• johanka (10/5): - We had such a lovely stay! Since it was off season, the hotel was very peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed. Unfortunately we stayed only one night because we had to continue our trip, but we will definitely come back again. The staff made us feel so welcome and took great care of us. The breakfast was delicious and very generous with many options. Everything was clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

We could not open the doors to the outside because of the mosquitoes. And there was no mosquito net.the electricity kept going on and off. And there was no Wi-Fi.

• Adrian (10/5): - Het hotel is nieuw en modern, de kamer waar we in verbleven was ruim en werd elke dag gekuist. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en staan telkens klaar om je te helpen. Hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Top locatie op 30 min van de stad vlore. Op 15 min ben je via de bypass vlore weg op een hoog punt waar je kan genieten een zicht op zowel de stad vlore als de zee en de bergen. Strand met beachbar is net tegenover het hotel wat een enorme pluspunt is.

Çdo gjë ishte në rregull – ambientet shumë të bukura, gjithçka e pastër dhe e mirëmbajtur me kujdes. Na bëri shumë përshtypje qetësia dhe mikpritja, të cilat e bënë qëndrimin tonë edhe më të këndshëm. Pushimet aty do t’i kujtojmë gjithmonë me kënaqësi dhe pa dyshim do të kthehemi sërish.

Дуже дякуємо готелю, тому що саме тут ми провели найбільшу частину часу відпочи - Локація: готель знаходиться трохи далі від міста, але в цьому ми знайшли тільки плюс, тому що навкруги дуже спокійно та тихо. При бажанні машиною можна доїхати до центра міста за 15 хвилин. Власний пляж: 20 метрів від входу в готель і ви потрапляєте на власний пляж готелю зі зручними лежаками, чистим входом у воду, у літній період ймовірно там ще працює бар. Пляж мікс гальки та піску, дуже приємний. Сніданки: усе було смачно, якість продуктів чудова. Можливо, комусь не вистачить різноманіття, але стандартний сніданковий набір можна зʼїсти. Кава також смачна ;) Номер: новий, якісні меблі, зручний матрас, великий, на балконі є меблі та сушилка для одягу. Чистота: прибирали кожен день, заміна рушників також кожен день. Персонал: дуже привітний, в кінці відпочинку прощалися дуже приємно. Матраси на шезлонгах на пляжі потребують чистки/заміни. Думаю, що на наступний сезон усе буде зроблено:)
• Zoran (10/5): Only for the receptionist 😁 - Everything was excellent, the breakfast was good, the beach was clean and tidy, the pool looks ok but we didn't try it 🙃 the staff was ok, except for the young new receptionist who saw us off, she was beautiful, kind (I hope that the next time we come she will meet us and see us off) 😉☺️ The only thing is that it is a little further from the setalist Vlora 🫩

• ielapi (8/5): - La struttura era molto pulita, e le stanze altrettanto. Staff accogliente e al servizio per ogni problematica. Avevamo la stanza che affacciava sulla piscina, e quest’ultima era pulita e piacevole da farci un bagno. La pecca principale riguarda la colazione. Non c’era molta scelta, e sopratutto le quantità erano scarse. Il cibo che c’era era quasi tutto salato, offrendo poco dolce, di cui noi italiani siamo invece più abituati.

Na recepção Ira e Ana são muito queridas e pacientes. Restaurante com comidas deliciosas e excelente atendimento. A praia em frente ao hotel é linda e a piscina mais ainda. Superou minhas expectativas. Voltarei com certeza. Tudo foi formidável. Não tem como não gostar de alguma coisa.

