Michaela (5/5): - Größe der Wohnung Keine Beleuchtung am Hinterhaus, somit muß man bei Dunkelheit mit der Handytaschenlampe leuchten, um Türschloss aufzuschließen. Keine gute Erklärung, wo der Schlüsselsafe zu finden ist. Kein W-Lan-Passwort zu finden, keine Erklärung zu Mülltrennung. Wohnung dunkel und nicht sonderlich gemütlich. Gegenüber dem Haus unbewohntes, heruntergekommenes Haus mit zugemauerten Fenstern, kein vertrauenserweckender Anblick. Keine Abstellmöglichkeit im Bad, das bei Anreise nicht frisch geputzt wirkte, da Wasser- und Kalkflecken auf der Waschbeckenarmatur und an den Fliesen dahinter waren, auch Haare auf dem Boden, Kalkflecken um die Duscharmatur, Duschabtrennung an der Badewanne schmierig. Sehr viele Treppen zu überwinden, erstmal um durch das Vorderhaus zum Hinterhaus zu kommen und dann im Hinterhaus bis hoch zur Wohnung, nichts für Gehbehinderte oder Kniegeschädigte!
