• Janis (7/5): Skvělé místo, slabší dostupnost - Kdo chce bydlet na Staromáku, tak tohle je skvělá volba! Apartmán byl čistý, sice nešlo otevřít pár oken, ale na funkci to nemá vliv. Ložnice jsou oddělené (teda 2), třetí ložnice je v obývacím pokoji s kuchyní. Povlečení bylo čisté, ručníky jsou k dispozici. Pátý patro bez výtahu (99 schodů). Bohužel o této skutečnosti se dozvíte až v okamžiku potvrzení rezervace a stržení peněz - upřímně žádná vášeň. Kdybych měl kufr na týdenní dovolenou, tak by mě asi musela odvézt sanitka. Další libůstka, o které se dozvíte až po potvrzení rezervace je, že klíče vyzvedáváte asi kilometr od ubytování v jejich kanceláři. Jakože fakt? A ještě lepší je, že při check-outu je tam musíte zase odnést zpátky. Údajně nelze nechat např. ve schránce v ubytování. Škoda, že v popisku ubytovaní o těchto “specialitkách” není zmínka. Klimatizace v ubytování není žádná, vzhledem k tomu, že je to podkroví, tak v létě tam bude asi dost horko. A je potřeba si vzít sprchový gel a šampón, na ubytování byste hledali marně. K dispozici je pouze silně naředěné mýdlo na ruce.

Couldn’t get the heat in the bathroom to shut off and no hot water in the shower on the final day. Check-in/check-out was a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

• Christy (9/5): Lovely, well located, clean and charming! - Amazing location, spotless, sunny and airy with beautiful views out every window! About 99 stairs up but we knew that and that’s what makes for amazing views! Wish there had been a closet or wardrobe to hang jackets or store clothes.

• Wili Hoffmann (7/5): boa e proveitosa para conhecer Praga. - A localização é ótima com acesso fácil à diversos lugares. seria preciso deixar mais claro que o prédio não tem elevador e tem que subir 4 andares pela escada. Coisa que muita gente com mais idade não conseguiria. Também muita bagunça e barulho de outros hóspedes no andar de cima que atrapalhou bastante de madrugada nos dias em que estivemos lá. Felizmente a ação da equipe de apoio da administração foi rápida em resolver o problema assim que reclamamos, mesmo durante a madrugada. O atendimento na recepção poderia ser mais amistoso mas não chegou a comprometer o serviço.

El apartamento esta ubicado en un piso 4 sin ascensor , viaje con un bebe por lo que esto me dificulto mucho y en ningun sitio estaba descripto este inconveniente , la verdad que al departamento le faltaba limpieza , en el baño habian pelos , las alfombras y el tapizado del sillon estaban manchados ,lo que daba un aspecto de falta de higiene . Te cobrana de comision 200 euros que supuestamente si todo esta bien , luego te devueleven pero me parece un precio muy alto . Pedí en la recepcion si podian tener mis maletas por 3 hs , y me cobraron 5 euros por maleta ( sin importar si la valiaja era grande o chica o si simplemente era una mochila) la verdad es la primera vez q me cobran en un lugar por este servicio me parecio absurdo .

The reviews were high on booking but after staying here I think it is full of fake reviews. Central location also made it extremely noisy at night. The room was very dirty stained couch, rugs were disgusting.

• MP (8/5): Heerlijk - De locatie en het uitzicht zijn spectaculair, goed voorziene keuken. De locatie is op een steenworp afstand van een centrum, prachtige attracties en restaurants, vermaak zijn binnen bereik. De woonkamer is ruimtelijk en het is gezellig zitten daar en in de keuken voor ontbijt. Je hoorde veel geluid van werkzaamheden en uitgaande mensen. Laatste kun je natuurlijk wel verwachten in hartje centrum. Het is wennen om naast een coffeshop naar je appartementen te gaan en zijn de trappen wel pittig. Ik zou in de badkamer andere handdoekdragers ophangen, de huidige werkten niet & een plek om je kleren neer te leggen. En ik zou een kapstok plaatsen/haken voor jassen. Daar is plek voor.

