Guest Reviews
- Branimir (6/5): For that price, we expected a better treatment from the property manager, a better equiped apartment, & cleaner plac - Good location. Spaciouse. Big living room, good for bigger groups. Shower is bad, water preassure is not good. The balcony door cant be closed properly so the cold is somewhat getting through. The property manager was slow to answer our calls and we waited for an hour upon our arrival to enter the apartment. The keys were not in place, and getting them was like an escape room experience, with the manager navigating us - making it even worse after a long wait. Once we entered the property, the cleaning lady was still there, and she needed a couple of more hours to get the place cleaned, so we just left our bags and went out. Also, there was not enough toalet paper.
- Andrea (10/5): - This is a repeat booking for me, which clearly demonstrates my satisfaction. This property is perfect for a group visit. It is centrally located, well appointed, with plenty of room for socialising. The host is very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be booking again for a group travel.
- MONA (7/5): Good location and Spacious Apartment. - The location is good , the apartment is very spacious. Some of the facilities like wifi, water heater on and off got problem.

- Pedro (8/5): Very good - Very good size apartment that comfortably sleeps 6 people. Everything we needed worked properly.
Great location for exploring Dublin and getting around. Easy to walk everywhere and most things are within 20-25 min walk
Host was very responsive and provided a lot of local information/tips. Thank You Nigel. Only comment would be that furniture and apartment is a little worn/tired but all depends on expectations. Worked perfectly fine for a weekend stay to explore Dublin.
- Roisin (10/5): Exceptional - Big apartment comfortable for 7 adults
Very clean, really good location beside lots of attractions. Quite bedrooms
- Christoph (6/5): The apartment did not match the impression given by the photos - The apartment was spacious and centrally located in Dublin. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The apartment did not really match the impression given by the photos, which were clearly edited and flattering. The furniture was partially very worn, and there were no storage options for clothes in the bedrooms or for items like towels in the bathroom. The kitchen was adequately equipped, although the frying pan was burnt and almost not usable.
The location is central, but situated in the middle of a busy food district, which made it quite noisy and filled with strong food smells when the windows were open. The beds were comfortable, but we found mold in the bedrooms and on the windows.
The cleanliness was poor upon arrival; however, the host did offer to have the place cleaned again. The main bathroom has an instant water heater, while the second bathroom relies on a thermal boiler that can only be heated once per day.
Overall, the apartment did not meet our expectations and, given its condition, it was for our opinion overpriced compared to comparable hotel offers.
- Maja (8/5): Very good - The apartment is big, high level of security, the host is very responding, close to the city centre and bus stops.
- Sydnee (9/5): The stay was reasonably priced for the perfect location and our group of 5 had plenty of space! - The location is in the ideal spot to walk to just about anywhere in Dublin and you are close to a ton of sights as well. There was ample room for the 5 of us and had two key fobs to get in and out so no issues with coordinating the coming and goings of the group. Very convenient to have parking, laundry, and some solid amenities too. The Master Bedroom bathroom water was not getting hot even after the instructions from the host so all 5 of us had to share one shower, which wasn't ideal but not a huge deal. As well getting the key and into the garage with a car at the beginning of the stay is kinda stressful as its a busy street and active sidewalk and you have to wait for the host to open the gates. But truly not a huge deal either.
- Aine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Azizul (10/5): Will come again - Cozy Parking gate
- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. I was a bit worried when I got the message that I would be receiving an access video (with instructions on how to access the property), but it all turned out to be very smooth and easy. The host could not have been nicer!
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liam (8/5): Nice place but should have been a lot cheaper. - A nice place, in a convenient location. Host was responsive, communication was excellent and seemed very nice. Thank you. Far too expensive for where and what it was, so was disappointed in that.
