• Dmitrii (7/5): - Great location especially if you want to visit Vatican, just 5 minutes walk, also it is quite easy to get to the center of Rome by public transport, there is a bus stop and metro nearby. Also the room was clean. For 250 euros per night, the room was very basic. The sound insulation is terrible – you can hear everything from the neighbors. The worst part was one night when we heard constant knocking and furniture moving upstairs, which made it hard to sleep.

Очень близко до Ватикана, до метро буквально 2-3 минуты. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, отвечали даже поздно вечером. Определенно рекомендую! и даже думаю вернусь)) минусов отметить не могу, все замечательно

Isabel sent me advice on how to get there from the airport the fastest and info on events happening in Rome during my stay. Apartment was super clean, all the furniture looks new. Possible to leave luggage after check out and access it any time. Everything was perfect.

• Helman (7/5): Great location, but the facility has some issues that need work. - The location was great for enjoying the vatican, and as other reviews stated, and there were plenty of wonderful restaurants in the area. The room itself was clean, and the bathroom had a great shower. The hostess was very nice and great at communicating upon check-in. Unfortunately, we didn't sleep well any of the nights due to an extreme amount of noise in the apartment building. The first night, we heard banging quite often throughout the night and presumed it was simply the door stopper in the bathroom. When you opened the bathroom door in our unit, the sink was right behind the door, so the door stopper would make a banging sound when hit. We kept waking up from banging sounds so we presumed it was from other guests going to the bathroom in another guest room next door.The second and third nights we stayed there, the level of noise worsened late at night, and may have been from the apartment directly above. This issue needs to be addressed so guests are able to sleep, which is the priority when booking a hotel or guest room while traveling. The room itself was very clean, as I stated, but the mattress itself was quite hard, not the most comfortable. I made a note for the host to address this issue and perhaps purchase a foam mattress topper for comfort. One final thing that we didn't like was the Air conditioning unit bright light. The actual temperature numbers on the unit were quite bright and lit up the room at night. For people who prefer to sleep in the dark, this can be a real issue.

• Robert (10/5): INCREDIBLE VATICAN LOCATION + CLEAN & COMFORTABLE! Had WIFI issues. And No Parking as advertised - The room was extremely comfortable with all amenities you could want for a few days stay. Everything is new and clean. Well designed. High ceilings so the room doesn't feel confined. Comfortable bed. Hot water with great water pressure. A mini fridge. A big TV. The location is amazing. Literally next door to the Vatican. Worth every penny just for that. Lots of good restaurants/stores nearby walking distance. Scooters are everywhere to get around Rome for cheap. Safe and secure building. The guesthouse is one floor above ground level, so it's easy to use the stairs when coming and going, but there is a very small elevator for bringing in your luggage. The concierge at check-in was extremely nice and helpful as she could be. Felt immediately welcomed. Would absolutely stay again. The Wifi didn't work. They moved my room to a different area of the building so that I could get somewhat usable 4G cell phone service to use my hotspot for work since their internet was not usable. I am giving the facility a 10 rating because at the end of the day it really is a great place. And I don't want my feedback to deter others from staying unless others report the same issues with bad WIFI. Hoping the bad WIFI was just a fluke while I was there. There was no hardwired internet. There was a 4G internet modem in each room, which got really bad service. The WIFI modem itself was working fine, it just wasn't receiving anything more than 0 to 1 bars of LTE signal out of 3 bars. Since I was staying for work, The WIFI was a BIG problem. My Iliad phone plan didn't get good service inside the building either so even my hotspot was not a good option. The concierge helped as much as she possibly could. She desperately wanted to resolve the issue. But there was nothing she could do. She said the internet is normally good. I can't confirm that. But she moved my room to another room down the hall where I could point my phone out a certain window to get better service. It at least became usable for emails and basic stuff. But couldn't stream Netflix or anything like that without a ton of buffering. Luckily I was out of the room a lot and it was a quick 2 day stay. Also, it says PARKING GARAGE available as an amenity. NO - there is NO DEDICATED PARKING for the building. That was the whole reason I booked this particular place because I knew how tough it would be to park near the Vatican. You have to pay to park at a nearby extremely tiny parking garage (I used Via Vespasiano, 17c, 00192 Rome and had no issues) and since it's right near the Vatican expect to pay 30+ euros a day if they even have availability.

• Karl (10/5): Breathtaking and unforgettable stay in a beautiful apartment and city - Authentic Italian residence, stunning features including the caged lift running up the property. Apartment has undergone renovation and was immaculate, high quality with excellent facilities.
• Marianna (1/5): Bad - Very unpleasant rude owners of the apartments. Mother with inadequate daughter. They communicate rudely in an ultimatum form. Crazy daughter, may try to break down the door! On weekends no one cleans, nothing is updated. And most importantly, the OTTAVIANO metro does NOT WORK, and after booking they asked to arrive before 20:00, because this is the time the entire orange line works, then get there as you want!!! Think in advance before settling in these apartments.
• Antonina (10/5): Comfortable and clean - This guesthouse was one of the best places I stayed in during my trip to Italy. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The guesthouse is located a few minutes from the Vatican and it is also close to the subway so you can easily access other sites within Rome from here. There are also some very nice restaurants nearby. The guesthouse was very clean and tastefully decorated. They had. kettle, tea and a coffee machine in the room. I would high recommend it.