• Lourdes (8/5): Perfecta ubicación para unos días en Praga. - La ubicación es muy buena junto a la plaza del reloj. Que en ningún sitio ponía que era un 5 piso sin ascesor, entendemos que es el casco antiguo, porque de haberlo sabido probablemente habría buscado otro alojamiento.

• Thrasybulos (9/5): - Είναι πίσω από το ανάκτορο πολύ κοντά στον πεζόδρομο που βγαίνεις στον Αγ.Στεφανο.Το πάρκιν του ξενοδοχείου απαραίτητο γιατί έξω γράφουν. Απέναντι απτό ξενοδοχείο γίνονται έργα.Το gps σε πάει στον ποιο πάνω δρόμο και βλέπεις μπροστά σου την αστυνομία.Προχωριστε στον ποιο κάτω δρόμο και μπείτε στον μονόδρομο είναι αδιέξοδο.
• Vilma (10/5): - Lyömätön sijainti, upeaakin upeammat maisemat ja siisti huoneisto! Avainten nouto eri paikassa muutaman sadan metrin päässä mutta meitä se ei haitannut. Hiemn miinusta tulee todella hankalista portaista matkalla viidenteen kerrokseen, niistä selvisi hyvällä peruskunnolla mutta iäkkäämmille tai fyysisesti rajoittuneemmille ihmisille en missään nimessä voi suositella. Matkatavarasäilytys turhan arvokas, 5€/matkalaukku.

• leo (6/5): Esperienza piú negativa che positiva ma può migliorare - Appartamemento molto carino..(abbiamo avuto la stanza al 4º piano) nonostante tantissime scale era bello. Purtroppo però, la nota dolente é stato il check-in alle 15:00. Potevo capire alle 13:00.. ma sinceramente essere risposto che si poteva entrare prima in camera pagando un "supplemento" mi é sembrato un tantino esagerato..poi vabbé per il deposito bagagli dovevamo pagare altri 5€ a zaino. Follia. anche perché non mi sembra che abbiamo pagato poco per 2 notti. Altra nota dolente é stato il dover ritirare le chiavi a 500/600 metri dalla struttura.. dopo una giornata fredda passata a camminare fino alle 15:00 é stato devastante.. e meno male che avevamo i nostri amici che parlavano l'inglese se no non saremo riusciti a capire che si dovevano ritirare le chiavi in un altro posto. Esperienza piú negativa che positiva.. può migliorare comunque.

• Miroslava (4/5): Don’t recommend this property! - The location of the apartment was ok. We didn’t get the apartment we booked l it was very disappointing as we were not advised in advance of this. The apartment we got was in the middle of a compound with only view to the neighbors windows. When I asked the receptionist the next day about this she argued that they gave us bigger apartment so than what we ordered - this was not a valid justification as we didn’t need a bigger apartment and we were not informed. She then asked me if everything was ok and I said that when in the facilities it’s mentioned shower and coffee machine, I would expect at least shower gel and coffee capsules. Her response was “we don’t provide these and thank you for your feedback”. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone, it was definitely not worth the value I paid and definitely nothing comparable to the pictures on booking.
• Olena (10/5): - Excellent location, beautiful view from the window, the apartment has everything you need, clean. There is no elevator in the house, you have to go up to the fifth floor on foot, but the beautiful view from the window is worth it.

• CARMEN NELIDA (9/5): Ubicación estupenda muy recomendable - La ubicación es inmejorable y en calidad-precio superó mis expectativas. Las camas muy cómodas y el personal muy atento. Que hay que subir 118 escalones ( quinto piso sin ascensor) que es llevadero si tienes buenas piernas, pero lo que veo un error es tener que ir a recoger las llaves y dejarlas en un punto de encuentro diferente al que nos alojamos porque perdemos tiempo y para hacer el check out es un problema si el vuelo es muy pronto.

• Thomas (9/5): We all were impressed by the architecture of Prague. - The views from the fifth floor apartment were fantastic. It should have been emphasized that the apartment was on the fifth floor. It was only accesible with stairs.