- Gemma (10/5): Exceptional - Exactly how it was described, great location, easy to find. Would definitely stay again
- Charlotte (5/5): Passable -
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Louise (6/5): Nice apartment, rough area! - Collecting the key was fine, you call the host and he opens a gate and gives you a key code which you punch in and collect the key. The area is really rough, after collecting the key I went into the building and was met by two drug addicts and two other really rough looking people, I come from one of the roughest parts of Glasgow and felt really intimidated and unsafe.
in fairness nobody bothered me. It is advertised that this place sleeps 8 comfortably, I booked this for a work trip assuming 6 would fit in comfortably. I ended up having to book alternative accommodation for three of our group. I'd say if not couples or family this sleeps 3 comfortably. The living room / Kitchen area has a sofa bed but I couldn't expect people to sleep there and have others walking around. It was a nice apartment once inside, the host was also easy to deal with.
- Brian (8/5): Great amount of space in city center - Good amount of space for our family group of 6. Having a kitchen was especially good The area outside of the apartment always had people hanging around. Didn’t feel dangerous - just noticeable
- Dregalla (9/5): Clean, convenient and comfy - Was very secure. 2 bathrooms, plenty of beds to accommodate us. Walking distance to the tour we took. Close to groceries and restaurants. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy though we weren’t bothered by anyone.
- Alana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cora (10/5): Exceptional - Double bed Very Comfortable! Great night's sleep
- Jade (10/5): Excellent stay in a great location - There was a nice communal social area with chairs around the kitchen island. The beds were very comfy and towels and a hair dryer were provided. Good location within walking distance to lots of things. N/A
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (8/5): Very good -
- Amy (10/5): Great location would stay again - Very spacious, has all facilities for big group of people, great location!
- Anita (8/5): Excellent location in Dublin for bigger group - Great location!
Big enough for 4 people, and can fit 6-8. The two couches pull out into full beds so it technically can fit 8, but it is best for 4. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one in a common area and 1 in a bedroom The parking gate needs to have a remote that stays with the renter. It was sometimes a bit difficult to connect with the owner to get it open
The washer was malfunctioning and just tumbled our clothes with hot steam for hours on end
Some of the kitchenware was old and needs replaced
- Liv (9/5): Great for friendgrouo - Pictures are real, place was clean. Host very friendly The way to acces the key is not great. We had to wait 40min because we couldn't get a hold of the contactperson, even though we arrived when we gave notice about. So anither solution for the key would be great.
- Manuela (8/5): An unforgettable stay in Dublin - The apartment is perfectly positioned in the narrower part of the city, from which you can very quickly walk to the old part of the city, as well as to the docks, walking about 15 minutes to each destination. A grocery store (SPAR) is very close to the apartment and numerous neighbourhood shops of predominantly Eastern culture. The interior of the apartment is spacious, and two bathrooms provide additional comfort. Near the apartment (5 min walk) there is a pub with live music and excellent food, Bar Murrays. Nearby is the starting point for tourist trips through Ireland. The apartment has a lot of practical things that make our everyday life easier, such as a hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave... The host was always available and adjusted the entry to the apartment according to our needs.
- Roisin (10/5): Very satisfied - Very large, clean apartment , very comfy beds and comfortable for 8 adults. Location was great beside city bus tour and airport bus - great ethnic restaurants on street outside short walk to trinity college and temple bar. Loved the balcony overlooking real Dublin -
- Anonymous (10/5): Had a lovely time would definitely recommend - It was a great location, lovely local pub down the rd. was clean and tidy and host was very good and answered my questions Nothing
- Uy (8/5): Very good -
- Kerrie (7/5): Good - I have 3 very big sons so the space was perfect vs getting 3 hotel rooms It was a bit of confusion getting the keys as Booking.com instructions are out of date. Worked with the owner in the end to get them.
- Lee (9/5): Superb -
- Roisin (10/5): great big apartment, slept 8 people comfortably , beside lots of attraction s - very spacious and comfortable apartment, short walk to a temple bar, museums, art galleries and beside start point for city bus. great host with strong knowledge of Dublin
- Andrea (9/5): We had a great stay. - Excellent location, very short walk to Temple Bar and Trinity. Comfortably sleeps 8 people. The host/owner was lovely and attentive. Nothing. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
