Não há especificação que um Airbnb, não há especificações que os quartos são como se fosse no 3 andar tendo que subir de escadas onde mal cabe a pessoa e a mala pra subir muito alto. Chuveiro não funciona no quarto Copacabana.

Atendimento educado durante toda a estadia. Houve uma falha relevante no sistema de acesso durante a madrugada, que impediu a minha entrada no imóvel, posteriormente atribuída à falta de bateria na fechadura eletrônica. Não havia orientação prévia clara nem canal de suporte disponível naquele horário para esse tipo de situação, o que gerou transtorno e sensação de insegurança. Além disso, houve problema com o controle da TV, que não foi solucionado mesmo após substituição.

- Juliana (6/5): Decepcionante - localizaçao Eu me hospedei há 3 anos na pousada e era diferente. TInhamos acesso a toda a casa, inclusive cozinha, tinhamos café da manhã. Quando cheguei dessa vez, descobri na pousada que não tinha café ( mesmo sendo um B&B) e quando perguntei onde eu tomaria café, a dona da pousda so me avisou que tava cheio de lugar pra tomar café pelas redondezas ( o que realmente tinha, mas nao tive nenhuma sugestao de onde tomar, entao fiquei procurando e só achei um bom no ultimo dia). Não contava com nao ter café. Fui colocada em um quarto com muitas escadas e a entrada era pelo "quintal"porque nao podia passar por dentro da casa.Fiquei decepcionada pois a experiencia que eu tive da ultima vez foi tipo como se eu tivesse numa casa antiga, o antigo dono era super solicito com tudo, sempre disposto a ajudar. A cama que eu dormi estava com as molas soltas e tinha um "buraco"de forma de pessoa no meio. Demoraram pra me mandar a senha de entrada da casa, o que me deixou apreensiva.E um plus: Pra tomar banho depois da estadia tive que pagar 50 reais, coisa que também não acontecia com o antigo dono. Enfim, nao sou de reclamar, mas estou tendo que falar pois se alguem se hospedou anteriormente na Fulano e tinha a sensaçao de que estava em casa, agora já saibam que não é mais assim. Pelo preço, voces conseguem um hotel muito melhor!!!

- Cosima (10/5): Super Unterkunft. - Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einem Hinterhof. Strandnähe. Schön eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber, sehr bequemes Bett und super Klimaanlage( sehr leise). Nette Vermieter. Zugang über Code und Schlüsselbox unproblematisch. Zimmer war recht klein, kein Aufzug.

Der var et delt køkken med tagterrasse hvilket var rigtig dejligt. Det regnede en del da vi var der, hvilket gjorde at man var en del mere hjemme, her kunne man godt mærke at det var et lille værelse man havde. Men hvis vejret er godt, ville det have været helt perfekt.

The black mould in the shower is absolutely unforgivable, so thick and dense. They’ve clearly never even tried to deal with it and black mould is dangerous to health. I was quite stunned by this.

Los comentarios también hablaban de la buena acogida que daba la anfitriona y de lo agradable de la pousada y nosotros no lo sentimos así. De hecho, sólo pasamos allí una de las tres noches que habíamos reservado y pagamos otro alojamiento para las otras dos noches...

The room was so small I could not even fit my luggage, in the end, the kitchen and everything else was public so you only have the 10sqm room to yourself. The room was not very clean, and you have to walk up many flights of stairs with your luggage to reach the room.

- Ana (6/5): Por una noche está bien, tuvimos una dificultad de comunicación con Priscila que es la anfitriona que no está allí y el - Tiene una buena ubicación, es en Copacabana pero a metros de ipanema, es un lugar seguro. La habitación es mínima, pasamos una noche, para poco tiempo está bien. Las instalaciones son muy sencillas, y algunas habitaciones tienen escaleras bastantes complicadas, no recomendable para niños, mucho equipaje o personas adultas mayores.

Only problem was a mix up with room allocations, which our host was able to fix immediately via WhatsApp (and was very apologetic!). Be aware that there aren't many breakfast places open nearby in the early morning - I recommend stocking up on supplies at a nearby supermarket - there's no kitchenette, but there is a little fridge.

- Anjali (8/5): - The location is very good. The place was very clean and the self checkin and checkout was easy and smooth There a lot of steps to get to the rooms. So if you have a lot of luggage it might be a diffcult task.
- mariah (7/5): é uma acomodação simples - a localização é o maior diferencial, o ar-condicionado é ótimo, o chuveiro bem quentinho, o banheiro tem boa circulação de ar. achei o quarto bem apertado, não tinhamos onde colocar as roupas, o roupeiro estava bem bambo e não cabia as nossas coisas, no banheiro a pia não tinha gabinete ou móvel, a escada de acesso ao quarto é bem íngrime e não tem corrimão e sem cuidado fica fácil de cair e se machucar.

- Sophia (10/5): Perfect stay - The location was perfect. Only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The owner was fantastic. She allowed us to have an early check in after having a big travel day and ensured check in was easy for us.

- Luis (10/5): Excelente - El lugar es muy cómodo, realmente muy cerca de la playa. Siempre nos sentimos seguros ya que se encuentra dentro de un complejo de departamentos. Se encuentra muy cerca de una estación del metro, a unas cuadras.

- Anna (8/5): - O quarto é cheiroso, a cama é travesseiro confortáveis, tem água e uma cozinha com micro-ondas disponível. Tivemos um imprevisto com o chuveiro que estava ficando sem água, porém a dona nos disponibilizou outro banheiro e se ele tivesse funcionando, seria bom!
