• Minh Tien (3/5): không như mong đợi dù tốn kém không ít ! - Địa điểm gần phố và gần Vatican, gần những siêu thị loại trung bình Nền nhà không sạch và lạnh, đúng ra nên có dép và chổi quét nhà hoặc máy hút bụi. Tiếng động từ các phòng bên trên , bên dưới, chung quanh được nghe rát rõ, khó ngủ và phải thức sớm vì đa số thức sớm gây ồn ào !
• Diane (10/5): Fantastic stay!! :) - This was the perfect place for us to stay our last 2 nights in Italy! Location is close to the Metro and just a short walk from the Vatican. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Would absolutely book again! The morning we left for the airport, our scheduled driver canceled last minute. I reached out to Matteo and he helped set up a taxi for us. We were exhausted and in a hurry at that point, so we couldn’t have been more grateful!

• yasemin (8/5): Olumlu bir deneyimdi ama bazı eksikleri de vardı. - Konum olarak Vatikan’a 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde şık bir cadde üzerinde, etrafında çokça butik ,cafe ve restoranlar vardı. Güvenli bir daire ve temiz bir semtti. Fakat nehrin diğer tarafında kalan turistik noktalara (trevi , pantheon gibi) biraz uzaktı. Buralara 30 dk kadar yürümek gerekiyordu. Tarihi bir binada , klasik bir daireydi. Asansör mevcuttu. Temizlik yeterince iyiydi. Yataklar rahattı. İki banyo olması konforluydu. Yatak odalarında ve oturma alanında klima vardı. Konakladığım sürede binada inşaat çalışması vardı ve erken saatte gürültü oluyordu. WiFi çok iyi çekmiyordu. Mutfak eşyaları eskiydi. Mutfakta klima yoktu. Bulaşık ve çamaşır makinası yoktu. Duş alırken banyolarda su birikiyordu ve gideri de yoktu. Oturma alanında bir çekyat ,ve koltuk vardı pek rahat değildi. 3 gün konakladık, temizlik veya çöp alımı olmadı.
• William (9/5): Great location, great neighborhood, excellent & responsive ownership! - Great location, and really convenient to all sights and services. Easy to walk to everything, and to get to trains if walking is not optional. The building is very secure, and in a great neighborhood. And, the lift and AC were welcomed features at the end of the long days walking the city. We would stay here again. The property was fine, we had no complaints at all.

• Jackie (10/5): Amazing location and beautiful apartment with an elevator - The apartment was in a great location within walking distance to Vatican City and 5 mins to the metro. The apartment was very spacious for our family of 5 especially with 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Rome.
• Anamarija (9/5): Lovely stay in the city centre - I liked the location of the property and the host was super friendly and kind!🥰 The internet was causing issues as the connection was unstable, but that wasn't too much of a problem since we spent little time in the apartment.

• Cesar (9/5): Great location and nice facility for the price - Great location, very close to Vatican City. It felt very safe inside the building and the surrounding area. Good proximity to public transportation. Nice kitchen. It was a little hard to find the appartment inside since no instructions were given. However, once we called, they quickly took care of us. The A/C broke on the first day and it was a really hot day. That was miserable. Nevertheless, they fixed it by the end of the day, and we were able to sleep confortable.

• Thea (7/5): Good - The location is fantastic! The Building and apartment are beautiful and Athena made checking in so easy! The heating and towel rails are auto set and you can't turn them on manually. It was cold and the towels didn't dry between showers.

Location is amazing (not tourist area, lot of locals, i preferred this kind of location) - near everywhere on foot/metro, lots of shops everywhere. (January was full of discount, so pleasure to shop). 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Entire flat is huge. Old, old elevator (for me +). AC/Heating. Sofa, sitting place. Comfy beds. Overal clean and tidy. Huge cabin for clothes. Great price. House feel very safe to me. Noisy party on 1 night. No dishwasher.

• Julie (9/5): Highly recommended for those who are enthusiastically mobile. - This is a great location in a smart suburb. The surroundings are very pleasant, and the apartment quiet. The walk into the historic centre takes a bit of effort, but the Vatican is very close. There is an excellent choice of restaurants, delis and cafes nearby. It is also a very popular shopping area. The service provided by the owner, Emiliano, and Elinor was excellent: attentive and rapid. Nothing much!

• Sylvia (10/5): It was wonderful and a beautiful apartment. I would stay there again. - We rented an apartment. The kitchen had all the basic amenities needed. The location was perfect! A couple of blocks away from Vacitcan city in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of shopping and great restaurants. The only thing I would recommend would be an information welcome letter on the table to explain about Wi-Fi, how to turn on hot water, phone numbers, and recommendations of restaurants in the area. Just a general information sheet.
• Jasemin (10/5): Excellent location & comfort for family sightseeing travel! - The location was excellent. We were able to reach all sights easily by foot, public transfer or taxi. There is a grocery store right across and many stores and restaurants on the very same street. We were greeted by a young woman (Athena) who was patient (we had some delay), very friendly and provided us with great tips and were to eat in different parts of Rome. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. The bedrooms have air conditioning which was key during the hot summer. The kitchen is well sorted and there is a big dining room to enjoy together. There is two full bathrooms which is wonderful. There is also one bathtub and the water pressure was great. A couch in the living room would have been great, but it is not essential if you are there sightseeing. We took our rest breaks on the comfortable beds.
• Mengfan (10/5): Great stay - The location is in the city center with shops just below and opposite the street. Spacious room with two well-equipped bathroom. Matteo was very kind to offer all travel suggestions and a free wine as gift. Nothing.

• Peter (5/5): Good location but lock on front door was a serious issue - Location was good. Athena was very helpful Big problem with door lock. One night almost locked out because we couldn't open door. To be safe we didn't lock the apartment door which is unacceptable