La habitación que nos toco estaba en el 4to nivel sin ascensor. Algo agotador llegar hasta arriba y bajar. La recepción esta en un lugar distinto a la habitación, como a 500 metros, pero fácil llegar caminando. El servicio de guardaequipaje tampoco está en la recepción, tienen convenio con un hotel a 100 metros de ahí.

• Bożena (8/5): - Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony (czajnik, żelazko,toster,mikrofala,deska,suszarka,pralka, lodówka,piekarnik). Bardzo czysty i wygodny. Jedyny minus to 5pietro,brak windy i schody okrągłe. Nie ma o tym informacji na stronie. Adres i piętro otrzymujemy dopiero po przyjeździe na miejsce.

Nice and new flat. Totally worth it but ith i. The 5th floor so after some days you will hate the stairs. Its only 2 rooms and I livingroom + kitchen

The apartment is on the 5th floor, and there are quite a few stairs, which we knew about beforehand. However, the benefit of the peacefulness and quietness far outweighed the climb! We were a party of 3 and the accommodation was perfect for us I don't think you would necessarily want more than 4 if you were staying longer than a couple of nights.

• Carsten (5/5): Gute Lage in 4. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl mit toller Aussicht - Super Lage in der Altstadt Leider war die Wohnung im 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Das war uns beim Buchen nicht klar. Die Küche hatte keinerlei Gewürze, Öl oder Zucker. In der Wohnung gab es keinen Kleiderschrank mit Bügeln, um etwas aufhängen zu können. Um nachts zur Toilette zu kommen, muss man durch eines der beiden Schlafzimmer hindurchgehen, was die Schlafqualität und die Privatsphäre sehr einschränkt. Ins Bad gelangt man nur durch die Küche.
• Ramona (2/5): Be aware! Very bad service! - The position of the apartment. No necessary a bad thing, but be aware there are over 100 stairs to climb and no elevator. So, its not suitable for big luggages or old people. We needed a parking place. When I've booked I contacted the property and they ASSURED me I'm going to have a parking place (paied, of course) in the area. On the day of arrival I've sent them two messages, telling them at what hour are we going to be there. Check in began at 15.00. We arrived at 16.00. After they just kept me looking at them for 20 minutes I was told there is no parking left, and that i have to find one by myself. Been given some parking addresses from all over Prague, the closest at 2 km. After they have assured me that i can park there in the area!!! The worst was the attitude of their employees. Like laughing in your face! For them doesn't matter what they assured that they will do something and all of the sudden they don't. Pretty bad service. Never, at any time during our previous conversations have i been told that the parking is subject to availability. I was assured I will have a parking place. One of the worst services I've ever experienced. Very rude employees!!!

• Mj (8/5): Amazing location but LOTS of stairs - The location was FANATIC! Right by the Old Town Square. The view from the windows of the top floor apartment are incredible. Clean and great amenities. STAIRS. 126 steps up a tight spiral staircase to the top floor apartment. We had to find a separate hotel for our mother (she wouldn't even been able to make it to apartment 1.)
• Darcy (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location. At a wonderful price. Clean and comfortable bed. What else do you need. If you have mobility problems, there are a lot of stairs to climb to get in.

Directly in the centre of the old town, central to all of prague, nearby to the pickup spot, the room was immaculate and came with every necessity imaginable. I'll definitely use this apartment again next time I come to prague. P.s: There is a jazz club a couple of doors down and i 1000000% recommend it what an experience wow! The stairs but thats literally all i can think of and the view was incredible so i really cant complain - i just had nothing else to say. Awesome apartment!

• Eoghan (7/5): A very good option at the price - Excellent location - 50m from the Old Town Square, which is tourist central. The apartment was clean & comfortable. Also the staff were friendly & helpful. There was no major complaint & the following are just small things to note. The apartment is on the 4th floor & there is no elevator so you definitely need to be able bodied. Just in case you’re in need of privacy, the living room doubles up as a bedroom & the 2nd room is accessed of it. A €200 deposit was required & it is returned within 5 days of checkout so there is a bit of trust required here, although we had no issue with our deposit being returned.
