Stella (6/5): - The flat was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our group of 7 people. It had three good-sized bedrooms with plenty of storage space, including wardrobes and chest drawers. The rooms were nicely decorated, and extra bedding and towels were provided. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, including plenty of plates, glasses, and cutlery, as well as a working dishwasher. Tea and coffee were also available, which was a nice touch. The furnished balcony was another great feature. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of bus stops, shops, and takeaways. Aldi was only a 3-minute walk away. Cleaning equipment and products were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, this apartment is a great place to stay, especially for families. One downside was that there was no physical person available on-site — all communication was done through WhatsApp. The flat was also not properly prepared for hot weather. The description stated that the whole apartment was air-conditioned, but this was not true. There were only two portable air conditioners. One of them was extremely noisy and gave me a headache whenever it was on. The second one was better, but because the ventilation pipe had to go outside through the window, the room took a very long time to cool down. We stayed during very hot weather, around 34°C, so this became a major issue. The master bedroom only had two small table fans, while the other two bedrooms had cooling fans where you could add water or ice. Unfortunately, one of them was broken, and on the other one, only the fan worked — the cooling function did not work at all. Because the apartment has very large windows, the rooms became extremely hot, almost like saunas. We ended up moving one of the portable air conditioners into the kids’ room so they could sleep comfortably. I had to sleep on the sofa bed with the noisy air conditioner, but I could only keep it on for about an hour because it was too loud to sleep with. The two sofa beds were also very uncomfortable. To be fair, they did offer to replace the broken fan the next day, but unfortunately we were out at the time they came. Another annoying issue was the constant automated messages every night warning us about noise levels and saying we could be asked to leave the apartment. This was frustrating because we were not making excessive noise at all. We usually returned around 9 pm after long days out, and the kids were exhausted — my youngest was often already asleep. It honestly felt like you could barely talk inside the flat without getting warnings. The apartment also had a washing machine and dryer. However, the dryer was left full of wet laundry when we arrived, which was not very pleasant.

Evgenia (8/5): Read the listing carefully before booking, the hosts are responsive and will make it right - The studio flat has a small but functional kitchen with a coffee machine, electric kettle, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and dishes made it handy for self-catering. There is an Aldi nearby and a fruit and vegetable kiosk just across the road, making it easy to arrange your own breakfasts. A lovely Italian restaurant by the river and a beautiful coffee shop are within walking distance, a great options for a family dinner. The nearest tube station is a comfortable 10-minute walk. Peer tip: check out for tube strikes! The flat was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were multiple board games: our kids found it a nice touch. The guest couch in a studio converts into a double, so the space works better than it might initially seem. Contactless check-in and check-out made arrival and departure seamless. The property offers an early luggage drop-off as an add-on service, which we were happy to use it on arrival. On the check-out day, we opted for (a peer tip!) using Bounce for luggage storage near Victoria station, which was a lifesaver on London Marathon day, worth knowing if you're visiting around that time. The property title is "3 Bedroom with a balcony and studio flats..." — a peer tip: make sure you check the type of flat you are selecting, as the property has both large flats and studios. Excited by a sudden availability, I booked, without carefully reading the description, what I firmly believed to be a 3-bedroom flat for a family of four with a potential guest to babysit our children: it turned out to be a studio with a single bed and a guest couch, both in the same open space, despite some ambiguity in the description. We made it work and even enjoyed the cosiness. Our children (aged 4 and 8) were delighted by the abundance of pillows and would happily have traded another afternoon of hectic London sightseeing for a lazy stretch on the couch. A couple of additional points worth noting: the entrance instructions for flat "N" directed us to the 2nd floor, when the flat is on the 1st floor. The hosts responded to my genuine feedback and were more than willing to resolve the matters: that made a lasting impression and redeemed the overall experience.

Lily (4/5): Awful stay and bad hosts - I had a very bad experience here and don’t have much positive to say We arrived at the property expecting a 3 bedroom apartment with a balcony as the listing suggests however we found out we had actually been given a studio as that’s what we had booked we even spoke directly to booking who were also confused about what was actually being advertised as this happened we were upset. The location was also not great and we didn’t feel safe at all upon further inspection this place was very very dirty I will include pictures but there were brown stains on the bedding white stains on the sofa bed and damp towels hanging up in the cupboard. We arrived at about 6pm and no one was returning our calls as they texted to say they were not working we had no choice but to stay there for the 1st night of our stay but we left early the next morning and didnt return so we requested a refund for the 2 nights that we didn’t stay at the property which was declined multiple times we were told to speak to many different people and everyone we did speak to said that they were not the person in charge. I am so extremely disappointed with this stay and the way it was handled

We went the wrong way when leaving the tube station and it took about half an hour to find the apartment, which was tough after a long journey with our bags. The host helped me the best they could 🙂 After adjusting to the environment, it was about a 10 min walk to the tube and a few minutes to the bus stop so not bad at all!

