• katarzyna (10/5): 5 star accommodation! - Loved everything about this accommodation! First of all the host went above and beyond, showing us the rooftop and all the locations we can visit. The location is accessible to all the eateries but do venture out and find other little gems to eat at. Look up Guarantee for the best sandwich! Only a couple of minutes down the street. A stroll through Plaka hillside village is wonderful and a must. The acropolis is right there and museum across the road. Apartment fit the four of us comfortably, so comfortable we didn't want to leave compared to all the other countries we visited. Nothing! Okay maybe the shower but only because there is no door and water splashes out but not my problem. We just had a mat to step on.

• Saloni (9/5): It was amazing! I would recommend this property and hopefully the guest will upgrade the bed. - The location was perfect close to main attractions and train station. The property was really spacious and had all facilities and the host was really nice too. I would highly recommend it. The only downside was the shower section had no curtain so all water was splashing on the toilet seat and on the floor. Also they should put a shelf or tray to put something on in the shower. Also one side of the sitting room bed was slightly broken.

It made our stay in Athens memorable. - Location was the best as there was restaurants on the street below…entrance to the Acropolis was 3 min away and area was clean , safe and vibrant. Literally across the road from the Acropolis, a short walk to Plaka, restaurants etc and the roof terrace with an outstanding view of the Parthenon and city. Gerry is such a polite and friendly host, we will definitely return, thank you!

• Hanna (8/5): Amazing apartment for a short stay - The location and the rooftop terrace were the most amazing things about this apartment. We were staying in the city center, just a 2-minute walk from the Acropolis gate. All the attractions were within walking distance. The view from the top is the best in the city – we couldn’t have found anything better. The apartment’s size is comfortable if you’re traveling as a couple or with a small child. The elevator is available. Moreover, the host was a great guy – very helpful and talkative. We had an internet issue, so he came to the apartment and helped us fix it. He also arranged transportation to the airport The bed was uncomfortable. Very worn out. There were deep indentations on both sides from being slept on too much. I was waiting to return to my own bed. Moreover, if you’re traveling with a small child, keep in mind that the floor in the apartment is very cold. As for the downsides, it’s worth mentioning that the apartment is quite dark and chilly. However, this didn’t bother us much since we spent most of our time outside.
• Martin (10/5): We'll stay again - The location was perfect. The entrance to the Acropolis is 200 meters away. Rubina is awesome. And the apartment has everything you need. It is right in the heart of the old town with shops and cafes right outside the front door. And the view of the Acropolis from the roof top patio is breathtaking. The elevator is a bit clostraphobic so we just took the stairs. The apartment is 1 flight up so no big deal.
• Olivia (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a prime location - Location, location, location, you couldn’t get much better than this apartment! The apartment had everything we needed as a young family. Roubina was a great communicator and available to answer questions we had throughout the trip.

• Kelly (8/5): Perfect location and very convenient appartment - The location cannot be better, few steps from the Acropolis entrance and museum and many restaurants and shops. Very functional apartment with good air conditioning, well equipped kitchen, balcony, etc. there is even a roof top terrace with an amazing view over the Acropolis. Everything was perfect. If I would have to point anything at all, I would say that the beds are not comfortable enough for a long stay. Other than that, I can only recommend the place!!

• Mary-anne (9/5): Wonderful location and very comfortable - We loved the location which was superb and the best we have ever had in a city. The metro, the plaka, restaurants and of course the Acropolis were within a few hundred metres or less! The apartment felt completely safe and was well equipped. The arrangements for letting us into the apartment worked perfectly and the owner was always willing to help. It might be useful though to have a translation of the washing machine instructions and programmes on the dial. The expression, " It's all Greek to me" seemed particularly appropriate when trying to decipher the the programmes! It's difficult coming in February - the flat seemed very dark. In summer, this would be a relief, but in winter less so. The lighting didn't help either. Maybe more lamps around the sitting area?Brighter bulbs? It was impossible to see when putting on make up too! The roof terrace certainly had a spectacular view but was rather bleak in itself and not very welcoming. I don't think we would have sat up there. Of course, the block has lots of tenants but perhaps some agreement to make it more welcoming? Plants etc.

There are some facilities at the kitchen but we didn't use them The shower does not have a door so water may reach the bathroom. Nice to have medium size coffee cups
