• Cristal (7/5): It was good overall, I would probably rent again another time. - It was very clean, comfortable, safe, calm, and a great location that made it easy to walk anywhere. TV didn’t work. On/off button on remote was missing. They said the TV was on wheels so that we could move it from room to room but it was mounted onto the wall of the twin beds room. The heater boxes were empty, and there was no microwave which could’ve facilitated our stay.
• Frederic (10/5): Good value for a regular La apartment in Hollywood - This was a typical LA apartment. So you are living like a local. LA is not be of the most expensive places in the world, so a regular apartment in the neighborhood is a very good value for what we paid. Similarly priced hotel rooms were mediocre hotels. Apartment was nice over all. Do not expect the plaza hotel.

• David (7/5): Good - Cosy accommodation. Easy to locate and access. A tad tricky to work out the lock when we wanted to depart but we figured it out (might be helpful to include some tips on this in your access info). Plenty of blankets, cosy beds. The curtains in the main bedroom don’t block any light and the streetlight comes straight in. Otherwise a convenient stay, thank you.
• Tony (7/5): Overall enjoyed my stay would definitely recommend it - It was clean,spacious and also in a good location Water went cold while showering also it was tough to find parking at night
• Tony (6/5): Pleasant - The property is in a fairly convenient location only 3.5 miles or 15 minutes from Universal Studios and across the street from a middle school. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. Instructions for how to enter the property were not clear. The unit is #1 on the lower level of a fourplex, and the entrance is through the single metal gate with white rocks on either side of the path. We never received instructions for how to access the internet so we couldn't connect our devices to the property's wi-fi. While the property provides a parking permit for street parking, there are only four spots along one section of the street authorized for parking. One night, all the spots were taken and we had to find a spot elsewhere. The most frustrating thing was radiator heating unit did not work during our entire stay and we had to heat the whole place using a single space heater for four days when the outside temperature never reached above 60 degrees. Finally, the hosts should improve some of the bathroom amenities, such a better hand soap dispenser and hand towel rack, as well as provide a sufficient amount of toilet paper as we ran out of it during our stay.
• Maribel (7/5): Not terrible if you need a place to stay briefly to check out the area - Great location, close to a lot of things. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. The managers were nice when they answered messages. It was two very cold nights as there was no heat. We only had a small space heater that we could only safely use for a couple hours in one room. Just be aware the A/C is window units. Also didn't really like how the outside of the building looked, felt a little sketchy. For the price, I was hoping for a little more.