The accommodation is nice, well-located, and offers great value for money. Everything was as expected and we were comfortable during our stay. However, there was an issue with what seemed to be a fire alarm that went off unexpectedly and made a very loud, unpleasant noise. Additionally, the water supply stopped at one point. I reported both issues the same day, but unfortunately there was no response or resolution. The following morning, the alarm went off again and woke us up very early, which was quite frustrating. While I understand that some issues can be out of the host’s control, the lack of timely response to something this disruptive was disappointing.

Hui (5/5): Disappointing service - Enough space for family stay he service was incredibly frustrating. There was a coffee machine in the kitchen, but no coffee capsules provided — which makes it pretty much useless. Worse, there were no extra trash bags. After using the first one, we had no way to dispose of our trash properly. I contacted the hotel staff every day for three days to request these basic items. Every single time, they replied with the same message: “We’ll make sure to send them over right now!” — and then did absolutely nothing. Not once did anyone follow through. It’s unacceptable to ignore such simple, repeated requests. On top of that, we found several wet bath towers and bath mats hanging in the closet when we arrived. They were clearly used by previous guests, freshly washed but just left there to dry. They stayed in the closet for the entire duration of our stay. This is not what you expect from a professionally managed property. Overall, this stay was disappointing. The lack of basic hospitality and poor service made it hard to enjoy the space.

Markus (10/5): A pleasant stay in a convenient and well-furnished apartment. - There were clear instructions how to get into the apartment, and it all worked well. This is a neat little space, quiet, well organized and appointed, with all the amenities one needs. It was very clean, and there was even a hand-written message. For London standards, this is all quite exceptional and provided the environment for a pleasant short stay.

Kira Bangauf (9/5): - I really enjoyed staying in these apartments — they are modern, cozy, and well-designed. There is a lift, which is very convenient, and the self check-in process was smooth and easy. I loved the Christmas vibe with decorations — it created a very warm atmosphere, even though the fairy lights on the tree unfortunately didn’t work. A big plus was the presence of board games — it’s clear that the place is suitable for staying with friends and having a great time together. The apartment is well equipped: there is a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and even hair conditioner. The shower gel had run out, but after my request it was brought the next day, which was very kind and appreciated. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine with a drying function, which is extremely practical. As a woman, I missed having either a power socket in the bathroom or a mirror in the room. Drying and styling hair without a mirror is quite inconvenient, especially if you want to do proper hair styling.

Dirk (5/5): Nur für drei Erwachsene ausreichend groß genug, die Reinigung muss auf jeden Fall besser werden, ansonsten gerade noch o - Das Bad war groß, auch die dazugehörige Dusche, auch der Herd/Backofen beziehungsweise Toaster waren gut. Leider war schlecht geputzt worden, wir mussten das Bad und Wohnzimmer nochmals reinigen. Auch die Dunstabzugshaube klebte voller Fett. Für den Boden gab es für den Staubsauger keine Bodendüse, weshalb vermutlich auch die Putzkräfte diesen nicht reinigen konnten. Der Geruch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, wir haben uns mit Duftsteinen bei Aldi ausgeholfen. Die Klimaanlage/Lüftungsschlitze waren stark verstaubt weshalb es vermutlich beim Einschalten der Anlage schlecht roch. Die Wohnung ist für vier Erwachsene meiner Meinung nach nicht groß genug, da das Schlafsofa (aus meiner Sicht) nur für eine erwachsene Person genug Platz bietet. Hier können bestenfalls zwei Kinder darauf schlafen.
Sabine (9/5): Small, central flat with amazing hosts. - It was a cosy flat that had the space we needed for a couple of days in London. It was definitely well-equipped and well-located near transit and a couple of shops. It was modern and new, fairly quiet as it was not on a main road, and the hosts were so communicative and responsive before, during and after our stay. It was safe but I did wish for a deadlock on the door - but it was otherwise a secure and quiet building.
Rishabh (3/5): Poor Value for Money - We booked the apartment for a group of 3 people for a single night just for transiting between cities. We were extremely disappointed with the apartment. We stayed in a couple of other properties in Westminster Borough during our stay. Compared to those we 1) paid more for the Studio Apartment, 2) for a significantly smaller size apartment, 3) in a worse location. The bed was extremely small for 2 people - we were told the bed is "standard UK size". However, it was significantly smaller than the beds we were offered in the 6 other apartments we stayed across the UK. All in all a terrible experience for the money we spent. Could have booked a hotel room for the price and what we were provided and would have gotten more value out of it. Only saving grace was this was a single night stay and not longer. Would definitely hard pass on this property!