• Roy (7/5): - Wij zijn hier in Radhimë onze vakantie gestart en het was heerlijk! Tris3 biedt een fijne combinatie van lekker eten, zwembad en strand, kortom: de ideale ingrediënten voor een relaxte vakantie. Bovendien was het heerlijk dat er nergens Nederlanders te bekennen waren. Via Tris3 hadden we een taxi vanaf de luchthaven. Een vriendelijke man die netjes met een bordje buiten op ons stond te wachten. Wat we toen dachten dat de normale rijstijl was in Albanië bleek toch wat ruig, want op de heenweg is de chauffeur aangehouden en bekeurd door de politie en op de terugweg hebben we een ongeluk gehad. Eenmaal bij het hotel aangekomen, wachtte een fijne kamer op ons. Er was voldoende ruimte om twee weken aan spullen op te bergen en elkaar niet in de weg te zitten. De mensen in het restaurant en de receptie zijn heel vriendelijk en in een week tijd hebben we toch wel een band met ze opgebouwd. Enkele van hen spraken goed Engels. In de omgeving van het hotel wordt druk gebouwd aan de infrastructuur. Dat merk je doordat de stoepen soms ophouden. Echter, dat heeft ons er niet van weerhouden om de omgeving wat te verkennen. Er zitten allerlei leuke restaurants én 24/7 geopende supermarktjes in de buurt. Ook qua zonnen zit je goed. Er zijn eigenlijk altijd wel voldoende ligplekken bij het zwembad of op het strandje voor de deur en je krijgt handdoeken van het hotel. Ook mag je je eigen drankjes en eten consumeren en is hier gratis WiFi. Kleine verbeterpuntjes wat betreft de service: we hebben een paar keer gevraagd of de wc-bril vastgezet kon worden en of we een strijkijzer konden lenen. Deze verzoeken werden ondanks eerder toezeggen pas op de laatste dag ingewilligd. Ook was de kamer niet goed schoongemaakt en werd deze tussendoor ook niet gepoetst.

• Kristina (9/5): Schönes Hotel in einer auflebenden Gegend - Sehr nettes Personal. Es wurde immer sofort auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Ebenso bekamen wir aufgrund unserer frühen Abreise ein eigenes Frühstück vor dem eigentlichen Frühstücksbuffet serviert! :-) Kein „privater“ Pool. Dieser wird von allen genutzt und könnte theoretisch auch von anderen Nicht-Gästen genutzt werden, da hier nicht kontrolliert wird und er von der Straße aus zugänglich ist.

As a first-time traveler there, it was an unforgettable experience. For me, it always comes down to the people who help you along the way—and in this case, the staff at Tris3 made all the difference. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and my room faced the beach, gifting me with stunning sunrise and sunset views. But what truly stood out was the hospitality. I want to specifically mention two staff members, Ira and Anna. From the moment I booked, Ira reached out to ensure everything was coordinated for a smooth arrival. She thoughtfully provided an ideal itinerary and guidance on how best to get around. Toward the end of my stay, Anna played an equally pivotal role in making my departure just as seamless. Without their support, my trip would have been far more stressful. My advice to fellow travelers: Stay at Tris3 not only for the beautiful accommodations, but for the staff who genuinely go above and beyond to make your experience exceptional. I really do not have any complaints!

Genel olarak otelin temizliği, düzeni ve huzurlu ortamı bizi çok memnun etti. Özellikle ilk günden itibaren güler yüzünü ve ilgisini bizden eksik etmeyen Ira Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kendimizi evimizde gibi rahat ve özel hissettik. Yolumuz tekrar düşerse hiç tereddüt etmeden yeniden konaklayacağımız bir otel.

Daha uzun kalmak isterdik ancak odalar tamamen doluydu, bu yüzden sadece 1 gece kalabildik. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz. Aslında beğenmediğimiz hiçbir şey yoktu, her şey mükemmeldi.
• Nicole (4/5): Probably A Great Place in 3+ years - The place is nice and new. The caretaker is amazing. He is kind and always on top of fixing the place. The location was great, calm location. Great beach access. Getting a room key was hard. They provide one and if you forget it, they just come with you to your room. Room service was questionable at best. We had to ask to get our room cleaned daily. The cups were left dirty in the sink so we just cleaned them ourselves. For breakfast they served us left over cake from a 7 year olds birthday party from the day before. A breakfast you pay for might I add... It was all, interesting.

