• Kelly-Anne (8/5): - The flat is in a great location. Next to the Holland Park underground and convenient little shops all around (food, drink, necessities, bakery). The flat is very comfortable and everything you need is there. It includes a washer/dryer which is helpful. There are a lot is stairs which can hard especially with a lot of luggage.
• Tim Walhain (9/5): Fijn huis is leuke buurt - De lliging, alles is nieuw. Fijne bedden. Omdat het zo nieuw is, missen er pannen, meer glazen servies etc.

• karen (8/5): Lack of contact - Very spacious and clean Unable to get any sort of response from property owners either via several emails and numerous phone calls to adjust the time of entry and to enquire about a fan as it was very hot. No response was far worse than just being told that our request was not feasible!

• Anonymous (1/5): £350 for one night with dirty sheets and shared towels. Shame. - Secure and well finished The master bedroom was unmade with dirty sheets. All dirty towels from previous visitor were left in bath. No clean towels left for master bedroom. This was highlighted to the owner on arrival - they apologised and promised to resolve but did not and then did not respond to any further calls or text messages. Avoid.
• James (1/5): Horrific - Nothing . It would have been nice to actually gain entry into the apartment . We never did . The host didn’t answer his calls and we had to find alternative accommodation at our own cost . Disgraceful. Totally not recommended!

• Alice (9/5): Really lovely but there are a few things the owner could do to make it even better. - Wonderful location and beautiful rooms, lots of good towels and the owner was very helpful when I messaged. 👍 No loo roll provided, no door stops which meant the doors slammed a lot which didn’t help my sleeping baby. Also there really needs to be a mirror in the en-suite bathroom and the bath taps didn’t work.

• Sylvie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spotless, stylish, spacious and situated in a quiet street close to everything we were doing. Theire were no negatives to our stay.
• Anonymous (10/5): Location great and unit decorated well and comfortable. - Closeness to facilities, shops and bus routes. We think that the second bathroom has a blockage in the shower as the shower took a while to drain and we don’t think any of the towel rails were heating. But we overcame this by using the dryer in the washing machine. But apart from this the place was great. We found the stairs were a challenge for cases but we overcame this by leaving cases in lounge and just taking our clothes upstairs.
• Hafizah (8/5): Cosy, tastefully decorated flat in a lovely neighbourhood - Loved the location of the flat - nice neighbourhood and close to tube station. Flat was tastefully decorated and clean. Enjoyed our short stay here. Flat has 2-3 sets of stairs, narrow hallways. May be difficult if you have large luggages. Lack of communication - Instructions for access to property provided at exactly 3pm (for check in time) - just a little nerve wracking as there was no prior correspondence reassuring this, and we were trying to call property via booking.com with no response. The instructions message did eventually come through but it was a little nerve wracking travelling down to London not knowing. Not so much a dislike but maybe things for host to think about - having complimentary tea/coffee/milk. A mirror for the ensuite bathroom.

• Ann (8/5): Overall good value in a great place, but some details not as documented. - Very comfortable well placed flat. Warm, clean, light and spacious. The host replied promptly to enquiries. Lots of storage space in bedrooms. Lots of towels. Great location with fantastic shops nearby. Door codes worked well. As said by others the stairs are steep and no handrail for 1st ten or so. Fine if you are young and fit and have tiny case. One bathroom has no mirror in spite of a shaving point, and one bedroom has no mirror. Only one bathroom had any kind of soap. The kitchen is beautiful with big fridge and nice cooker, but very poorly equipped with utensils. Not even 4 full sets of cutlery. No washing up bowl or dishwasher tablets and only 4 bowls , plates, side plates. Says tea coffee and sugar provided. This was not the case for us. No taps on the bath, so if you want a bath, need to fill it with the shower.

• Rebecca (10/5): Beautiful place - The flat was absolutely lovely, this was a last minute booking..literally an hour or two before we turned up due to unforeseen circumstances but the host was amazing and forthcoming with details to get into the flat etc and the place was spotless. We really enjoyed our evening here and would definitely book again in the future now we know of this place.

• Amanda (9/5): A beautiful flat in a perfect location if you don’t want to be in the middle of the hustle of London. - Great location, beautifully decorated and wonderful communication. If you plan on travelling with large suitcases, the stairs may be a little awkward.
