a grocery store, restaurants and plazas. Comfortable bed. Quiet stay. Clean. The supplied bed linens were very thick and heavy. Some light got into the bedroom because of lights in other rooms.

• Stuart (1/5): HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!! - First night we arrived the fire alarm went off at 3:20 am and continued ringing till 4 am. Permanent tenants had received an email about issues with the fire alarm system and the construction. This had not been relayed to part time renters. We were on the sixth floor and one of us had mobility issues and could not go down the stairs. We just stayed put and would have died had there been an actual fire. The fire alarm system went off again at 10:32 am on Thursday morning for a brief period of less than five minutes. Another false alarm took place at 10:55 am that morning very briefly. After those occurrences we were considering contacting booking.com to ask for our money back and the opportunity to move to some place that was a normal, quiet residence. The construction included jack hammering, heavy duty sawing and a lot of noise daily. The minimum we could expect from a rental is the right to quiet enjoyment. With this construction we were unable to leave our sliding door open for fresh air because of the noise. The reason we came to CA was to escape the constant confinement of closed doors and windows because of the heat in Arizona always being over 110 up to 118 during the day. This noise ruined our enjoyment. The owner knew about the construction from emails from the building staff and should not have been renting during this time. The apartment was not fully equipped properly for the use of guests. There were no baking dishes or trays in order to use the oven. We went out and bought an oven tray and some throw away foil pans to cook with. There were no glass baking pans for the oven. There were no oven heat proof gloves, no pot holders, there was nothing to use to remove hot pans from the oven. We bundled up bathroom towels to manage to remove hot things from the oven. There were no kitchen towels or washcloths. LIMITED SPACE HERE DOESN'T ALLOW FOR THE REMAINING ISSUES AND CONCERNS. THE PLACE WAS TERRIBLE!!!

Broken blinds , uncomfortable sofa bed , main bed frame that was unstable and required towels to be put behind in bed head otherwise when some one moved it was noisy and shook . Teas and coffee was just a random assortment of leftovers . An absolute pain to get into the building on arrival . Details were sent to what’s app even though I don’t use it .

• Sophie (10/5): Beautiful apartment! - Lovely apartment, clean and in a great location! Facilities there are great. Owner was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly. Couldn’t find any cooking trays may just of not looked properly but could not use oven.
• Julie (6/5): If the owner would fix the issues named above- this would make for a comfortable stay- but with all these issues it was - The location was walkable, several grocery stores, restaurants etc within a few blocks. The television didn’t work, the floor was coming up and was a tripping hazard, the vertical blinds were missing so many slats that even when the blinds were closed there was no privacy, and the large light in the kitchen didn’t function.

• Anonymous (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay and much appreciated the airy and bright apartment - It is super conveniently located walking distance to groceries and shops, very close to LAX and in a pleasant, safe neighborhood. The amenities inside the apartment are adequately provided and are clean, although one recommendation would be a new skillet and an additional smaller sized saucepan. The parking garage is a huge plus. Appreciated the clear instructions provided on how to get into the property, garage and the apartment itself None other than the occasional noise coming from the maintenance being performed in the other units in the building

• Vittoria (10/5): Very nice, I will come back sure - Modern house, nice furnitures. A lot of facilities. Just one mirror in the bathroom, it will be better to have 2, one in the bedroom to help people organise. The pad was not good, warn, I suggest to change it.

Plenty of towels, even sofa bed was comfy! Wonderful balcony! Great air conditioning! Plenty of plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses and utensils. Could use another frying pan, colander and dish towel.

• Jennifer (10/5): Safe, convenient family stay - urban setting - With a late evening arrival into LAX, this apartment was only about a 15 minute drive away so we were able to get settled and get to bed. The apartment is the 6th floor of an apartment building that is surrounded by high-rises. It is very residential but still quiet, safe and clean. There is under-building parking which was perfect after fighting for tourist parking downtown during the day. The Ralph's grocery store across the street has everything you need if you want to cook in the apartment and a Starbucks, if you just want to pick up your morning coffee. We were three adults and because the second bed is the living room futon, it really isn't big enough for two people. I think 3 is really the maximum. The apartment is as appears in the photos. There is a pool and hot tub for the complex. The laundry in the apartment was convenient for a quick, small load of clothes. It was about a 45 minute drive to tourist sites in downtown LA - which has as much to do with traffic as location. I recommend this apartment and would stay here again. You will likely not meet the landlord so you do need to be a bit of an independent traveler. The owner will email/text you once you pay and closer to your check-in date. If you follow the directions sent by the owner you should be able to use the code to get into the building and then into the apartment. You'll need to get up into the apartment to get the key fob that allows you into the parking garage. Just plan for it and you'll have no issues. Adding a curtain in the bedroom, instead of just window blinds, would probably cut down on the light for those that need it a bit darker. Is there recycling in the complex? It wasn't clear; a recycling bin would be helpful. I'd recommend leaving a duvet cover for the living room futon bed.

• Matthieu (9/5): Great communicative host, central location, handy car park, easy instructions to access & self-check-in - The property is spacious and well maintained, the car park easily accessible and great value, the communication with the host was outstanding with great instructions and the ability to self-check-in, the location was also fantastic when prioritising proximity to Santa Monica and LAX airport. The neighbourhood didn’t feel the safest at night by foot, I strongly recommend the use of a car at night. Note, this is relative other areas in LA are much less safe and this remains one of the safest areas in the city.