La laxisme des employés pour ouvrir la salle du petit déjeuner a l'heure.....prévu a partir de 7h30, prêt a 8h10....
• silvio (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf gehad. - Mooi nieuw hotel. Vriendelijk ontvangst, receptioniste liet ons twee kamers zien waar we uit mochten kiezen. Mooie kamer met balkon en uitzicht op zee. Goed ontbijt Goed restaurant met mooie kaart. Het ontbijt mag beter bijgevuld worden, duurt soms lang en dan worden er maar een paar dingen bijgevuld met het gevolg dat 2 minuten later weer een tekort is. Kamermeisjes kwamen twee maal de kamer op om te poetsen ondanks de “niet storen” knop.

• Courtney (7/5): Nice hotel but could be much better with a few changes. - The hotel is very nice, the room was excellent with a great view. It was very convenient to cross the street and be at the beach using the sunbeds and beach towels provided by the hotel. The breakfast was quite good. Front desk staff are very friendly, especially Ana. Housekeeping kept entering the room while I was in the room, despite the Do Not Disturb light being on. Even after being asked, the housekeeper was pushy and insistent to enter. It felt very uncomfortable and invasive. Another drawback is the loud music blasting day and night, it's impossible to enjoy a quiet moment once you step out of your room. The restaurant at the hotel was overpriced and only accepts cash. Cash machines nearby charge a very high fee.

Thanks to Anna to the réception who was very kind and helpful with us :) The hotel was a little far from the center of Vlore city. Rent a car if possible. The hotel has a parking.

Très propre et personnel à l'écoute. - Hôtel calme, propre et bien équipé, la plage privée avec transat, la piscine immense, le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié, le parking couvert et le personnel à l'écoute. Les abords de l'hôtel pas toujours très propres. Le tarif élevé des cocktails (7€50 un mojito, 4€50 le verre de vin blanc en cubis).

Good management comes from the top. - One reception lady was helpful when we had issues and she is really trying her best. Thank you. We had 2 rooms, but was a part of a group of 10 people, with 5 rooms in total. Clean rooms. A nice shop down the rd and some good local restaurants in the area. Beach nice. Hotel is on a busy rd, but it wasn’t noisy just abit hard to cross the rd at times . No footpath , improvements are being made in the area for the infrastructure so will make this a positive. Poor health and safety around the pool, no pool service for drinks. Unhelpful staff in restaurant, food took ages for lunch to arrive. Breakfast not of good international standard or food safety standards Music playing until very late at night, which is disturbing to our sleep. Not allowed to bring your own water in , but there wasn’t a shop on site to buy anything. Have been to 50 countries , have stayed in plenty hotels, resorts around the world and have never been stopped for this. Staff and owners need some training on what good customer service is and how to go the extra mile for your paying guests’. The hotel will reply to my review making excuses instead of looking at the issues and fixing them to make it a better place as it has potential.

No bathrobe No microwave No hot water for showers-I had one hot shower in 3 days No security safe- we asked about it they said it would come the next day but never arrived No clothes rack to dry swimsuits - they said the room size didn’t have one so they shouldn’t have ticked it No facecloths or vanity kit so had to wash makeup off with hand towel No tissues Shower rose squirted in all different directions Very noisy music up till midnight and starting again at 7am Black granite stairs very slippery and no contrasting nosing strip - very dangerous and a piece of glass missing from the balustrade and no handrail Pool tiles very slippery Swallows nesting all over the property so poolside is covered in bird poo every evening They are under construction but we still had to pay full price I walked on wet concrete when I crossed the road and got yelled at- there were no signs or cordoning off. I was happy to be wearing cheap flip flops which were ruined They were very forceful to pay cash on arrival and not card even though there was nothing on booking.com to say so No food covers at breakfast nor food on ice so flies were buzzing all over the meat and I found a hair in my cheese Not allowed to bring water into the property but there is no minibar or information in the room about purchasing water

