• Pearl (8/5): Amazing place , very roomy - How close it was to everything and how clean it was ! It was really hot, be nice to have air conditioning. Also some of the top windows did not have any cover so the hot sun and bright light made sleeping difficult Also the amount of stairs to get from the parkade to the suite . Need to be add this to the info on this older people would struggle. That there is no elevator Also to please send the door codes the night before and not a few hrs before the arrival very confusing
• Profaca (7/5): Wonderful location makes the other issues bearable - The best part about this place is the location, right in the heart of the village. Well stocked with bits and pieces and even though we did not cook the kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, crockery and utensils. This place has no air conditioning so in the middle of summer it gets hot. The fans are good and it didn't worry me too much however some may find it uncomfortable especially at night. Also given the location noise can be a problem at night. Wifi is also flakey and it seemed to struggle at night when we wanted it most.
• Matt (9/5): Superb - Location was fantastic. Right in the heart of Whisler Village. The condo was big enough for our whole family with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is very well appointed. The staff was great. Anything we needed, the staff would provide for us. The parking space was conveniently located underground and not too far away from the condo. No elevator. The condo was on the second floor, so you had to walk up or down for loading and unloading of luggage.
• Steve (1/5): We will not recommend this location and if you're booking in the summertime, be prepared to be hot! - The property was centrally located in the village and close to shops. The home was large enough for our family There was NO air conditioning and the home felt like an oven. We had to leave after one night because it was SO hot. Fans were provided, but they didn't give us any relief. We were afraid to sleep with the windows open due to bugs and we had babies in the room We checked out after one night and had to stay at a hotel with air conditioning in order to enjoy this trip. The booking agent was ZERO help and wouldn't respond to our emails and requests. Also, when the location provides ear plugs, it's for a good reason- the music is so loud in the village and doesn't quiet down until midnight. The closed windows didn't help with the night life noise of the village.
• Georgeann (7/5): If you are looking for easy access to the night life, restaurants, etc and don’t mind noise and warmer conditions it is - Location was great to get to activities, active nightlife and shopping right at your door. Minutes to the lift. It was incredibly hot. There needs to be better blinds in The window to block out the sun and light. It was great that they had fans but no AC or breeze. The noise on the street was bad until the early morning hours and because you needed the windows open due to the heat you had to hear it all night. They did include sound machines and ear plugs to try and help with this. Beds are super comfy but hard to get good night sleep due to noise.
• Marie (10/5): Amazing location, great views, clean and cozy space. - Great location, good size living space and bedrooms. Ear plugs provided was a nice touch! Water pressure/temperature was not consistent in one of the showers, but everything else was great!
