• Barbara (7/5): - Great location, close to underground, Kensington Gardens, and Portobello Road Market. Quiet street but 1/2 block from plenty of cafes, restaurants, food stores. The property title says it's close to Kensington High Street. That's not accurate, but it is close to Portobello Road. Actual location is Linden Gardens. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen reasonably well-equipped though we didn't use it beyond breakfast and snacks. Bathrooms quite small. No A/C but the warmer days were manageable with curtains closed and open windows at night. Fans provided. Street level - only a few steps. Photos are not quite accurate. Appears to be some old photos showing furnishings that have been replaced, but the newer furnishings are fine. Photo of street is not from this apartment - no street view. Experience with the rental management company from id verification to apartment access could have been better.

Property was also very quiet .central location near cafes and underground . No everything was good Just water very hot in shower but once got used to it easy to control .
• Justyna (7/5): Good - Location is amazing. Just next to the subway station but in a quiet street with stylish houses. A short walk from Portobello street market and Kensington gardens and close to a wide variety of shops, pubs and bars. Well equipped kitchen and pleasant, even if small, bedrooms. All was clean and we could check-in earlier at an additional cost of 15 GBP. The apartment is at the back of the building with either roof windows or ones opposite walls which do not allow a lot of light in. A super small living room is almost completely dark and so is the dining room which is arranged in a hallway. The place is also quite humid which impacts the smell of the apartment. As we were spending most of the day outside we did not quite mind all the above much BUT the worse part was the couch in the living room. We were travelling in a group of 7 so one of us had to sleep on the couch and that was almost impossible: it was short, hard and completely uneven. It does not qualify as a bad, not even for a kid. This was highly disappointing and ruined the overall impression of the apartment. I strongly suggest the couch is either replaced or the apartment is not advertised as one that can host 7 people.
• Fahri (3/5): Great location. Terrible place. I do not recommend this plcae. Complaints had to be sent through booking.com and were sl - The location. The contactless experience sucked. The toilets were horrible. For the toilet upstairs, water from the shower will inevitably spray on the floor because if the tiny shower screen, the knob for the shower heater was very tight, the heater in the toilet did not work, and small basin. For the toilet downstairs, the water stopper on the floor was so low, the water from the shower would seep and wet the feet towl and floor, the sink was miniscule. The toilet for both itself were highly uncomfortable and inconvenient.
• Karen (1/5): I was extremely disappointed that this property did not live up to it's expectation. - The upscale location was great however, the flat was just not up to par nor worth paying the higher rental fee for the area it is located in. 24-hour Maintenance Response - We got locked-in the flat due to a faulty deadbolt lock and was short of calling the Fire Dept. before we were able to get out. We had a pre-paid, scheduled event that evening for my entire family that we missed and could not recoup our payment. This could have been avoided had a maintenance person been dispatched to remedy this situation. Air Conditioning - It was unseasonably hot during our stay and air conditioning or better cooling unit(s) in each room would have made our days and nights a lot more pleasant. The small fans provided did nothing but circulate the hot air. Two of my family members who stayed on the second level of the flat became ill due to the unbearable heat. Bathroom - Please refer to the attached photos of the tile work underneath the tub and window seal. Linen - It would have been nice to have more than one towel, including face towels for each guest. Dryer - There was a washing machine but no dryer. Carpet - Needed cleaning. There were also repairs needed in the hallway of building leading to the flat where the carpet was loose and needed tacking down and cabinets needed to be affixed.

Loved how cozy the flat is and well accommodating. Staff was attentive and helpful. Great place to stay for our family vacation.

• Halldóra (10/5): Excellent appartment, excellent location and property team very helpful! - The property was very cozy, very clean, and very comfortable! We were six adults, 2 per each bedroom and my parents got the largest one, an extremely cozy bedroom on the lower floor with a rooftop window! We then had 2 children (10 yo + 17 yo siblings) who slept on a comfortable sofabed in the living room and had a TV there. Also the property’s location is excellent, the fun Portobello Market closeby and the underground trains and the buses so closeby! The Central line to Oxford Street, the Circle line to Royal Albert Hall and the National Museum and Victoria/Buckingham palace. We were all so very pleased! And the penthouse staff members very easy to reach, if questions, I’ve actually never had a property owner as helpful before. Even took time to explain to me how the TV remote control worked :) Thank you! 0 - there was nothing that we did not like :)
• Caroline (7/5): I guess value for money for London, served its purpose as somewhere for our group to sleep and have breakfast but not ve - Location was great with easy access to tube circle and district lines Sofas and beds very low, not ideal for those less mobile. Upstairs bedroom windows wouldn’t shut, courtyard view was misleading as needed to hang out of window to see as this was was at basement level. Pigeon problem in the area and all pipes etc on the outlook from property looked very tired and covered in pigeon poo.

Owner then asked us for help to diagnose the fault. They don’t answer the phone but instead whatsapp and I waited 8 hours for a response.

Plenty of good restaurants and a couple of markets nearby. communication with staff was exceptional. there is a full kitchen, dining area and washer. it was sometimes hard to get hot water. the steps to upper bedroom and down to where you take trash were a bit challenging and required caution but everything else was exceptional

It is so convenient as the house is located at ground level, very near to the underground station and bus stop. It is so convenient for tourist with heavy luggage. The house is very modern, complete with all necessities. The team handling our booking was very responsive and competent as well. Easy to deal, and always tried their best. We had a great stay at the property.