• Gert-Jan (7/5): Mooi nieuw hotel, nog wat ruimte voor verbetering (ontbijt, professionaliteit). - Nette mooie kamers. Ontbijt eerder beperkt, weinig vers fruit.
• Lee (10/5): Superb !! - The property is gorgeous. Brand new and tastefully designed. The pool is stunning and the room was spacious. We got upgraded for free to a delux and with three girls it was plenty of space. Everything was so clean !! And smelt gorgeous. Staff were incredible. They went above and beyond for us. Always happy to help with all our request. Even outside our stay. We needed a late check out and they gave it to us right up until we left in the evening. They were so welcoming. It would be lovely to have a restaurant for lunch and dinner however it isn’t a problem at all as there are plenty of nearby restaurants on the beach front to enjoy and local supermarkets. You will need a car to get into vlore town centre or can get taxis or a bus. I preferred this location as it was super peaceful and more secluded if you want to get away from the busy centre.

• Lisa (4/5): Schönes, im Bau befindliches Hotel, welches noch viel an Erfahrung sammeln muss - Neues modernes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern Das Hotel war noch nicht fertiggestellt, so lebten wir neben einer Baustelle. Der Poolbereich steht unter Wasser. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Personal war zwar bemüht, jedoch sehr unerfahren. Die Müllberge um die Anlage könnten beseitigt werden, damit es ansprechender wirkt. Eine Kartenzahlung war auch nicht möglich und Wlan war nur abends verfügbar.

• João Pedro (5/5): - The room was comfortable The breakfast was poor, the surrounding area is still being developed, which means a lot of construction work, unfinished buildings, the road although paved is aweful, almost seems your driving on the moon with all the potholes. No lunch or dinner options in the hotel.

• Jp (8/5): - Mooi Hotel, alles er op en eraan. Ze waren net open gegaan in Mei 2024. Het kleine restaurant " Amare" aan zee erg leuk en lekker. Hier kun je lekker eten. Aangezien het restaurant van het Hotel gesloten was. Er was alleen ontbijt. De ligging, ver uit het centrum. In het naburige dorp is niets te beleven. In de omgeving is het rommelig en smerig veel zwerf afval overal.....

• Louis Lea (10/5): Exellent stay, fantastic hotel - The hotel was new, with very good conditions and very nice architecture. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the girl in the afternoon at the reception. The breakfast was varied, plentiful, very good food cooked perfectly, especially the pancakes. The beach was very clean, quiet, also the pool. Beach towels are included in the price and this was a very nice bonus. The rooms were very clean, with all the conditions and with a fantastic view. I would totally recommend it because we are very pleased. Everything was perfect, we will come back again next summer
• Natasha (10/5): A highly recommendation to visit Hotel Tris3! - Very clean and well organized,the stuff were great, polite and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional and very delicious. The beach and the pool were also very clean and enjoyable. There was only one coffee included in the breakfast instead of offering an American coffee for example or coffee machine maybe so everyone can enjoy by their preference.
• Louis Lea (10/5): Nice hotel - One of the most beautiful hotels we have visited, with a very good location. Excellent service and the staff also very communicative, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet, a variety of sweets, salty foods, fruit juice and coffee included. The beach was fantastic, so was the pool. Everything was very clean and tidy. It's worth visiting. Nothing, I liked everything
• Jorien (6/5): Niet weer - Schoon hotel! Mooi zwembad. Weinig faciliteiten vanuit het hotel. Bij het ontbijt wat inbegrepen was, moesten wij voor koffie bij betalen! Het strand wat erbij zat was niet echt onderhouden (kapotte bedjes en parasols, vies en geen mogelijkheden voor een drankje). Al met al een duur hotel voor wat je krijgt. Ook de ligging is net niks. Eindje rijden van Vlöre en er is nog niks opgebouwd. Geen restaurantjes waar je fatsoenlijk kan eten niks.
