• Antonia (5/5): Great apartment, poor management - The apartment is truly excellent: spacious, comfortable, well laid out, and with easy access from the parking area. Great for large groups. The crib we requested for the baby looked brand new and was spotless. The complex overall remains a lovely and peaceful place for a family vacation. Management really falls short. The jacuzzi was dirty when we arrived, and by the time we left, we realized they don’t actually change the water — just add chlorine. The crib came with no mattress or sheets. Towels and bed linens were clean but very worn. Only two beds were comfortable; the rest, including the extra mattresses, were in poor condition. The sofa is not a sofa bed. There were only 4 beach chairs for 9 people (one broken), and the beach cart was also broken. The kitchen lacks basic items like a toaster, peeler, and knives that actually cut. We requested missing bed sheets and were told we had to pay for them — and for delivery. In a property of this level, a different kind of guest service is expected. What’s missing is that “extra mile” that truly makes a difference.