Valeria (8/5): Bell'appartamento comodo mezzi - Posizione comoda ai mezzi, appartamento carino e ben fornito, pulizia molto buona (non si può dire lo stesso per il pianerottolo, ma non dipende da loro). La doccia funzionava molto bene. Lavasciuga. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il letto a 1 piazza e mezzo per noi è piccolo e il materasso non era comodissimo. Le finestre non sono insonorizzate, ma io viaggio sempre con i tappi per le orecchie perché è una cosa che capita spesso, anche in hotel a 4 stelle

GUNES (6/5): It was OK but definately would not make the same choice again. - Responsiveness of the landlord was good when we complained about the bed sheets. Unironed bed sheets, all piled up in a disorganised manner. Someone was entering the room everyday I guess simply for checking. Washing machine was on when we entered the room for the first time. The building fire alarm scared us one night; but apperantly it was a false alarm.

Edgar (8/5): Centrally located to access main attractions in London. Basic accommodation for a couple of days - The room was relatively spacious and quiet. The host was always ready to help. The rooms amenities were adequate for cooking some of the meals and making breakfast. There is an Aldi supermarket and a bust stop right in the corner. Edward Station is about 8min walk. Wi-Fi, tv, fridge and stove worked fine. Value for money is far below what we had in mind. Cleaning needs to improve. We are still puzzled about the location. It's very central but the side on Edgware Rd is simply not what we were expecting. The side direction Regent's Park is much quieter and residential. The actual building seems to be recent. There is no key, only with codes. The room was tight for 3 for 4 nights. Some investment on better cutlery, quality pots and pans will pay out greatly. The wardrobe at the entrance can be better organized (it's all for cleaning stuff and it's messy). Ventilation is a big minus. Noises in the hallway.

During our checkin day, they allowed us a complimentary early checkin, and when we found problems with the TV, they even replaced it with a new one that day! It was near a bus station, Edgeware road train station, and as advertised, the apartment and neighborhood was wheelchair-friendly (maybe aside from the shower room that was a bit slippery, but manageable). My elderly parents felt at home while we were there. Thank you to the NourNest team!
Tina (10/5): Cozy and new apartment next to bus station with everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. - Apartment was the same as on the photos, everything was new and clean. The hosts were fast with replying and kind. It was easy to go to all parts of London with bus or underground and the stations are really near the apartment. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and the apliances were all new and practical, the tv had enough programs, the water was running smoothly, the room had big windows so there was enough light…the stores next to the apartment had fresh groceries.
Erkan (8/5): Good - In terms of accessibility and security; the property is quite OK. You can use all public transport easily being walking only 5 mins from/to. All furniture including staff is quite new and user friendly. There are all type of kitchen staff available and able to use at all. Elevator is out of service at that time when we are there. Perhaps it is on off but needs to be up and running

Taylor (7/5): Lovely clean apt but I suggest asking that they don’t use your room as a laundry during your stay! - Spotless, modern apt in a convenient location a short walk from Edgware rd tube station When I arrived, the washing machine was being used to wash & dry a load of bedding & towels (finishing about 2am) and 6 soaking wet towels were drying over the hot water tank in the cupboard. When I raised this to request my room not be used as their laundry while I’m staying there, the response was as if I was being unreasonable - I exchanged c.20 messages about this on Sat afternoon! Quite surreal! The wet laundry was eventually removed on Sunday afternoon.
Brannon (9/5): Great value, easy access to central London, clean, and comfortable! - Clean, a full kitchen, and the perfect size for what we needed. We were so comfortable and warm and it was just perfect! We had planned to cook a lot of meals and found the kitchen to be lacking in certain cooking utensils, but we could work around that issue easily.

Would only go back if lift issue can be sorted and there is more responsivene - Spacious and very central Lift was not working for 2 days and when I raised the issue nobody responded. Had to carry heavy luggage’s down the stairs on checkout as well as at other times.
Kaido (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the location, also the price was ok comparing to some places nearby. The building was clean, easy to access, self checkin was really easy. Room was clean, comfortable, everything included you need from a flat. Bathroom was clean, AC worked etc. I would recommend this flat. I forgot my EU adapter, it would be really great if some conections were already built in for EU electronics :D but they had USB and USB-C connections on wall, so this worked also perfectly. We had a lot of clean towels, beds were great and clean. And communication with the management was also great, question were answered fast. Maybe the noise outside was the only downside. Not that bad, but I think this needs a bit work. It seems the windows are not that insulated, you can hear people outside talking, traffic. That would be my only suggestion, to insulate windows better so that there would be less noise.
